–IF YOU are booked on the ABC series “Nashville” in Nashville, TN – these are NOT your booking details! This info is for “Revolution” extras working in Austin, TX ONLY!!–

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

We will not be able to replace you at the last minute since you were assigned a specific costume based on your sizes we have given to or wardrobe dept., so we are counting on you!

Then you will be shuttled to basecamp- Please bring all wardrobe and Props with you when you go to Basecamp!

 

 

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say NANO. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area

 

- You will check in with Adam or someone from the AD Dept.

 

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. *MUST HAVE PROOF of TEXAS RESIDENCY!! (Kids can use parents TX ID for this)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair or NO makeup – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone but should look natural and pretty. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. DO NOT LOOK SCRUFFY!!

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). **EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

Funeral Mourners: Please wear proper black clothing. You are attending a funeral of a wealthy powerful person. Make you to bring a black jacket and shoes that will handle the wet, possibly muddy ground.

 

Cemetery Workers: We are providing a costume for you. All you need to bring is work boots/shoes, socks and a undershirt.

 

Town Car Drivers: please wear a dark (preferably BLACK) suit, white shirt, dark tie, black dress shoes.

 

Record Label Assistants, Sound Engineers, Sound Techs, Music Tech, LA Assistants: You work for a music mogul. Bring high end, super hip options. Jeans, tees, layering shirts, blazers, vest, hoodies, blouses, dresses, etc

Restaurant Patrons: Please wear your first choice and bring additional options of complete outfits you would wear to a nice but modern and hip dinner.

Men: Blazers, nice jeans, slacks, belts, shoe, button fronts, nice jeans, etc

Ladies: More elegant and hip then fancy. Silk blouse, nice jeans, fitted skirts, boots,dress slacks, shoes, purses, jewelry, etc.  **You will also work as Passersby so bring a couple options of watrdrobe listed for thhat role too!!

 

Wait staff and hostess: Please bring stylish options. You work at a nice popular trendy restaurant…. Think..Jeans and nice pants, blouses, button fronts, simple modern dresses, vests, skinny ties,comfortable shoes, purses, belts jewelry etc. (But also just to be safe bring black pants and a white shirt)

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. - You will check in with Adam or someone from the AD Dept.

 

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. *MUST HAVE PROOF of TEXAS RESIDENCY!! (Kids can use parents TX ID for this)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair or NO makeup – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone but should look natural and pretty. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. DO NOT LOOK SCRUFFY!!

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

WEBSITE TECH & RECORD LABEL ASSISTANTS: 

This is a hip country record label. High end office wear with a casual fun flare. Blazers, button downs, ties, belts, jewelry. Maybe you will wear a nice button front with no tie, etc. Ladies bring upscale clothing. Items that fit well and are flattering. (knee length skirts, high end jeans, blazers, great jewelry etc).

 

MAYOR’s ASSISTANT, MAYOR’S STAFF, CAMERA MEN, SOUND MEN, NEWS REPORTERS, JOURNALISTS & PHOTOGRAPHERS: Please bring 3-5 options that are business like. Men in suits, ties, nice khakis, blazers etc. Women in suits (slacks and shirt), dress slacks with blouse etc. This is a professional scene. Clothing should be well fitting and complete (including ties, belts, jewelry, undergarments etc). If you have any Photography experience – please also bring Professional clothing but practical. Darkish colors, slacks, button down shirts, blazers, closed toe shoes, etc.

 

MAYOR’s SECURITY: A nice dark well fitting suit and all bit needed. Button front shirt options, ties, shoes, belt, etc

 

POLICE BRASS:  Please bring a white and black undershirt, black work shoes and black belt
