“Nashville” FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for TUESDAY 11/20/12

If you are scheduled to work AS A PAID EXTRA on the ABC Television series “Nashville” on TUESDAY 11/20/12 – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES &  BOOKING DETAILS for work.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!

Work Date:      TUESDAY – November 20th, 2012

08:00am - STAGEHANDS & TECHNICIANS, SOUND MIXER, PRODUCER, PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS, GLAM SQUAD, AUDIENCE, MOMS, DAUGHTERS, SECURITY

 

09:42am - JULIETTE STAND-IN (Jordan G.), GUITARIST STAND-IN (Ryan B.)

 

11:00am - RAYNA STAND-IN (Diana S.), BUCKY STAND-IN (Scott A.), EMILY STAND-IN (Angelina A.), LIAM STAND-IN (Cory A.)

11:00am – GROUP 1 VOLUNTEER AUDIENCE (Doors open at 10:00am)

1:30pm - GROUP 2 VOLUNTEER AUDIENCE (Doors open at 1:00pm)

 

Parking Location:

EXTRAS PARKING: 1st Ave S.,   Nashville, TN  37201.  Entrance Gate is opposite   Molloy St

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’

-After parking you will head to Extras Holding (follow signs or check with someone in parking)

- You will check in with Justin

 

Wardrobe Instructions: Our wardrobe department has created a blog that will post the exact wardrobe they would like you to bring with you on the day you work. Make sure to double check that you are looking at the right DAY as well as  your CATEGORY.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone.  Men – facial hair must either be clean-shaven or very neat & tidy – well groomed.

Remember you need to be available and on set for approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time. Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

SET SECURITY:  DO NOT BRING RELATIVES OR FRIENDS.

PAYROLL INFORMATION:

  • Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP!
  • Bring a black or blue ink pen with you to complete your voucher

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!

·      Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

-RANCH HANDS, RANCH GROOMERS, RANCH HAND DRIVER: you should look like you work with horses on a ranch in EL PASO, TX. Please do NOT look LA sharp or sophisticated. You should look more downscale and rugged. Please wear your first choice and volunteer additional options of outdoor working clothing – can include older jeans, work boots, cowboy boots, cowboy hats, plaid or flannel shirts, tshirts with no logos, etc.

-ALL Uniform Personnel (PARAMEDIC, BORDER TECHS): you should bring black socks,black shoes, black pants, white or gray undershirt. Uniform will be provided but please volunteer additional options of slacks, dress shirts, ties,professional attire.You should also be CLEAN-SHAVEN (only acceptable facial hair is a neatly trimmed mustache) *If you are recalled from a previous scene, please MATCH your wardrobe from that date.

 

-NURSES: please bring white socks, white (clean) tennis shoes or nurses shoes, long sleeve solid color tshirts (women), short sleeve solid color tshirts (men) and scrubs IF you have them. If you don’t have scrubs, wardrobe will provide them for you.

 

-DOCTORS (including DR. McGRANN): please wear dress slacks, matching socks, dress shoes, dress shirts and ties. IF you have a lab coat, it’s ok to bring that too.

 

KARL MILLWRIGHT: as per previous work dates

 

OLD MAN with BIBLE: CASUAL everyday clothing – More subdued colors, More conservative. Hats/caps/ are good…dark colors. No logos No white clothes. Men’s/ladies shirts can be cream or tan, but no white. Think conservative and low key. Fall season and colors.
