**IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO WORK ON THE ‘BRIAN BANKS’ FILM IN MEMPHIS -OR- ‘Nashville’ – THESE ARE NOT YOUR DETAILS! Please look for the note with the subject line ‘Brian Banks’ or ‘Nashville’ – these details are ONLY for those booked on the Chevy CMA Promo and you MUST be on our list to get in!!**

We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

RULES of the set: ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS or ALCOHOL, ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS, NO PETS (not even emotional support animals)!! ABSOLUTELY NO POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA from this set or about show content!

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day. You should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely.

*EVERYONE – Please BRING your Driver’s License with you to set! You MUST also have a valid social security number and bring the card (if possible)!
**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your correct booking details. We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!! Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! We will be expecting you whether you post or not, it’s just helpful to us to know that you got your details!! WE ARE COUNTING ON YOU TO SHOW UP FOR WORK!!

(At Overhand entry opposite the Omni Hotel) – We will be parking at a lot just south of the location.  You will enter via the lot on 6th Ave S & Peabody and then pull through that lot, and make a right into our lot. LOOK FOR SIGNS!
All talent will be coming directly to The Omni Hotel after parking.  We have reserved The Cumberland Suite #1.  it is located on the 3rd Floor of the Omni and just off the escalator.  The escalator can be accessed to the left of the main entry in the lobby.
–please visit Mapquest, google maps or put this address into your gps BEFORE you leave your house! **Follow signs or look with someone with a walkie to let them know you are there to work, please say “I AM TALENT TODAY” and check in with someone from Production

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

EVERYONE – Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID and be LEGAL to work as an Extra in the US! We can not check you in if you do not have valid ID and are not legal to work!

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!!

Wardrobe Instructions: **EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP COMPLETE as appropriate for the role you are booked in!**
CELEBRITY RED CARPET: You are playing a celebrity walking the red carpet at the CMA Awards. Black tie formal wear – gowns for the ladies and suits for the men. Nothing brightly colored or gold. PLEASE bring options just in case we need to mix and match. Please be sure to also accessorize.

SECURITY: You are playing security personnel at an upscale high profile event. All black slacks, black belt, black shoes, black shirt. PLEASE bring options just in case we need to mix and match. A suitcase worth of clothing is preferable.
<br>
PR PEOPLE: You are playing PR people on the red carpet with celebrities at the CMA Awards. Upscale, professional, classy, business attire in darker hues PLEASE bring options just in case we need to mix and match. A suitcase worth of clothing is preferable. Please be sure to also accessorize.

PAPARAZZI: You are paparazzi lining the red carpet trying to get photos of celebrities entering the CMA Awards. Nice darker colored jeans and slacks/dress pants & crew blacks for shirts (any kind of black shirt without logos) PLEASE bring options just in case we need to mix and match. A suitcase worth of clothing is preferable.

FANS: You are fans at the red carpet trying to get a glimpse of your favorite country artists as they enter the CMA Awards. Everyday casual to nice casual clothing thaty ou might wear to this type of event. All earth tones (blues, greens, browns, greys, dark purples, etc), no patterns, no stripes, no logos, no white. PLEASE bring options just in case we need to mix and match. A suitcase worth of clothing is preferable.
***GENERAL INFO:* Muted colors, no logos, lots of changes since we are shooting multiple scenes*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you. *Bring at least 3-4 complete outfits.*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you. As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing.
