If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on TUESDAY 8/13/13.

–If you are scheduled to work on the NBC series “Revolution” in Austin, TX – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

** All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE  again BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK on Tuesday to get your FINAL Approved Call Time!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

 

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Drivers License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but iit will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!*

**Entrance on Sylvan @ 2nd St. – between Sylan and Shelby ACROSS the street from the Exxon station and LP Field.

 

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area. You will be walking across the street so be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in.

- You will check in with Justin from the AD Dept

 

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

*Bring comfort wear (flip flops, slippers, rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

 *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

 

EDGEHILL AGENT:  please bring a suit or a nice pair of jeans/ dress shirt/ blazer. Something that could be considered dressy casual. Not to business-y or conservative, but professional within the corporate music industry. Please also bring additional changes listed below for Indistry Big Wigs & Stockholders at the party

 

EDGEHILL MUSICIAN: please refer to above, although this could be a little more casual, however keep in mind you have been called in for a meeting with the big bosses at ‘your’ record label so you would want to dress to impress. Please also bring changes listed below for Party Musicians.

 

EDGEHILL OFFICE ASSISTANT:  this should be business attire. you work for the head of the record label, who you really want to impress everyday. so please dress accordingly! Please also bring changes listed below for Musicians & Stockholders at the party

 

LAYLA’S ENTOURAGE: you should  be neat and professional, you are also definitely dressing to impress at this label. This could be suits, a professional dress, sensible pumps. Or it could be, for the guys, very nice dark jeans, a nice button front dress shirt and a blazer. Please also bring changes listed below for  Musicians & Stockholders at the party

 

INDUSTRY BIG WIGS, DATES, MUSICIANS: You all should be the edgier end of this group. The ‘creative’ types. Still dressed up but personalize it according to your individual look. Think of what you would wear to an event like this. Big Wigs should have at least one SUIT and tie option plus additional looks. Musicians should be hip, stylish but upscale. Dates should LOOK ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! In the scene it is a party that is showcasing much of the talent from Edgehill Records to the Stockholder’s of the company.

 

SOUND TECHS & STAGE CREW: Black pants, and a dark button front collared shirt, black belt and shoes. You are technically ‘working’ at this party but you would still dress up a little more than for a usual concert considering the type of event this is.

 

BARTENDERS & CATERING STAFF:  bring your own black pants, belt and shoes, ladies bring black pants or a black skirt, black shoes and a belt if need be depending on your skirt and pants. We will provide shirts, vests, and ties

 

STOCKHOLDERS:  nice cocktail attire. Suits, ties, vests, nice cocktail dresses, shoes and accessories.

In the scene it is a party that is showcasing much of the talent from Edgehill Records to the Stockholder’s of the company.

 

ON-AIR REPORTERS:  dark suit, dress shirt, ties for male on-air talent, a nice business look for female on-air talent.

 

STILL PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEO CAMERA OPERATORS: should wear dark clothing, nice somewhat dressy but still ‘work’ attire.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!! LOOK YOUR ABSOLUTE BEST!!! You are the “Nashville Elite”.

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). PEDESTRIANS & DRIVERS with CARS: Please bring multiple casual street clothes. Jeans, tees, shorts, walking shoes etc and then ALSO bring multiple dress options. Something you would wear to a nice dinner. Not cocktail attire just upscale complete outfits (follow instructions for: Restaurant Patrons)

 

BICYCLIST: please bring several options listed for PEDESTRIANS and Restaurant Patrons, BUT have an option of casual workout gear & tennis shoes that you might wear to go bicycling also.

 

RESTAURANT PATRONS: Bring options of complete outfits you would wear to a nice dinner. Men: Blazers, slacks, belts, shoe, button fronts, nice polos, etc. Ladies: More elegant then fancy. Silk blouse, fitted skirts, simple knee length skirts, dress slacks, shoes, purses, jewelry, etc.

 

CAFE WAITSTAFF & CAFE PATRONS:  Please bring casual hip clothing a bit more like you work/or hanging out at a local cafe/coffee house. Jeans, tees, tanks, button fronts, simple dresses, comfortable shoes, purses, belts jewelry. (some of you might be asked to be in two scenes, so please bring at least 4 complete outfits).

 

 

STYLIST ASSISTANTS:  You ladies are hip assistants from NYC. Bring upscale clothes that fit you well and you feel good in, Designer jeans, high end blouses, jewelry, shoes that look pretty new, belts, dresses, skirts…. anything that is hip. Bring A lot.

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men: DO NOT SHAVE unless you are a “PATRIOT”/”ALLENFORD ASSOCIATE-SECURITY”!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

Crew Parking for ALL Extras and Stand-ins is located at:

(**you will NOT park in the office parking lot but should find street parking outside the gate and walk in to office)

 

Directions from the downtown Austin area:

- Take IH35 Southbound (approx. 2.9 mi)

- Take EXIT 230 for TX-71 toward Bastrop (approx. approx. 1.3 mi)

- Take exit toward MONTOPOLIS DR. (approx. 1.5 mi)

- Turn RIGHT onto CHAPMAN LN (approx. 0.5 mi) – this will come up quickly so get to the right ASAP!

- Turn LEFT onto BURLESON RD (approx. 0.7 mi)

- Turn RIGHT onto PROMONTORY POINT (approx 0.1 mi)

- Turn LEFT onto CAVEN RD

- Turn LEFT onto FLEMING CT (approx 0.2 mi)

 

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say NANO. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area

- You will check in with Adam or someone from the AD Dept.

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. *MUST HAVE PROOF of TEXAS RESIDENCY!! (Kids can use parents TX ID for this)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:

Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you! THIS IS A JOB and you should treat it as such!!

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed in the dirt Crew Parking lot across the street and follow signs to the Extras Holding area. You will be walking across the street so be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in. DO NOT PARK in the office parking lot!!

- You will check in with Justin from the AD Dept
