CMA Awards/Chevy Promo CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for SUNDAY 11/3/13

CALL TIME: 6:00pm. Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for parking and to walk to check-in.

EVEN MORE IMPORTANT NOTE:   Day light savings time ends Sunday at 2am…meaning - when you go to sleep tonight, set yours clocks BACK an hour.

PARKING INFO: LOCATION: 5th Ave S & Demonbreun PARKING: UNDER NEW MUSIC CITY CENTER off 6th Ave S. ** Be sure to get a ticket when you pull into the MCC parking lot.  I will be passing out vouchers at the end of the night to exit lot.

DIRECTIONS FROM I-40/I-65:

-Exit onto Demonbreun, heading East into downtown

-Just before the road closure, turn RIGHT onto 6th Ave, under the Center

-Turn RIGHT into parking lot for Music City Center pull a ticket & leave it in your car.  Production will provide you another ticket for exiting parking garage

-walk down Demonbreun to set at 5th & Demonbreun.  Check in at white tent with Tina.

WARDROBE: **YOU WILL BE OUTSIDE!! DRESS APPROPRIATELY to keep warm!!  It will get down to 37º Sunday night.  Essentially wear casual comfortable clothing that you might wear to watch the red carpet arrivals at the CMA Awards….NO LOGOS or crazy bright colors.  If you have a camera, please bring it.

We have had plenty of people express interest in this shoot but ony had space for (75) people. PLEASE SHOW UP since you have taken a space that someone else wanted but could not have!

If you submitted and don’t know if you are booked, please go back and check your original facebook comment to the casting notice. If you do not have a confirmation, you are not booked. You MUST be on our check-in list in order to be admitted.
