From West End Ave to Location, Base Camp & Crew Parking: 1) Turn RIGHT onto West End Ave towards Downtown 2) Continue onto Broadway 3) Turn right onto 8th Ave S 4) At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Korean Veterans Blvd 5) Cross Cumberland River, then Begin Signs 6) Turn LEFT onto S 2nd St 7) Take 1st RIGHT into Lot D 8) Turn RIGHT immediately. 9) Turn LEFT into middle section. LOOK FOR CREW PARKING SIGNS Total 2.4 miles –About 7 mins
You should then follow the YELLOW signs – park as direct and head to Extras Holding or Base Camp as instructed. You will check in with Susan from the AD Dept.

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID and be LEGAL to work as an Extra in the US! We can not check you in if you do not have valid ID and are not legal to work!

WARDROBE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please come CAMERA READY (hair & makeup done, wearing your first outfit choice) and bring several additional options – we’ll pick the perfect looks on set. There will be MULTIPLE changes needed as we will be tailgating through different decades, each decade has its own color scheme. We will need you to bring options for ALL listed time periods. If you don’t have all of this, don’t worry. If you have nothing else, please bring shoes and pants for each decade. We really appreciate it!

50s: 50s is all neutral colors: black, white, grey, brown, mustard, etc.
slim dark denim jeans, dark brown or grey slacks (black is ok too), black dress shoes, white tee shirt, white & black dress shirt. Varsity or motorcycle jackets. Think Grease or West Side Story.
70s: 70s is baby blue, yellow, gold, white.

A few notes:
-It looks like scattered showers…please be prepared for some rain!
-Those of you with a 1PM call time should be prepared to be outdoors in tall grass, that may be wet because of scattered showers. Be prepared to change clothes if rain showers hit us, and wear shoes you’re comfortable wearing in the field!
-There will moving equipment including a tractor trailer and motorcycle on set…please keep away from vehicles until instructed where to go!
-We’ve got a full day, but if we all work together smoothly we’ll be able to knock it out of the park!

ALL Financial Office Workers: Colors – Bring a variety of winter colors other than just red and green. Ivory, blue, navy, purple, Burgundy, rust, chocolate, silver, gold, olive. Men: Suits or slacks with blazers, slacks with button up shirts and layered with sweaters. Dress shoes, khakis, tie options. LOOK SHARP and very corporate/professional!
Women: Pant suits, skirt suits, slacks with blouses or sweaters or blazers, business appropriate dresses, tights/hose if wearing skirt or dress. Heels, ballet flats or booties. LOOK SHARP and very corporate/professional!
* PLEASE DO THE BEST YOU CAN TO WEAR/BRING THE ITEMS BEING REQUESTED. IF you don’t have some or all of the items, please still show up for work with your closest match to what our Costume Dept has asked for.

***GENERAL INFO: * Muted colors, no logos, lots of changes since we are shooting multiple script days *Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that) *DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you. *Bring at least 3-4 complete outfits. *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you. As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing.

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day. You should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! **Please BE AWARE we will be shooting a WINTER/Christmas themed movie outdoors in July! You will be asked to wear winter clothing (coats, scarves, hats, gloves, etc)! IT WILL BE HOT!!**

*EVERYONE – Please BRING your Driver’s License and Social Security Card (or second form of List B identification) with you to set! Also BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Driver’s License for us to keep with your Residency form. We MAY have a photocopier on set to make copies; however, it will be much quicker for you if you come with your own copy.

It is important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!! Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! ***Look for designated areas and yellow location sign with CAG on it. You should then follow the signs that say EXTRAS/CREW PARKING and head to Extras Holding.

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID and be LEGAL to work as an Extra in the US! We can not check you in if you do not have valid ID and are not legal to work!

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!!

Franklin’s Family/Co-Workers & Franklin’s Grandkids: *This is a Christmas Party that is a little more dressed up than the notes we have been giving you. NO jeans, t-shirts, sneakers or anything too casual
Please bring 4-5 outfit options (do the best you can!): WINTER/CHRISTMAS ATTIRE! NOTHING SUMMER OR SPRING, NO SHORTS, NO SANDALS, NO TANK TOPS. Long sleeve shirts, sweaters, jeans, corduroys, chinos, leggings with long sweaters, coats, puffy vests, jackets, scarves, hats, boots, closed toe shoes. Some festive Christmas attire is acceptable also but have additional non-Christmas options too.
Men/Boy’s Suits with Christmas colored tie, khakis and blazers, trousers with button up shirts and sweaters, long sleeve polos. Not too much black.
Women/Girl’s Christmas/ festive dresses with tights, skirts, with blouses or sweaters, sweater dresses, flats, heels or nicer boots, suits, slacks with nice blouses or sweaters are good as well. NO Furs. Not too much black.
Feel free to bring some more festive accessories like Christmas pins, scarves, socks, ties, Just nothing too cheesy
YES Colors: Bring a variety of winter colors other than just red and green. Ivory, blue, navy, purple, Burgundy, rust, chocolate, silver, gold, olive.
NO Colors: Bright yellow, pink, bright orange, turquoise, coral. Not too much black.
* PLEASE DO THE BEST YOU CAN TO WEAR/BRING THE ITEMS BEING REQUESTED. IF you don’t have some or all of the items, please still show up for work with your closest match to what our Costume Dept has asked for.

***GENERAL INFO: * Muted colors, no logos, lots of changes since we are shooting multiple script days *Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that) *DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you. *Bring at least 3-4 complete outfits. *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you. As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing.
