“Nashville” for WEDNESDAY 3/4/15 – SHOOT CANCELED!!! NOT Filming TODAY!!

**URGENT NOTICE!!**

If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” to work on WEDNESDAY 3/4/15 – THIS SHOOT HAS BEEN CANCELED due to actor illness!!!

You should NOT report to work on “Nashville” today – we are NOT filming this scene!!! You will still be paid for today – if you are rescheduling you will do a 2nd voucher when you work, if you are not rescheduling we will call you on Thursday to get your payment information.

This scene MAY be rescheduled to THURSDAY 3/5/15 – please send us an email to: nashvilleextras@gmail.com with subject line BLUEBIRD RESCHEDULE. Please list your first & last name, contact number, let us know you received the CANCELLATION notice and tell us if you are available to be rescheduled for Thursday 3/5/15.

If the scene is rescheduled for 3/5/15 – we will be sending you an email TONIGHT AFTER 6:00pm to let you know so please make sur eyou are checking your email and respond ASAP.
