- You will check in with Genevi or someone from the AD Dept.

 

Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘EYE’. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area

 

 

 

- *make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

STAND-INS should ALWAYS bring the following colors of tops for color cover: Black, Gray, off white, dark Green, Blue Navy,, Brown, Red, Light Green,

-Always wear pants. NO shorts/ skirts please. AND CLOSED TOE SHOES~

- Please also carry your color cover with you at all times on set.  We cannot hold anything for you.

 

Wardrobe Instructions for EXTRAS:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

Wear your best look to set. When you arrive, after check in, you will see wardrobe. Please have on what you think will be best but please bring multiple options. Do not bring any items that you do not feel comfortable wearing and please do not leave any wardrobe options in your car. We will only want to see items you can change in to immediately to create your characters “look”.  Note: Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your character

 

Things to avoid:

• LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors.

• White and all black (unless your character specifies that)

• DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

• Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

• Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels or uncomfortable shoes, bring comfortable shoes to wear while we are not filming. Also if your chosen wardrobe is not comfortable bring something comfortable that you can easily slip in to during long waiting periods.

 

Wardrobe SPECIFIC to your ROLES:

SHOPPERS/MOM/KIDS  –3-4 OPTIONS of Casual clothing,  such as Jeans, khakis, dresses, slacks, t-shirts, shoes, track suits, button down shirts, cardigans, shopping bags, sunglasses , hats, etc

 

GRAFFITI ARTIST- Baggy Non-descript clothing (no logs), Jeans , t-shirts .. look  the part

Cafe Patrons and Street Pedestrians with cars: This is a very casual look. Jeans, tees, casual button front shirts, boots, sneaker etc. Something you would wear to Waffle House.

 

Construction Worker Cafe Patrons: Bring worn in work clothing. Jeans, work boots/shoes, cargo pants, flannels, tees, Dickies type shirts (and pants) and belts. Anything you think a construction worker would wear.

 

Business Man Cafe Patron: Bring a few suit options, button front shirts, ties, dress shoes, belt and any other accessories you might need.

–If you are scheduled to work on the CW series “The Messengers” in Albuquerque, NM – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

(*be sure to put the entire street address into your GPS and not just Brick Church. If you do not put Brick Church Park Drive you may end up in Goodlettsville and that is incorrect.

 

Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed and be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in.   **Please write your first & last name and phone number on a large sheet of paper and put it on your dash in case we ned to identify cars.

 

- You will check in with Justin or someone from the AD Dept.

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area


EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not scruffy!


Wardrobe Instructions:
Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!


*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

 

Things To Avoid: Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

Ladies: (Casual upscale, hip and modern)

Shirts: Fall casual pullovers, button downs, light sweaters and light layering etc

Pants/Jeans: Nothing torn or ratty looking, well fitting,

Skirts; winter styles maybe with tights (Nothing to bright or printed)

Dresses: Fall styles (Nothing to bright or printed)

Shoes: Casual

Accessories: Belts, jewelry (anything you need to complete your look)

 

Men: (Casual, upscale hip and modern)

Shirts: Causal button fronts, tee (No LOGOS), layering shirts etc

Blazers: Very causal and hip

Sound techs, Stage Manager and Roadies: Please bring dark-ish outfits. Jeans, tees, hoodies, layering shirts, shoes and any accessories you might need (jewelry, belts, etc)

 

Bluebird Cafe Cook:  Please bring black pants, black belt, black work shoes, black and white t-shirts, black and white button front shirts and black socks

 

Rayna Fans: Bring multiple outfits you would wear to a country music concert. Casual but fun. Jeans, cowboy boots, t-shirts, etc. (*if you were booked in another role in addition to a Rayna Fan – please also bring wardrobe for that role!)

 

Musicians:  This is an edgy Nashville country look. Clothing that fits well and is flattering. Please bring colors also NOT just black and gray but also nothing super bright. Try to go a little up scale this is a major tour.

Jeans/fitted pants: Nothing old or overly worn out, Tees, button downs, pullovers (think tees under textured button downs), Vests, Belts, Shoes/Boots

Accessories: jewelry, fun ties, suspenders, hats etc

 

Security Guards: Dark pants and jeans, Black belt, shoes/work boots and socks, Black tee shirt and button down.

 

Rayna’s Hair and Make-up people: Bring stylish outfit options. You are stylist to a major star. You would dress professionally

but hip. Bring all your accessories, jewelry, shoes, belts.

 

Police Officer: We provide your uniform. But if you could bring: black socks, white and black undershirt and black work shoes (if you have them)

 

Venue Staff:  Dark pants and jeans, Black belt, shoes/work boots and socks, Black tee shirt and button down.
