If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on MONDAY 4/22/13. –updated as of 10:18am Sunday

 

**All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK on Monday morning!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 10 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.


Wardrobe Instructions: Our wardrobe department has created a blog that will post the exact wardrobe they would like you to bring with you on the day you work. Make sure to double check that you are looking at the right DAY as well as  your CATEGORY. If you do not see the details for your work date listed, please continue to check back regularly.

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). “Nashville” PRE-FIT CMA Awards Guests INFORMATION for MONDAY 4/22/13

THANK YOU so much to those of you who came in to be Pre-Fit in an outfit to work as a CMA AWARDS GUEST Extras.

 

We know that you were availability cleared for the following dates: 4/22/13, 4/23/13 and 4/24/13.

 

We have FINALLY gotten our final script and schedule for this final episode (Episode 121) and it looks as though they will be filming ALL of our CMA Awards footage all on ONE DAY – TUESDAY 4/23/13 now.

 

At this point – you are NOT working on Monday 4/22/13 nor Wednesday 4/24/13. It is 100% certain that you will not be needed on 4/22/13. It is 100% certain that you WILL be needed on 4/23/13 and we do suggest that you still keep 4/24/13 open just in case they are not able to finish everything on Tuesday.

 

 

IF YOU WERE PRE-FIT at our Production Office by our Costume Dept. – You ARE BOOKED for Extra work on TUESDAY 4/23/13 as (PAID) CMA AWARDS GUEST for the ABC Television series “Nashville” .  (If you did not come in for a Fitting, you are NOT booked!)You understand that call times may vary & could be very early in the morning or go very late into the night. You will have to be available ALL day/evening, a MINIMUM of 12-13 hours, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our filming times. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you do not have 12+ hours from your start time (whatever it may be) completely available we can NOT book you for work so please let us know ASAP! Do NOT wait until we post your booking details to tell us that you can’t stay a full 12+ hours!

We will NOT be sending out an email with your Booking Details – we will be posting them to our social media and website so IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GO TO OUR WEBSITE TO PICK UP YOUR INFORMATION!! (Call Time, Location, Wardrobe, etc.)
In order to get your Booking Details for TUESDAY 4/23/13, you MUST follow these instructions:
-On MONDAY evening 4/24/13 any time AFTER 7:00pm

***ALL CALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE once we wrap on Monday evening so we may have to change your call time (to either earlier or later) once we finish filming each night. Because of this YOU ABSOLUTELY 100% MUST double check the website or Facebook page AGAIN Monday night AFTER 11:00pm and again first thing Tuesday morning before you leave for work to get your confirmed FINAL CALL TIME!!! MAKE SURE TO REFRESH YOUR BROWSER!!  Failure to double check the website and not get your final confirmed call time is your responsibility – so if you show up early you will not be paid for the earlier time and if you show up late you MAY be sent home without pay! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DETAILS!!!

Button up shirts with ties, polo shirts, clean tshirts, lace up shoes, loafers. No sneakers

PAYROLL INFORMATION (for the PAID BOOKED EXTRAS ONLY!):

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP!

Bring a black or blue ink pen with you to complete your voucher

General Guidelines

·      We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

·      Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

·      Please do not approach the actors.  They are working.  Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited.  Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated.  Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting or who has not registered as a Volunteer. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press

·      Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

·      Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.

Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation with both the production and future local casting.
