If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 10/4/13.  –updated as of 11:04pm

–If you are scheduled to work on the NBC series “Revolution” in Austin, TX – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

 ** All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE again before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

 

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Drivers License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but iit will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!*

 

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your booking details. We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! REPORT Location & Extras Parking for ALL Extras and Stand-ins is located at:

Production Stages -

444 Brick Church Park Drive

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed in the Parking lot and be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options & your ID from the car to check-in. DO NOT PARK in the production office parking lot!!

- You will check in with GENE from the AD Dept

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

Bluebird Café Bartender, Waitstaff & Hostess: This should be regular appropriate Bluebird attire- jeans, western shirts, boots, maybe a cute dress or skirt for the hostess.  Please no white or light colors.  No logos.  **IF YOU WORKED ON THURSDAY-please WEAR THE EXACT SAME CLOTHING!!!

 

Bluebird Cafe Musicians: please WEAR THE EXACT SAME CLOTHING that you wore on Thursday!!

 

BLUEBIRD CAFE PATRONS:  Please bring choices of outfits that you might normally wear on a night out to the Bluebird.  For the men- jeans, t-shirts, western shirts, polos, button front sport shirts- short or long sleeve. Boots and casual loafers are good shoe choices.  Maybe not sneakers.  Please avoid white, and anything with logos, stripes, dots or big bright contrast-y prints.  The same applies to the women- with the addition of dresses, skirts, nice blouses, heels or boots or nice sandals.   **IF YOU WORKED ON THURSDAY-please WEAR THE EXACT SAME CLOTHING!!!

 

TOUR BUS MUSICIANS & ROADIES: should bring or wear comfortable, travel, ‘road trip’ clothes. You are boarding a tour bus to go on the road. Comfortable jeans, boots, loafers, sneakers are all good options. Non-descript t-shirts/ long sleeve shirts, lightweight jackets are all good choices. Also, bring backbacks or duffel bags- things you would bring on the tour bus. As usual- no logos, bright colors, large contrast-y prints. Bring choices!!

 

BUS DRIVER: khaki or navy or black pants and a solid color collared shirt or polo shirt, black shoes, black belt

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:

Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.

 

 

If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say NANO. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area

 

- You will check in with Adam or someone from the AD Dept.

 

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. *MUST HAVE PROOF of TEXAS RESIDENCY!! (Kids can use parents TX ID for this)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:

Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.
If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age).  **All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE again before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Bring comfort wear (flip flops, slippers, rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

ALL CONCERT AUDIENCE MEMBERS – GENERAL INFO:  Remember you are Juliette Barnes fans. Some of you have kind of grown up with her or your teens children have. Your costume will be fun and youthful (if you are in your early 20′s or younger). This is also being shot in “fake” Dallas not Nashville. Fans: Try to bring the Juliette Barnes tour colors RED, BLACK & WHITE

 

FEMALE CONCERT AUDIENCE:  Dresses: Fun, flirty, summery, young 20′s feel. Nothing to vivid or patterned. Skirts: Knee length, denim, soft cotton prints, solids, etc Jeans: A variety of skinny, colored, patterned, etc Pants/Shorts: Fun, cotton pants, leggings, denim shorts, colored shorts, etc Shoes: Hip ankle boots, sneakers, toms style, sandals, wedges, etc (just try for hip and comfortable This should be fun casual clothing. Jeans, t-shirts, light jackets etc. Thinks you would wear to a concert or a friends party. Layering might be cute, bring 4 complete designed up outfits (including belts, jewelry, purse, anything you need to complete your look) Accessories: Belts, Purses, Jewelry, Under garments. Bring whatever you need to complete your outfits!

 

MALE CONCERT AUDIENCE: This is casual concert wear. Just avoid logos, bright colors and patterns. Tees, hip button down shirts, jeans, cargos, etc. Remember belts, shoes and other accessories

 

PRESS: Please bring 4 various degrees of fashion outfits. Press could refer to print or on or an off camera reporter (Business (like from a tv station), Hip (like from a trendy tv program), Etc. ).  So bring choices of what you might have for any different type of reporter that you might be. Please put together your first choice and bring additional options for varying degrees of dressed up (suits, etc.) and business casual.  Nice jeans, khaki pants, a dress shirt with a blazer and no tie or a dress shirt w/ khaki’s, a tie, but no blazer. Dresses, slacks and blouses, blazers, etc. BRING OPTIONS!! LOOK PROFESSIONAL!! Have some business casual choices as well!!

 

BACKSTAGE TECHS, ROADIES, SECURITY, BACKSTAGE PERSONNEL:  Bring dark clothing, tees, button downs, jeans, black or gray pants, dark close toe shoes, belts etc.  **EVERYONE please also bring options of Concert Audience clothing!!

 

MUSICIANS: You are pretending to be either finished with a set or are around waiting to go on stage.  This is a big arena tour, so please bring something a little more dressed up – a performance look as opposed to rehearsal or backstage.  Cool jeans, boots, t-shirts w/ a vest or blazer.  Or a cool western shirt is always good.  Ladies – fun, hip dresses, jeans and cute tops, etc. Accessories are always a nice detail as well.  Please bring choices. No logos, bright colors, stripes or dots.   **EVERYONE please also bring options of Concert Audience clothing!!

 

HOTEL GUESTS: everyday wear- could be business attire, or business casual or casual day wear- just avoid logos or bright colors or bold bright prints, stripes, and dots. Bring several options.   **EVERYONE please also bring options of Concert Audience clothing!!
