**ALL MILITARY/POLICE/PILOT MEN MUST SHAVE BEFORE YOU COME TO WORK!!! The Hair/Makeup Dept. does not have time to shave you!!! Please do NOT show up with stubble, beard, mustache, any remnant of facial hair!!! SHAVE BEFORE YOU COME!!**
–STAND-INS & EXTRAS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING Cell Phones, Tablets or Computers to set!! This is a CLOSED SET and photography of any kind will be grounds for immediate dismissal!!–

–If you need specific directions from YOUR house, please visit mapquest.com, google maps or punch this address into your GPS.
*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!
Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

Wardrobe Instructions:
Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.
**DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO WARDROBE WITHOUT FIRST CHECKING IN & GETTING YOUR VOUCHER!!! YOU MUST BE TAKEN TO WARDROBE BY A SET PA and SHOULD NOT GO BY YOURSELF WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION!!!!

STANDINS:  please wear comfortable casual clothing and bring a couple shirts in different muted earth tones (green, brown, grey, eggplant, tan)

ALL PRE-FIT EXTRAS (who came in for a Costume Fitting): please follow all instructions that you received at your costume fitting and bring any items that you were asked to bring. You should come camera ready with hair and makeup done (men should be clean-shaven) & wearing your approved outfit. (If costumes is providing it, it will be available when you arrive on set)
ALL NON PRE-FIT MILITARY/PILOT EXTRAS (who did NOT come in for a Costume Fitting): please have black socks, white tshirt (NO LOGOS) and be sure to wear underwear. If you have your own brown or black work boots or military please bring them, otherwise we will provide them for you

Wardrobe Instructions:
Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

***GENERAL INFO:
*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors
*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)
*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)
*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.
*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you.
*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.
*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!
Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options if you own them. We do not allow any clothing with logos, bright white or neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. WE LOVE if you bring us choices that are NOT black. Please always bring a warm jacket and comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!

 

Students
All those who were here for pre-fits on Friday please bring any shoes and items that were discussed/approved.
ALSO IN ADDITION TO YOUR SCHOOL UNIFORM LOOK—Bring a change of clothes for a scene involving soccer. Tshirts, soccer shorts or the like, soccer socks, cleats, or outdoor sports shoes. No visible logos if possible. **ALL STUDENTS SHOULD BRING BOOK BAGS, BACK PACKS, Things you would carry leaving school.

Teachers
Men
Suit jacket, button down shirt, dress slacks, summer weight sweaters, shoes, belt and tie options to compliment the look.
Women
Dress (conservative), suit separates (jacket/skirt), short or long sleeve blouse, cardigan sweaters, shoes, jewelry and scarf to compliment the look.

Parents w/cars
Same requirements as Teachers (above) but slightly more casual.

–If you are scheduled to work on the feature film “Independence Day 2″ in Albuquerque, NM – these are NOT your booking details!! These details are ONLY for those booked on “Nashville” in Nashville, TN–

***Emergency number (615) 921-8626 if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! We will not acknowledge text messages, you have to CALL if you have an emergency! There IS a voicemail on this line so if you do not reach someone you need to leave a message!

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours (except for babies & minors) from the earliest call time on the day. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

**All times are still subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK in the morning!!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, extreme heat, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID. You MUST have a valid social security number!**

Please park and walk across street to white guard shack to check in at STAGE B
*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!
Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy!

Wardrobe Instructions:
Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

***GENERAL INFO:
*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors
*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)
*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)
*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.
*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you.
*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.
*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!
Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

Wardrobe Details:

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing or shoes with logos, bright white or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!

Cool t-shirts, sleek blouses, dressy tanks, club-like skirts (tasteful), dresses, jeans, leggings, boots (not cowboy), heels, jackets and Blazers to wear over shirts, jewelry and accessories to compliment the outfit.
