If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 10/11/13.   –updated as of 06:02am

–If you are scheduled to work on the NBC series “Revolution” in Austin, TX – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

 ** All times are subject to change again so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

 

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but iit will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!*

We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! (**make sure to put the entire street name into your GPS!! If you just enter Brick Church, you will go to the WRONG place and may end up in Goodlettsville. You MUST enter Brick Church Park Drive)

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed in the Parking lot and you will be shuttled up the street so be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in. DO NOT PARK in the office parking lot!!

- You will check in with GENE from the AD Dept

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

***GENERAL INFO:

 

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

FOR ALL ROLES: Avoid LOGOS and super bright colors, large or bright prints. No stripes or dots, please. Plaid is ok as long as it’s not in high contrast colors (i.e. black and white plaid is not good, dark green and medium green would most likely be ok). Bring choices.

 

STADIUM SECURITY: bring or wear black pants or black jeans (jeans only if they are dark and plain- not low-waist, or boot cut or stitching/ rhinestones on pockets), black shoes or boots. We will provide SECURITY shirts.

 

STADIUM STAFF: Black pants or jeans (dark black- not faded, and plain- not boot cut or stitching / rhinestones, etc. on pockets). We will provide EVENT STAFF t-shirts

 

ROADIES and MONITOR TECH:  dark work clothing, jeans, dark cargo pants, tees, button downs, laying  things, proper work shoes/boots, etc

 

OLD BUSINESSMAN in SUIT:  Bring a few suits, shirts, ties,belt and shoes. Even if  it doesn’t fit great or looks old bring it!!

 

“BIMBO” type and CONCERT AUDIENCE:  bring choices of what you would wear to see a popular  country star in concert.   Jeans, chinos, t-shirts, vests, blazers, loafers, boots all good for the guys.   Gals are good with jeans, nice blouses or tanks, dresses or skirts, boots,  heels, wedges, platforms.  For men and women bring accessories. If you have cowboy hats, buckles and western wear – BRING it, but don’t wear it, just have it to show to wardrobe as an option.

 

BIG HAT MAN’s WIFE: as per instructed at your wardrobe fitting

 

BACKSTAGE GUESTS: should be a little more dressed up to attend this event. Men can wear nice jeans, or trousers with a good button front shirt, vests and blazers are good ways to dress this up. A light weight cotton sweater could work. Boots or loafers are good shoe choices. The ladies could wear nice jeans with a dressy blouse or top. A casual dress or skirt / blouse combo would be nice as well. Heels, or hi-heel boots, flat boots, booties or nice flats are all good shoe choices. Avoid open toe.

 

BACKSTAGE VIPs (both Business and Hip) and JEFF’S ASSISTANT: MEN – should bring a suit and tie w/ matching dress shirt,belt and shoes if you have it and also a choice of a more casual, hip look.  The casual hip look  could be jeans or slacks with a nice shirt and / or blazer.  Boots or oxfords -  no sneakers, please.    WOMEN – bring a business look if you have it, and then also a couple of  choices of a less dressy, more fun hip, trendy “vip” backstage, concert look.   This could be dark jeans w/ a nice blouse and/or jacket, heels or boots. Or, a  fun dress or skirt/blouse combo.

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:

Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.

 

 

If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!

6) Turn right into Loew’s Vanderbilt Hotel,  and park in the Parking Garage

RESTAURANT HOSTESS: Something elegant and classy, suitable for an upscale restaurant. A nice black dress or dark color dress- not too revealing or short. A nice black skirt with a silky blouse or tank or sweater. Heels are fine, but not too high. Hi heeled boots would work here with the right outfit

 

RESTAURANT SERVERS:  bring or wear black pants, black shoes, black belt, white shirt. We will provide black bow ties and black jackets. sc. 27

 

UPSCALE RESTAURANT PATRONS:  if you haven’t already been pre-fit then please bring some choices of something to wear out to an upscale restaurant. Men should be in suits (ties optional), or nice slacks, nice dress shirt or polo along with a blazer. Women should be dressed in dresses or skirt/blouse combos. Pants (not jeans) would work as well. Bring purses and jewelry to match. If you were pre-fit and told to bring something of your own then you only need to bring that.

 

WEALTHY OLDER COUPLE: bring choices of everyday attire. you are guests in an upscale Houston hotel, so something a little on the nicer side, but it doesn’t have to be too dressy. Dress as if you were going to lunch at a fancy restaurant. **You will also work as UPSCALE RESTAURANT PATRONS so bring wardrobe listed for BOTH roles!

 

VALETS:  bring or wear black pants, black shoes, black belt. We will provide a burgandy shirt and a black tie and a black vest. **You will also work as UPSCALE RESTAURANT PATRONS so bring wardrobe listed for BOTH roles!

 

HOTEL EMPLOYEES:  bring or wear a black skirt or black pants, black belt, black shoes. We will provide burgandy shirts / ties, or burgandy blouse. **You will also work as UPSCALE RESTAURANT PATRONS so bring wardrobe listed for BOTH roles!

CONSTRUCTION WORKERS: jeans, work pants, work shirts, t-shirts, work boots (either brown or black) and a belt- either black or brown. Don’t bring your nicest things, but not anything that is completely trashed either please. No logos or bright colors (that includes white).

 

LIMO DRIVER:  black suit, black shoes and belt, white shirt

 

STADIUM SECURITY:  black pants or black jeans (as long as they are dark and not embellished, boot cut, etc…), we will provide a security shirt

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed in the Parking lot and you will be shuttled up the street so be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in. DO NOT PARK in the office parking lot!!

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

OLDER LADY & OLDER MAN:  Please bring 3-4 choices of things that they would wear in an upscale Tampa hotel.  It could be dressy casual as if you are heading to or from dinner or an evening function of some sort.  He could have nice pants, or slacks, a nice shirt or polo shirt with a light weight jacket, sweater or blazer.  She could have nice slacks and a nice blouse or a dress or skirt/blouse combination.  Please avoid logos, bright colors, large or bright prints or stripes or dots.

 

 

MAID: We will provide a dress/ uniform for you. Please bring shoe options such as Keds, Clogs, ‘SAS’ or any comfort shoe in a cream, white, black, brown or navy color .  We will have options for shoes as well.

Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:

Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.

 

 

If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!
