**WE ARE NOT AT ALBUQUERQUE STUDIOS nor TINGLEY COLISEUM so DO NOT GO TO ALBUQUERQUE STUDIOS or TINGLEY!!! – WE HAVE A *NEW* LOCATION and NEW Parking LOT!!!  PLEASE make sure to CHECK THE *NEW* LOCATION!! –

 

–STAND-INS & EXTRAS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING Cell Phones, Tablets or Computers to set!! This is a CLOSED SET and photography of any kind will be grounds for dismissal!!–

 

***Emergency number (800) 241-0076  if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! 2. Take Exit 220 for Rio Bravo Blvd. At traffic light turn LEFT/EASTonto Rio Bravo Blvd. Go ± 0.2 mi.

3. At T junction traffic light turn RIGHT/SOUTH onto UniversityBlvd. Drive ± 2 miles.

4. After passing both snake sculptures in the median and toppingthe hill, take immediate first LEFT/EAST onto Crick Ave. Drive ±0.7 miles.

5. Follow the road LEFT/NORTH onto Hawking Dr. Drive ± 0.3miles.

6. Turn LEFT/WEST and then an immediate RIGHT/NORTH intoparking lot. Park as directed and walk to extras check-in andcatering.

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! CLEAN-SHAVEN MEN or VERY TIDY MUSTACHES!! NO “soul patches”, musician goatees or peach fuzz – you should look like a high powered business executive!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

**IF YOU WORKED ON WEDNESDAY 7/1/15, THURSDAY 7/2/15 and/or MONDAY 7/6/15 – YOU MUST WEAR THE EXACT SAME OUTFIT, JEWELRY, HAIR, MAKEUP, etc. that you wore on Wednesday, Thursday or Monday -AND- bring additional similar options to choose from!!!! If you worked previously as a Presidential Aide, be sure to have that same exact outfit with you and bring additional similar options to choose from!!!!**

 

STANDINS: please wear comfortable casual clothing and bring a couple shirts in different muted earth tones (green, brown, grey, eggplant, tan)

 

ALL PRE-FIT EXTRAS (who came in for a Costume Fitting): please follow all instructions that you received at your costume fitting and bring any items that you were asked to bring. You should come camera ready with hair and makeup done (men should be clean-shaven) & wearing your approved outfit. (If costumes is providing it, it will be available when you arrive on set)

 

ALL NON PRE-FIT MILITARY EXTRAS (who did NOT come in for a Costume Fitting):please have black socks, white tshirt (NO LOGOS) and be sure to wear underwear

 

ALL HEADS OF STATE (BRAZILIAN, JAPANESE, GERMAN, INDIAN): 

Upscale, Professional BUSINESS attire. You should be well groomed and ARRIVE camera ready in your first choice of outfit. Please look the part!! You should be sharp, well groomed, conservative, well put together, upscale and distinguished

 

Men – dark 2 button suits (blues, grays and some black – NO 3 button suits unless absolutely necessary), dress shirts, ties, dress shoes, etc. In addition to your suit(s), please have an option of dress slacks and appropriate dress shirt/jacket combo.  Please also include appropriate jewelry and accessories (shoes, belts). An example of the type of look is the show “House of Cards” (you can google it!) If you do not have a suit – do the best you can to look professional in business attire (but PLEASE try to have a suit option!!)

 

Women – pant suits and skirt suits (blues, grays and some black), classy slacks/skirts and blouses (blues, grays and some black), etc. In addition to your suit(s), please also have a classy, conservative dress option and/or conservative skirt & blouse. Please also include appropriate jewelry and accessories (shoes, belts, handbags, etc.). An example of the type of look is the show “House of Cards” (you can google it!)
