• Do not run or engage in horseplay on the set or sound stage. The set is not a playground (even if you are filming on a football or sports field!).
• Be aware of dark or dimly lit areas.
• Be aware of cable and electrical wires which may be suspended or on the ground.
• If you have special dietary or medical needs, please be sure to bring all supplies or medication necessary for your particular condition. Be sure that you have let your Casting Staff know about your special needs during your booking.
• If you become sick or injured at work, you must report it immediately to the Assistant Director, On-set Coordinator or Set Medic that day BEFORE leaving the set.
• If you witness or experience any sort of negative behavior (bullying, sexual harassment, threats, etc.) or if something/someone on set is making you uncomfortable - please report it to the Assistant Director or your Casting Staff as soon as possible. We do not tolerate any sort of abuse on our sets or within our company and will take immediate action to help resolve talent issues.
• If you have participated in disruptive activities or negative behavior on set - unprofessional attitude, harassment, disappearing from set without permission, etc. - This will likely result in suspension or removal from our files.
• Smoking will be in designated areas only and may not be permitted at some locations. Cigarettes are the ONLY permitted items. (NO cloves, pipes, cigars or illegal substances)
• Drugs or alcohol on sets is strictly prohibited. If you are doing drugs/drinking on set or if you show up under the influence of drugs/alcohol - you will be dismissed immediately and removed from set without pay, your voucher will be destroyed and you will be terminated from On Location Casting. In some cases, authorities may also be called. ABSOLUTELY NO Drugs or Alcohol!!
