Here are your **REVISED** BOOKING DETAILS for the feature film “SKYDANCE” for WEDNESDAY – AUGUST 15th, 2012. –ALL CALL TIMES HAVE CHANGED! Please double checkc your new time!

 

**YOU MUST READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS! To make sure you do not miss anything important!!!!! If you are booked for work, please leave a confirmation post at the end of this message so that we know you picked up your work details. If you were booked – your booking is already confirmed, this is just so we know you got your details! (PLEASE don’t post AT ALL and don’t just show up if you are not booked for work. This note is for those who are already booked!!!) MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR COMPLETE WARDROBE NOTES!!

 

**ALL CALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, SO YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU GO TO BED tonight and again BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK – TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT TIME!!!! If you are late there is a chance that you MAY be sent home so please be 10-15 minutes early for your start time! Please do NOT just be pulling into the parking lot at your call time or you WILL be late and we reserve the right to turn you away without pay! Please do not show up more than 15 minutes early as we do not have access to the location at that time.

 

!!!Filming WILL take place rain or shine – regardless of the weather, so you are expected to show up if you were booked!! If it looks like bad weather, be sure to bring appropriate clothing and weather protection.

 

Everyone MUST report to set “camera-ready” with your hair & makeup (ladies ONLY) already done and ready to work. You will not have time to get ready once you arrive on set.

 

EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A COMPLETE I-9 FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR PAY VOUCHER. YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, School ID –minors can have a School ID, School Report Card, or Hospital Record) AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD -or- a US PASSPORT IN ORDER TO work and be paid!! If you do not have a photo ID and know your social security number you will not be allowed to work. You MUST have your actual social security card or a copy of it -or- your birth certificate!! NO expired identification!!

 

SUGGESTION: BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU AND STAY HYDRATED. THERE IS NO BOTTLED WATER ON SET. WATER IS AROUND IN COOLERS FOR YOUR USE. If you have special dietary needs, please bring what you might need during the day. Bring a book to read, a deck of cards or something to do during times when you are not filming.  Bring or wear sunscreen!!

WARDROBE is as follows (Please read ALL instructions listed below and do the best you can to bring what is being requested!!!): **YOU MUST BRING SEVERAL OPTIONS OF CLOTHING AS DESCRIBED BELOW!~~PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EMPTY HANDED OR WITHOUT OPTIONS!!! GENERAL GUIDELINES: (NO LOGOS or Name Brands! NO RED!!! NO FLIPFLOPS!!) **NO ALL RED!! NO ALL WHITE!!**

 

Everyone should always wear your best (favorite) choice of specified wardrobe to set and make sure to bring 2-3 additional COMPLETE head to toe changes with you in a suitcase, garment bag, grocery sack, etc. Remember all layers and accessories that go with your outfits (shoes, jewelry, purses, belts, etc.) You are playing a character so please do the best you can to have fun with the clothing descriptions and look the part!! Please just do the best you can to bring options as close as possible to what is being requested. You may want to bring a book to read, a deck of cards or something to do during time while you are not be filmed.

 

ALL WARDROBE SHOULD BE CLEAN and ON HANGARS (preferably). PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN EXTRAS CHANGING as wardrobe will NOT hold your personal items for you. CAFE PATRONS: please wear your first favorite choice and bring 2-3 complete changes of casual every day clothing in earth tones (browns, tans, grey, dark blues, maroon, dark orange, dark greens, golds, purples, etc). NO really bright Dayglo colors! NO white!! NO all red shirts!!

Casual options can include:

MEN –  jeans, cargo pants, cargo shorts, western shirts, small patterns/prints, plaids, t-shirts with NO LOGOS or emblems, polo shirts, tank tops, button down shirts, cowboy boots, tennis shoes, cowboy hats, baseball hats are OK to wear/bring as long as they don’t have any logos or emblems. Bring lots of choices! No nice dressed up clothing – you should look very casual!  BRING OPTIONS!

 

LADIES – jeans, capri pants, cargo pants or shorts, sundresses, skirts (long and short),  tshirts (NO logos), peasant tops, peasant dresses,  robosos, sandals, cowboy boots, straw , etc. Bring lots of choices! No nice dressed up clothing – you should look very casual!  Some colorful clothing is good to have but nothing too bright. BRING OPTIONS!

 

BARTENDER & WAIT STAFF: please bring choices as listed above for Cafe Patrons. Please also bring black pants, black socks, black shoes and a long sleeve white button up shirt with a collar (if you have it)

-DO NOT bring friends or family who are not booked to work with you to set. This is a closed set and guests/visitors are NOT allowed! You and your guest will be sent home without working if you bring someone to work with you.

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.

Everyone MUST report to set “camera-ready” with your hair & makeup (ladies ONLY) already done and ready to work. You will not have time to get ready once you arrive on set.

 

EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A COMPLETE I-9 FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR PAY VOUCHER. YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, School ID –minors can have a School ID, School Report Card, or Hospital Record) AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IN ORDER TO BE paid!! If you do not have a photo ID and know your social security number you will not be allowed to work. If you have your actual social security card, it is best to bring that or a copy of it. If you don’t at least know the number, you will not work!

 

SUGGESTION: BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU AND STAY HYDRATED. THERE IS NO BOTTLED WATER ON SET. WATER IS AROUND IN COOLERS FOR YOUR USE.

NO RED!!! NO FLIPFLOPS!!) **YOU WILL BE WORKING IN MULTIPLE SCENES PERFORMING VARIOUS ATHLETIC ROLES – so you MUST BRING DIFFERENT CHANGES!!!

 

Everyone should always wear your best (favorite) choice of specified wardrobe to set and make sure to bring 2-3 additional COMPLETE head to toe changes with you in a suitcase, garment bag, grocery sack, etc. Remember all layers and accessories that go with your outfits (shoes, jewelry, purses, belts, etc.) You are playing a character so please do the best you can to have fun with the clothing descriptions and look the part!! Please just do the best you can to bring options as close as possible to what is being requested.

Men – please bring a pair of red shorts and a plain white tshirt or tank top (if you have these items) 2. please bring work out attire. Long work out pants, things that make they would wear to yoga and will be easy to move in. Also to participate in the karate exercise. 3. please bring upscale preppy attire.

Guys: Polo shirts or casual button downs, khaki shorts or pants closed toed tennis shoes or loafers

Girls: Polo Shirts, nice tank tops, Visor caps. Khaki Shorts/ Shirts or Pants. Closed toes tennis shoes or flats.

MEN –  jeans, cargo pants, cargo shorts, western shirts, small patterns/prints, plaids, t-shirts with NO LOGOS or emblems, polo shirts, tank tops, button down shirts, cowboy boots, tennis shoes, cowboy hats, baseball hats are OK to wear/bring as long as they don’t have any logos or emblems. Bring lots of choices! No nice dressed up clothing – you should look very casual! **If you have any Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) or Skeleton/Skull/Bone wardrobe or jewelry, please also bring that!! Anything with skulls, crossbones, skeletons is good to bring. BRING OPTIONS!
