Please allow plenty of time (at least 15-20 minutes) to find parking and park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your scheduled call time. If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL BE LATE!

**EVERYBODY PLEASE SHOWER and WEAR CLEAN UNDERWEAR!! MAKE SURE YOU ARE WELL-GROOMED and very CLEAN, NEAT and TIDY!! WEAR DEODORANT!!**Come wearing your favorite outfit and have a couple additional choices with you in a suitcase, garment bag or gym bag, in case wardrobe needs you to change for some reason. Please don’t bring your clothing wrinkled up in a plastic grocery bag if you can avoid it.<br>
WARDROBE NOTES – ALL DOUBLES & STAND-INS: Costumes should have wardrobe, but dress warm and bring layers. Bring options of solid color shirts.
Be sure to take your wardrobe options and your ID with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID and be LEGAL to work as an Extra in the US! We can not check you in if you do not have valid ID and are not legal to work!<br>
***GENERAL INFO: * Muted colors (unless otherwise specified), NO logos, lots of changes since we are shooting multiple scenes *Avoid white but don’t bring all black either (unless your character specifies that) *DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you (unless your character specifies that). *Bring at least 2-3 complete outfits. *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that (of course also bring options)!If you look in your closet and say “I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you. As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos and generally no bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns UNLESS otherwise stated, so please keep this in mind. Per the HAIR DEPT: This is a very classy, conservative, upscale scene. Think;  ”Southern Black Tie Affair.” Please come with clean hair. Bring a Brush or Comb with you. Men come with your hair & facial hair well groomed and styled. Women please come with styled hair. Come CAMERA READY! Please come hair & facial hair ready – Please do not show up with wet, unstyled hair like you just got out of the shower! Ladies – make sure your hair and makeup is done when you arrive. You will NOT have time to put on makeup, shave or fix your hair once you arrive.
Per the MAKEUP DEPT: FEMALES – Please ARRIVE with soft, natural makeup on. (Minimum, have on foundation, lipstick and mascara.) No frost. No glitter. No bright nail color. No facial piercings. Tattoos will have to be covered. MALES – Please ARRIVE with facial hair groomed, (as applicable). No facial piercings. Tattoos will have to be covered.

OLDER WAKE GUEST, WAKE GUESTS & WAKE GUESTS with CARS: This is an upscale wake for a prominent woman in Memphis society.
Men: Wear something conservative. A black, gray, or navy conservative-cut suit. You should wear a crisp white collared shirt with a tie. (Avoid loud colors)Please bring a few tie options as well as, a colored shirt option- for instance, pale blue, pale pink, yellow…In addition to white.  We may want to put a few people in a little color. Also, if you have a nice overcoat for your suit please bring that as well.
Women: Wear conservative black, gray, navy or brown suits, dresses, skirts and blouses (modest hemlines) . Women should bring an optional jewel toned (i.e., plum, midnight blue, emerald green, etc) blouse or jacket in addition and a nice classic overcoat if you have one. We would love to use some small  hats on a few of the women. If you have one that might be appropriate, please bring that as well!

Traditional Colors – Although black for a funeral, you may also wear dark colors such as brown, midnight blue, dark green or dark purple. Accompany a black or a dark suit, skirt or pants, with a white, ivory, gray or beige blouse or sweater during cool months. Choose subtle patterns, such as black on black brocade. NO multi-colored patterns.
Modest Accessories – Formal, closed-toed pumps or low/flat heels. Your purse should be small, dark and conservative. Accessorize with simple modest pieces such as pearls, gold or silver jewelry and muted scarves and shawls.
