“NASHVILLE” FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for MONDAY 3/4/13

If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on MONDAY 3/4/13.  –updated as of 09:39am Saturday 3/2/13

 

** YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN on SUNDAY NIGHT and AGAIN BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK on MONDAY just in case there are any additional changes!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! 


 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed. You will be shuttled from this parking lot to the Extras Holding area

- You will check in with Justin or someone from the AD Dept.

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you can catch the shuttle and arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! YOu should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you on the shuttle to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

Wardrobe Instructions: Our wardrobe department has created a blog that will post the exact wardrobe they would like you to bring with you on the day you work. Make sure to double check that you are looking at the right DAY as well as  your CATEGORY. If you do not see the details for your work date listed, please continue to check back regularly.

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability. NYC Lounge Patrons should look classy, hip, upscale and New York City stylish!! Make sure your hair & makeup (ladies) reflect a sophisticated style!! 

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look scruffy!!

Remember you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time. Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP!

·      We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

·      Please do not approach the actors.  They are working.  Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited.  Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated.  Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting or who has not registered as a Volunteer. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!

 

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press

·      Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

·      Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.

Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation with both the production and future local casting.

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. **If you have high school coaches’ gear for your favorite team, please bring it!  We’d like to see windbreakers, jackets, polos, matching hats.  NO PROFESSIONAL TEAM GEAR, JUST HIGH SCHOOL.  If you don’t have high school coach gear, please bring similar items (athletic clothes- windbreaker, jackets, polos, hats) in a solid color.

 

GREETERS

**Cute dresses- wrap around, with jackets.  Think pharmaceutical/drug reps, skirts and blouses with jackets.  Please bring 3 head to toe options including shoes and accessories.  No black, white or red please!

 

COCKTAIL WAITRESSES

Please bring a white tank top or cami, jewelry, black shoes (cute pumps and sneakers)  Please come with shaved legs, and wearing your own black shorts or short skirt.  Wardrobe will not provide bottoms or shoes.

 

ADMINS

Please bring at least 3 options: grey/navy suits and sport jackets, off white or light colored shirt, matching or dark colored dress pants, dark shoes.  If you’re affiliated with a high school, bring that gear in addition!

 

BARTENDERS

Please wear black slacks, jeans, wind pants or referee pants.  Black shoes.  Please come wearing a black polo shirt.  Wardrobe does not provide black pants or polo.

 

**RULES TO REMEMBER:

-Leave your pets at home, they are not allowed on set and can NOT be left in your car! DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN YOUR CAR!!!

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.
