If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day/night, whatever that time ends up being – usually 10-12 hours from the earliest start time of the day. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!

*EVERYONE (even if you’ve worked before!) – Please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Drivers License with you to set! If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID. You MUST have a valid social security number!**

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your correct booking details. We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!! Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! We will be expecting you whether you post or not, it’s just helpful to us to know that you got your details!! WE ARE COUNTING ON YOU TO SHOW UP FOR WORK!!

Work Date: TUESDAY – JANUARY 5th, 2016 (**Please EAT breakfast or lunch/dinner before coming to set as you MAY be arriving after our crew has eaten!! An afternoon/evening meal will likely be provided later in the day and Snacks & drinks will be provided throughout the day but you may miss the main crew meal and we don’t want you to be hungry. PARKING and REPORT to LOCATION for ALL Extras & Standins is located at: Production Stages – LOWER Stages 444 Brick Church Park Drive Nashville, TN 37207 –(*be sure to put the entire street address into your GPS and not just Brick Church. If you do not put Brick Church Park Drive you may end up in Goodlettsville and that is incorrect.) **MAKE SURE TO PUT BRICK CHURCH PARK DRIVE – If you only put Brick Church or you put Brick Church Pike, your GPS will take you to the WRONG place!! It is BRICK CHURCH PARK DRIVE* <br>

WHEN CHECKING – please say “I AM AN EXTRA TODAY” <br>

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!! <br>

EVERYONE – Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

<br> EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy! <br>

Wardrobe Instructions: Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability. <br>

***GENERAL INFO: *Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors *Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that) *Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for) *DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you. *Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. *Bring at least 3 complete outfits. *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)! <br>

How much to bring and how to transport it: *Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc *Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in. *Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball) Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you. <br>

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. No strapless items that aren’t accompanied by a jacket. No shorts unless we request it for a specific scene. Leggings are not pants! Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set! Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing which is now LATE WINTER/EARLY SPRING. And unless otherwise instructed, always bring enough options for two full changes. <br>

The Beverly Stage Techs & Sound Guy: Cool hip backstage workwear. Shades of black, dark grey, browns, navy are always good. Long sleeve button down shirts, hoodies, henleys, t-shirts for layering, sweaters. Dark jeans or pants, shoes and accessories to compliment the look.

Men: Nice dark denim jeans, cool boots or similar feel, nice long sleeve button down shirts in muted colors and patterns, long sleeve henleys, long and short sleeve t-shirts for layering.

Women: Nice dark denim jeans or similar pants, cool boots or the like, long sleeve button down shirts in muted colors and patterns, long sleeve fitted tops or t-shirts.

Women: Nice long sleeve tops or blouses, long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts for layering, skirts only with proper simple hosiery, jeans or casual pants, jackets and blazers, shoes and jewelry to compliment the look. Please NO Red/Bright White or Loud Patterns or Neon Colors. If you are booked as a HIPSTER, please showcase your own unique style and if you have any of the following please wear clothing that emphasizes any piercings, tattooes, gauges, etc. and your own uniqueness/coolness (beanies, skinny jeans, scarves, plaid/flannel, boots, hip vintage clothing, etc.)

Men:Casual long sleeve button down shirts, long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts for layering, lightweight sweaters, jeans and casual pants like khakis (colors like tan, grey, brown,army green), jackets, shoes to compliment the look. Please NO Red/Bright White or Loud Patterns or Neon Colors. If you are booked as a HIPSTER, please showcase your own unique style and if you have any of the following please wear clothing that emphasizes any piercings, tattooes, gauges, etc. and your own uniqueness/coolness (beanies, skinny jeans, scarves, plaid/flannel, boots, hip vintage clothing, etc.)

Detectives & Police Admin Assistants: Professional Attire

Men: Bring a choice of sport coats solid neutral muted colors (not black) maybe a choice with mild/subtle patterns too, nice dress shirt, dress trousers like brown, khaki, etc, shoes/belt/tie to compliment the look.

Women: Suit jacket/pant option, button down shirt or blouses, dress pants, dress shoes or low heeled pump, belt and minimal jewelry to compliment the look.

Uniform Police Officers: Make sure and bring black socks, white crew neck t-shirt, bring black work shoes if you own them.

Motel Guests with Cars and Motel Guest Veteran: Low budget Motel. Exterior. Nashville. Looks need to be non-descript and not dressy. <br>

Guys: Casual long sleeve button down shirts (bring options of plaid, western and non-western), long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts for layering (no logos, bright colors, or wild patterns), jeans or similar casual pants, casual fall jackets such as a denim or similar casual jackets (NOTHING FANCY), shoes (casual and not expensive looking). If you are booked as a Veteran, any clothing you have that emphasizes your Veteran status, please wear/bring that also (jackets with patches, veteran hats, etc.)

Ladies: Long sleeve and short sleeve casual fitted t-shirts, fall-like sweaters (nothing too heavy or bulky), long sleeve tops (nothing strapless or summery), casual jackets, jeans or similar pants, sweatpants, sweatshirts, shoes (casual and not expensive looking). ____________________________________________________ Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP as you will NOT be allowed to work! Bring a black or blue ink pen with you to complete your voucher ____________________________________________________ General Guidelines: · We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. · Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you. · Please do not approach the actors. They are working. Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited. Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated. Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set. – Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!! Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press: Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones). Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set. · If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it. Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation with both the production and future local casting.
