**RULES of the set: ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS or ALCOHOL, ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS, NO PETS (not even emotional support animals), NO CELL PHONES, No posting to social media!! This is a NON-DISCLOSURE set – which means you can not post, tweet, share any information about this project or what your experience was on this set!!<br>

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day. You should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.<br>Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! If it looks like bad weather, please plan accordingly and allow plenty of time to get to your location.<br>
*EVERYONE MUST– Please BRING your actual Driver’s License or Military ID -AND- Social Security Card (or second form of List B identification – can be a birth certificate, Native American Tribal Document,, Employment Authorization Card from Dept of Homeland Security) with you to set! If you have a US Passport, you can bring that in lieu of your Driver’s License and SS Card. ALL IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS MUST BE VALID (NOT Expired!) and you MUST have two forms of ID in order to be paid.

PARKING LOCATION for ALL STAND-INS and EXTRAS:
282 Court Ave.

–please look up directions online BEFORE you leave for set and/or use your GPS device to track this location. Look for EXTRAS/CREW PARKING signs and park as directed. *You will catch a shuttle from this location to our Base Camp & Extras Holding. Please allow plenty of time (at least 15-20 minutes) to find parking, park and catch the shuttle so that you arrive at the check-in area at your scheduled call time. If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL BE LATE and could be sent home without pay!

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 15-20 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!
Per the HAIR DEPT: Come with clean hair. Bring a comb or brush. Come camera ready; . Please come hair & facial hair ready – Please do not show up with wet, unstyled hair like you just got out of the shower! Ladies – make sure your hair and makeup is done when you arrive.
Per the MAKEUP DEPT: FEMALES – Please ARRIVE with soft, natural makeup on. (Minimum, have on foundation, lipstick and mascara.) No frost. No glitter. No bright nail color. No facial piercings. Tattoos will have to be covered. MALES – Please ARRIVE with facial hair groomed, (as applicable). No facial piercings. Tattoos will have to be covered.
**EVERYBODY PLEASE SHOWER and WEAR CLEAN UNDERWEAR!! MAKE SURE YOU ARE WELL-GROOMED and very CLEAN, NEAT and TIDY!! WEAR DEODORANT!!**Come wearing your favorite outfit and have a couple additional choices with you in a suitcase, garment bag or gym bag, in case wardrobe needs you to change for some reason. Please don’t bring your clothing wrinkled up in a plastic grocery bag if you can avoid it.<br>

ALL DOUBLES & STAND-INS: Costumes should have wardrobe, but dress warm and bring layers. Bring options of solid color shirts.

If you did not attend a wardrobe fitting: Upscale Professional BUSINESS LOOK – suits (charcoal, blues, blacks, grays, pinstripes) with multiple, dress shirts and tie options, dress shoes/ belt. Your hair and makeup should match the style that you had when you previously worked.

Be sure to take your wardrobe options and your ID with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID and be LEGAL to work as an Extra in the US! We can not check you in if you do not have valid ID and are not legal to work!<br>
***GENERAL INFO: * Muted colors (unless otherwise specified), NO logos, lots of changes since we are shooting multiple scenes *Avoid white but don’t bring all black either (unless your character specifies that) *DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you (unless your character specifies that). *Bring at least 2-3 complete outfits. *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that (of course also bring options)!If you look in your closet and say “I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you. As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos and generally no bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns UNLESS otherwise stated, so please keep this in mind. Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing.<br>

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP as you will NOT be allowed to work! General Guidelines· We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.· Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.· Please do not approach the actors. They are working. Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited. Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated. Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.- Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.· If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.
