Turn LEFT onto CONDERSHIRE DRIVE and TRAVEL .2 Miles

- *make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arriveat the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to theparking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobewith you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate foryour specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styledhair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone.Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look tooscruffy!!

 Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

STAND-INS should ALWAYS bring the following colors of tops forcolor cover: Black, Gray, off white, dark Green, Blue Navy,, Brown, Red, LightGreen,

-Always wear pants. NO shorts/ skirts please. AND CLOSED TOESHOES~

- Please also carry your color cover with you at all times on set. We cannot hold anything for you.

 

Wardrobe Instructions for EXTRAS:


SOCCER KIDS: bring long sleeved t-shirts to wear under uniform,sweats (to wear over outfits when we are not shooting to keep warm) Cleats(plain as possible),  red or blue plainsocks if you have them- shin guards, and soccer ball


REF: BLACK TENNIS SHOES, AND SOCKS, and also a Church Change


COACHES: Polos, T-shirts, jeans , Khakis, Track Pants , Sneakers


SOCCER PARENTS (paid): CASUAL CLOTHING (Teams are Red and otherteam Blue) – and church change


BACKSTAGE PA’S: BLACK PANTS, BLACK SKIRTS, BLACK SHIRTS OR WHITESHIRTS


CHURCH GOERS:  3-4 OUTFITS –Conservative and casual business attire – muted earth tones , pants, slacks,button down shirts, jackets, blouses, skirts, dresses, nice jeans , – NOTHINGBRIGHT AND FLORAL, NEON

 

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to thebest of your ability.

 

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t knowif this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept.will make the final decision for you.

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS orSANDALS!!

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or superbright colors

*Avoid white but do-n’t bring all black either(unless yourcharacter specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specificallyasked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fityou.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for thescene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bringoptions)!

 

Wear your best look to set. When you arrive, after check in, youwill see wardrobe. Please have on what you think will be best but pleasebring multiple options. Do not bring any items that you do not feelcomfortable wearing and please do not leave any wardrobe options in yourcar. We will only want to see items you can change in to immediately tocreate your characters “look”.  Note: Bringing the proper clothingnot only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screentime. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fitsyour character

Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If yourcharacter requires high heels or uncomfortable shoes, bring comfortableshoes to wear while we are not filming. Also if your chosen wardrobe isnot comfortable bring something comfortable that you can easily slip into during long waiting periods.

·      Please remember that all unauthorized on-setphotography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

·      Background actors may not blog or tweet abouttheir experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about yourwork on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide anyinformation about the show or your participation in it.

Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation withboth the production and future local casting.

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! (*be sure to put the entire street address into your GPS and not just Brick Church. If you do not put Brick Church Park Drive you may end up in Goodlettsville and that is incorrect.)

- You will check in with someone from the AD Dept.

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! If you worked in more than once scene, bring ALL clothing that you previously wore!!**


The following roles will be playing CMA ATTENDEES and should dress accordingly – even if you previously wore something else in a different role: Reporters, Photographers, Event Coordinators, Publicists, Limo Drivers, Uniformed Security, Bridgestone Security, Concession Stand Workers, Hair & Makeup Team (bring your previously worn outfit but come DRESSED as a CMA ATTENDEE!!)

 

If you worked on Weds. 10/8/14, Friday 10/10/14 and/or Monday 10/13/14  and are working in a different role – please bring the same clothing, but also bring additional wardrobe for the role you are playing.

 

CMA Awards Presenter Girl: as instructed per your wardrobe fitting

 

Roadies: Black jeans or black pants, a black shirts or dark gray long sleeve button front shirt, dark or black t-shirt w/ a blazer or leather jacket. Black shoes or boots. (*please also bring clothing for New Camera or Photographer depending on your secondary role AND a change for Awards Attendees)

 

News Camera Men & Techs: dark clothing- dark pants, dark jeans, dark shirts (NO logos)


CMA Awards Attendees: Cocktail or red carpet attire, suits, cocktail dresses, heels, etc.

 

Reporters: Suits, cocktail dresses

 

Suited Security: please wear a black or dark colored suit, tie, black dress shoes, white dress shirt

 

Event coordinator:  bring choices for cocktail attire / red carpet attire.

 

Stage Managers:
Dark suit, dress shirt and tie, dress shoes and belt.  Please bring shirt and tie choices, and a second suit choice if possible.

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! BASEBALL PLAYERS: most of you have come to a wardrobe fitting so should follow all of the instructions that you were given at your fitting about what to wear/bring. If you did not attend a fitting, please bring just the necessary items you might wear for a regular baseball game ro practice. Please bring your gloves, shoes, etc.

 

BASEBALL FAN BOYS: this is a period film set in 1981 – the clothing is pretty basic, every day casual clothes that young athletic boys might wear to go watch high school boys practice baseball. Wear your first choice and bring 2-3 additional complete changes (tshirts (NO LOGOS), jeans, hoodies, etc.) NOthing too current or modern. NO bright colors or loud patterns. Ideal options for the period are:  high waisted pants, jeans and shorts. Late summer casual.  Converse, Keds, Vans, Older style adidas or sandals for shoes. Plain T-shirts, casual shirts. Please no logos or designs on shirts.

Also casual western-wrangler, western shirts, hats, boots. Plain caps.
