If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on WEDNESDAY 10/7/15

 

**All times are still subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK!!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

***Emergency number (615) 663-3621 if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! We will not acknowledge text messages, you have to CALL if you have an emergency! There IS a voicemail on this line so if you do not reach someone you need to leave a message!

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day/night, whatever that time ends up being – usually 8-12 hours or so.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!  

 

*EVERYONE (even if you’ve worked before!) – Please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Drivers License with you to set!  If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID. You MUST have a valid social security number!**’

 

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your correct booking details. We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!! Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! *Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

 

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  


EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

—PLEASE BRING YOUR PHONE CHARGERS WITH YOU TO SET!!! For this scene, we will be asking all Fan and Audience extras to use the flashlight function on your phone and we want to make sure your battery doesn’t die! There will be multiple outlets and charging stations available, you’ll just need to be sure bring the charger cord!! Thanks!–


***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you.

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing or shoes with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!
Hwy 65 Staff, Hotel Guests & Hotel Guests with Cars: Colors: we prefer not to use black, or white, or anything highly patterned. Jewel and earth tones are always appreciated.
Ladies – long sleeve Button down tops, light weight sweaters or cardigans, early fall jackets, scarves, classic jewelry, or nicer jeans and a blazer. Long sleeve dresses. Please also bring shoes and/or boots to compliment your outfits.Please bring several options.
Men – Nicer jeans and dress pants, button down shirts, blazers, vest, light weight pullover and cardigan sweaters. Casual hip sportcoats and jackets. Please bring several options.
Musicians / Songwriters:  Casual but cool.
Women - Cool, Hip tops, jeans or leggings, leather jackets or early fall jackets/blazers, pumps, booties or cowboy boots, jewelry to compliment the look.
Men - Button down shirts, henleys, t-shirts, early fall jackets, jeans, boots or cowboy books, jewelry to compliment the look.
ROADIES & Bus Driver:  Cool hip backstage workwear. Shades of black, dark grey, browns, deep greens, navy are always good. Dark jeans or pants, shoes and accessories to compliment the look. If you worked on Tuesday, please bring those same clothes PLUS additional similar choices
Bellmen: Bring a pair of nice black dress trousers and black cotton chinos, black belt, black dress shoes. Shirt will be provided. Please also bring an option of Hotel Guest attire.
Park Goer Moms & Dads:
Women - Casual dresses, casual long sleeve tops or blouses, skirts, jeans or casual pants, early fall jackets and cardigans, shoes and jewelry to compliment the look. Please NO Red/Bright White or Loud Patterns or Neon Colors.
Men -Casual long sleeve button down shirts, long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts, jeans and casual pants like khakis (colors like tan, grey, brown,army green), early fall jackets, shoes to compliment the look. Please NO Red/Bright White or Loud Patterns or Neon Colors.
Joggers, Bicyclists & Guys Throwing Football: Workout pants, tops, hooded sweatshirt, sweatpants, sneakers (no visible logos), long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts, nothing brightly colored or bright white (limited logos if possible).
Park Goer KIDS:
Boys - Play clothes such as long sleeve button down shirts, polos and t-shirts, sneakers, casual shoes, casual pants and jeans, early fall jacket and sweaters.
Girls - Play clothes such as long sleeve tops and t-shirts, skirts, dresses, casual pants and jeans, early fall jackets and sweaters, shoes to compliment the look.

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!

 

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:

Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

***IF YOU ARE LATE (by even as little as 5 minutes!) you MAY BE SENT HOME without pay or working! BE ON TIME!!**

 

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  


EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy!


 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you.

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing or shoes with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!

Roadies: Please bring a selection of long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts (brown/navy/grey/black), button down casual shirts in dark denims and similar colors as the t-shirts, black jeans or pants, black shoes, belt. Nothing bright white, neon, red, or loud patterns please. *If you worked previously in this scene, please bring the SAME wardrobe plus your additional options!
Musician Types:  Casual but cool.*If you worked previously in this scene, please bring the SAME wardrobe plus your additional options!
Women - Cool, Hip tops, jeans or leggings, leather jackets or jackets/blazers, pumps, booties or cowboy boots, jewelry to compliment the look.
Men - Button down shirts, henleys, t-shirts, jackets, jeans, boots or cowboy books, jewelry to compliment the look.
Soundcheck PAs: Casual button down tops, lightweight sweaters, long sleeve henleys or t-shirts, jeans or casual pants, shoes and accessories to compliment the look. *If you worked previously in this scene, please bring the SAME wardrobe plus your additional options!
Barflies: 
Guys - Casual button down shirts (long or short) Bring options of plaid, western and non-western, long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts (no logos, bright colors, or wild patterns), jeans or similar casual pants, casual jackets such as a denim or cotton jacket (no logos), shoes (cowboy and non-cowboy boots) and accessories to compliment the look.
Ladies - Long sleeve and short sleeve casual fitted t-shirts, fall-like sweaters (nothing too heavy or bulky), blouses and tops (nothing strapless or too summery), dresses (nothing summery-such as strapless), skirts (not summery/not business-like), casual jackets, jeans or casual pants (no sweatpants or shorts), shoes and jewelry to compliment the look.
Servers/Bartender:  Casual bar workwear.
Women - Casual tops and button down shirts, t-shirts and camisoles for layering, jeans and casual pants, shoes, belt and accessories to compliment the look. The usual rules apply:No solid red, bright white, bright colors unless you have a neutral/muted colored jacket or shirt to cover it, no logos.
Men - Long sleeve or short sleeve button down shirt, t-shirts long or short for layering, henleys, lightweight sweaters, jeans or casual pants in brown/tan/navy/olive green/etc, belt, shoes and accessories to compliment the look.
Bar Patrons:
Women - Not too casual not too dressy Dresses, tops or blouses, skirts, jeans or casual pants, jackets and lightweight sweaters, shoes and jewelry to compliment the look. Please NO Red/Bright White or Loud Patterns or Neon Colors.

PAYROLL INFORMATION:

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP as you will NOT be allowed to work!

·      We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

 

·      Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

 

·      Please do not approach the actors. They are working. Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited. Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated. Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

 

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!

 

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:

Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.

 

Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation with both the production and future local casting.
