REMINDER!! Absolutely NO weapons or firearms are allowed on set at ANY time!!

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day/night, whatever that time ends up being – usually 12 hours+. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, ICE, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!

*EVERYONE (even if you’ve worked before!) – Please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Drivers License with you to set! If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!*

WHEN CHECKING – please say “I AM AN EXTRA TODAY”. *Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 15-20 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!<br><br>

Wardrobe Instructions: Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability. Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. *Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

Professional but not flashy.

Men

Bring options of suit jackets and dress trousers (colors such as black/navy/dark charcoal), dress shirts, tie options, shoes and belt to compliment the look.

 

Women

Bring options of pant or skirt suit separates. Blouses or lightweight sweaters for layering, professional blazers, dress trousers or skirts. Bring nice jewelry but not too flashy and shoes to compliment the look.

TV News Reporters:

 

Men

Bring nice on-camera suit options (2-button preferred), long sleeve dress shirts (not white if possible, but ok to bring if that is all you have), dress shoes, belt and ties to compliment the look.

 

Women

Bring nice on-camera suit options, sheath dresses, blazers, blouses or shells for layering under a suit.  Jewelry and shoes to compliment the look. Avoid red but colors like jewel tones, or muted colors like corals, sea glass, heather blue, etc are acceptable for these scenes. Oversized floral or some prints are good as long as they aren’t too distracting.

Event Security: Please bring a nice black suit, white dress shirt, black tie, black dress shoes and black belt.

Hair/Makeup Person & Stylist: Super hip. Cool flowy tops and skinny jeans. T-shirts and jewelry or scarves. Blazers and leather jackets, cool frames if you wear glasses, urban boots, booties, nothing too high heeled. NO Red.

Lighting Techs & Sound/Music Playback Guy: Muted tones and things such as black, dark grey, dark browns, navy. Button down long sleeve shirts, lightweight sweaters, long sleeve tees for layering, jackets and hoodies, black or dark jeans or similar pants, dark sneakers or similar footwear, accessories to compliment the look. No bright white please.

Production Assistants, Photographer’s Assistant, Prop Assistant & Craft Service Assistant: Casual button down tops, lightweight sweaters, long sleeve henleys or t-shirts, jeans or casual pants, jackets/blazers, shoes and accessories to compliment the look. – Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian – unless there is more than one child per family booked. If multiple children are working, an additional parent/guardian may attend. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!! <

Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

RECORD EXECS: Professional but in an entertainment field. Suits, dress shirts and blouses, dark wash jeans, blazers, dresses (with sleeves if possible), shoes, ties and accessories to compliment the look.

BARTENDERS: A nice fitted black t-shirt, dark wash jeans, black belt, black shoes or boots.

Soundcheck Employees: Casual button down tops, lightweight sweaters, long sleeve henleys or t-shirts, jeans or casual pants, jackets/blazers, shoes and accessories to compliment the look. Keep the tones muted and neutral. Nothing too bright.

General Guidelines
· We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
· Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.
· Please do not approach the actors. They are working. Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited. Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated. Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.
– Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian – unless there is more than one child per family booked. If multiple children are working, an additional parent/guardian may attend. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!! <

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press: Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).
Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.
· If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.
