If you are scheduled work on the Feature Film “INDEPENDENCE DAY 2″ – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on TUESDAY 6/16/15

 

–STAND-INS & EXTRAS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING Cell Phones, Tablets or Computers to set!! This is a CLOSED SET and photography of any kind will be grounds for dismissal!!–

 

***Emergency number (800) 241-0076  if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! We will not acknowledge text messages, you have to CALL if you have an emergency! There IS a voicemail on this line so if you do not reach someone you need to leave a message!

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

–STAND-INS & EXTRAS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING Cell Phones, Tablets or Computers to set!! This is a CLOSED SET and photography of any kind will be grounds for dismissal!!–

 

***Emergency number (800) 241-0076  if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! We will not acknowledge text messages, you have to CALL if you have an emergency! There IS a voicemail on this line so if you do not reach someone you need to leave a message!

Take I-25 N for ± 5 miles.

Take EXIT 226A to merge onto I-40 E toward SantaRosa.

Drive ± 3.8 miles and take EXIT 162 for Louisiana Blvd.

At the traffic light turn RIGHT/SOUTH onto Louisiana Blvd and drive ± 0.75 miles.

At the traffic light near Burger King continue straight crossing over Lomas Blvd.

Drive ± 0.15 miles and take the first immediate RIGHT/WEST into Gate 8

At the gate, tell the guard you are with “Independence Day 2″

Drive +/- 0.1 miles and turn LEFT/SOUTH into tunnel that goes underneath race track

Go thru tunnel and continue diagonally across the infield and park as directed.

Walk thru west side tunnel to basecamp, catering and set.
