If you were booked – youare already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expectedto be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from yourcall time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect toor ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for notbeing booked in the future.

 

**Please POST your first& last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up yourbooking details. Everyone has been Pre-fit or had costumes pre-selected forworking this day & we are not overbooked so it’s important that we knowEVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOTmean that you don’t have to show up!! We will be expecting you whether you postor not, it’s just helpful to us to know that you got your details!!

 

Filming will take placerain, shine, wind, etc.–regardless of the weather or early call time you areexpected to be at work on set!!

Report to Location andPARKING for ALL Extras & Stand-ins is located at: 

NE CORNER OF 3RDSTREET SW and COAL AVE SW

ABQ NM

 

 

- You will check in withGenevi or someone from the AD Dept.

 

Look for the yellowsigns with black arrows that say ‘EYE’. Park as directed and follow signs tothe Extras Holding area

 

*make sure to arrive inenough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time!If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL belate! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to takeyour ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR& MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!!Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies– Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either beclean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 WardrobeInstructions for STAND-ins:

STAND-INS should ALWAYSbring the following colors of tops for color cover: Black, Gray, off white,dark Green, Blue Navy,, Brown, Red, Light Green,

-Always wear pants. NOshorts/ skirts  please. AND CLOSED TOE SHOES~

- Please also carry yourcolor cover with you at all times on set.  We cannot hold anything foryou.

 

Wardrobe Instructions forEXTRAS:

Be sure to read andfollow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

 

Everyone should comewearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If youlook in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me towear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision foryou.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEARCLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Never bring clothingwith LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’tbring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only cleanclothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bringdirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bringclothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3complete outfits.

*AND put together theoutfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in andwear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

Wear your best look toset. When you arrive, after check in, you will see wardrobe. Please haveon what you think will be best but please bring multiple options. Do notbring any items that you do not feel comfortable wearing and please do notleave any wardrobe options in your car. We will only want to see items youcan change in to immediately to create your characters “look”.  Note:Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will helpyour chances of getting more screen time. Read your charactersdescription and only bring clothing that fits your character

 

Things to avoid:

• LOGO’s, intensepatterns or super bright colors.

• White and all black(unless your character specifies that)

• DO NOT bringdirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

 

How much to bring and howto transport it:

• Bring at least 3complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

• Bring your options onhanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

Bring Comfort Wear: Weare very serious about this. If your character requires high heels oruncomfortable shoes, bring comfortable shoes to wear while we are notfilming. Also if your chosen wardrobe is not comfortable bring somethingcomfortable that you can easily slip in to during long waiting periods.

 

Wardrobe SPECIFIC to yourROLES:

HOSPITAL STAFF :if you have your own scrubs, lab coats or any type of medical field uniform -please wear/bring that. If not, please bring casual comfortable clothing thatfollws the general guidelines. EVERYONE Must bring non-dirty sneakers or Crocs!

 

COFFEE SHOP PATRONS: pleasecome dressed and ready & bring options of every day casual to nice clothing that follows the general guidelines.

Please Report Rain orShine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait untilthe rain stops to film.

PAYROLL INFORMATION (forthe PAID BOOKED EXTRAS ONLY!):

Bring your driver’slicense and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork topay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If youdon’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP!

 

Bring a black or blue inkpen with you to complete your voucher

General Guidelines

·      Wedo not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item.  We arenot responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

·     Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you becomeunavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

·     Please do not approach the actors.  They are working.  Picturesor video from cell phones are strictly prohibited.  Taking a picture orvideo on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated. Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

-       Donot bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting.Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO familyor friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you! THIS IS A JOBand you should treat it as such!!

 

Background Actors’ Rulesregarding Photos and Press

·     Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden(including from cell phones).

·     Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      Ifa journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact thecasting office, before you provide any information about the show or yourparticipation in it.

Ignoring these guidelineswill undermine your affiliation with both the production and future localcasting.
