—PLEASE make sure to EAT dinner before you come to set!! Meals are NOT being provided! There will be a cash bar available inside the venue for drink purchases—
***Emergency number (615) 663-3621 (**If you are unable to make your booking for ANY reason, you MUST CALL this emergency number to let us know. Failure to do so (even if you send an email) will result in you being listed as a NO-SHOW!! We are counting on you to show up so do hope that none of you have any emergency situations!
If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set for the duration of your filming group (roughly about 3-4 hours total per group). You should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future (unless you have a legitimate emergency or reason for leaving early)
** All times are subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE again before YOU LEAVE for location! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ENTRY INTO THIS EVENT!!!
Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, etc. – regardless of the weather or call time you are expected to be on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for uncertain road conditions so that you can arrive on time safely.
**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your booking details. We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!! Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! We will be expecting you whether you post or not, it’s just helpful to us to know that you got your details!!
**This is a VOLUNTEER event and you will not be compensated for participating. However, we will put your name on our “preferred bookings” list for future upcoming paid projects.**
Work Date: MONDAY – MAY 18th, 2015
GROUP #1 - Line up time is 4:30pm-5:30pm. For your own fun, don’t waste your day coming down too early. Performers won’t be there until late afternoon and we won’t have our “Crowd Area” set up until around 4pm. 6pm is the line cut off and doors open.
GROUP #2 - Line up time is 8:30pm-9:30pm. 10pm is the line cut off and doors open. For your own fun, don’t waste your day coming down too early. We’ve got a separate artist taping earlier in the day and if you’re not on that list, we don’t want you to waste your time. You will NOT be let in to the earlier show if you did not get pre-registered for it!!

FROM I-24 W:
Take the exit for Shelby St, turning toward downtown Nashville
before the bridge, turn RIGHT onto S 2nd St, toward Titan Stadium
Turn LEFT onto Victory Lane
Turn LEFT onto S 1st St
Turn RIGHT just past Walking Bridge, PARK IN LOT R near elevator
Walk across Walking Bridge, taking stairs/elevator to 2nd Ave S
Go RIGHT at the base of the walking bridge SEEN is across from Joes Crab Shack
You’re more than welcome to find parking downtown on your own and closer to the Venue, but LOT R is the best we could do to accommodate such a large group. Plus its FREE. Save your cash for a cold beer.
DON’T FORGET to bring your ID, an umbrella if it rains, and don’t wear any black, White, or Logos, cash if you hit the bar,
– You will CHECK in with ANDREA from On Location Casting and be sure to let anyone who asks know that you are from On Location Casting as there may be other groups participating and we need to make sure you are properly accounted for.
*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area approx 10-15 minutes BEFORE your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! YOu will NOT be permitted to enter venue once filming has started! **IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE REGISTERED GUEST LIST and DID NOT CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING – YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INTO THIS SHOW!!!
EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! You should ALL LOOK HIP, STYLISH, cool – like people who are going out to the CMA Festival to see live bands and have a great time. LOOK YOUR BEST – Dress to impress!!!
Wardrobe Instructions:
Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.
It is NOT necessary to bring multiple wardrobe changes – all you need to do is DRESS to IMPRESS and you will be filmed in the outfit you arrive in.
***GENERAL INFO:
*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors
*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)
*NO LOGOS at all!
*NO black or white tshirts and please try to avoid all black or whiteas much as possible!
GROUP #1 & GROUP #2 AUDIENCE: You guys get these artist’s style, so you know the vibe. NO LOGOS. and we mean NO LOGOS. Any logo of any kind, college team, pro team, brands, beers, etc, we cannot allow. You’ll be forced to remove that “Bulldogs” hat or turn that “Budweiser Shirt” inside out. And we can’t show you on TV. NO PLAIN BLACK OR WHITE shirts. They look bad on camera. Come dressed as you would for a night out at a live music venue. Clothing should be FUN, SPRING/SUMMER time attire – casual, comfortable, nice, stylish. You could also wear something with a country music flair (cowboy hats, cowboy boots, etc. – country, but not over the top) that you might wear to CMA Fest. You should look casual but still look like country music fans!

General Guidelines
· We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
· Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.
· Please do not approach the band. They are working. Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited. Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated. Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.
