If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your  FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on THURSDAY 10/29/15.    (**IF you are scheduled to work on Friday 10/30/15 as Audience – these are NOT your details and you will need to check back on Thursday evening after 7:30pm for your information!)

 

**All times are still subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK!!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

***Emergency number (615) 663-3621 if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! We will not acknowledge text messages, you have to CALL if you have an emergency! There IS a voicemail on this line so if you do not reach someone you need to leave a message!

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day/night, whatever that time ends up being – usually 8-12 hours or so.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!  

 

 

*EVERYONE (even if you’ve worked before!) – Please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Drivers License with you to set!  If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID. You MUST have a valid social security number!**’

 

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your correct booking details. We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!! Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! We will be expecting you whether you post or not, it’s just helpful to us to know that you got your details!! WE ARE COUNTING ON YOU TO SHOW UP FOR WORK!!

—this is ACROSS the street from the actual stadium (where the Titans play) and not directly in the stadium parking lot. It is ON SHELBY AVENUE directly across from the Tiger Mart Gas Station (right near the I-24 freeway ramp)

 

FromNorth via I-65S or I-24 E:

1) Take I-65N or I-245 E towardsNashville

2) Keep left to merge onto I-24E(signsfor I-40E/Chattanooga/Knoxville)

3) Take exit 49 forShelby Ave

4) Turn left on Shelby Ave

5) Turn left onto S 2ndSt

Extras Parking will be on the leftin Nissan Stadium Lot N. Park as directed

 

 

FromWest via I-40E:

1) Take 1-40E towardsNashville

2) Merge onto I-65N/I-24WtowardsClarksville/Louisville

1) Take 1-40W/I-24W towardsNashville

2) Slight right tostay on I-24W(signsfor Clarksville/I-65N/Louisville)

3) Take exit 49 for ShelbyAve/LP Field

4) Turn left onto Shelby Ave

5) Turn left onto S 2ndSt

–WHEN PARKING and/or Checking in – please say “I AM AN EXTRA TODAY”

 

 

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

 


EVERYONE – Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy!

 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you.

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. No strapless items that aren’t accompanied by a jacket. No shorts unless we request it for a specific scene. Leggings are not pants! Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set! Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing which is now FALL. And unless otherwise instructed, always bring enough options for two full changes.

 

THESE SCENES TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE. BRING OPTIONS THAT REFLECT THE CURRENT WEATHER.
**EVERYONE – In addition to the wardrobe listed for your main role – BRING OPTIONS LISTED for VIPs as we will be pulling VIPs from the group of extras working today!! If you want to be considered as a VIP, bring clothing listed for VIPs!
Venue Security: Please bring black pants or jeans, black belt, black work shoes. Shirt, jacket, and hat will be provided.
Nashville Police: Please bring a white undershirt, black socks, black workwear sneakers that could be worn with a police uniform. The rest will be provided.
Roadies/Markus Roadies: Cool hip backstage workwear. Shades of black, dark grey, browns, deep greens, navy are always good. Dark jeans or pants, shoes and accessories to compliment the look. Bring jacket options. As well as scarves and hats.
Sound Techs, Camera Operators, GMA Crew (Grip/Electric) and Construction Workers: Shades of dark grey, browns, deep greens, dark burgundy, deep purples, navy are always good. Bring an option of long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts for layering (nothing too bright), henleys and thermals, lightweight basic/solid sweaters or pullovers, hoodies, button down long sleeve shirts, Dark jeans or pants, appropriate work footwear. Bring jackets as well.
Stage Manager: Nice button down long sleeve dress shirt, fall blazer or cool jacket, t-shirts for layering, lightweight sweaters, jeans or semi-casual pants, shoes and belt to compliment the look.
GMA PAs: Long sleeve button down shirts or tops, lightweight sweaters, fall jackets, t-shirts and henleys for layering, hoodies, shoes, belt and hat to compliment the look.
Lawyers: Conservative and professional attire. Fall weather. Exterior.
Women - Skirt/pant suits, button down blouses, blazer, cardigan twin-set, shoes, belt, simple jewelry. Topcoat or trench coat please.
Men - Navy, dark grey or black suit, button down shirt, tie, shoes and belt to compliment the look. Topcoat or trench coat please.
Pedestrians and Concession Workers:
Ladies -long sleeve Button down tops, light weight sweaters or cardigans, jeans or casual pants, fall jackets or blazers, scarves, jewelry. Please also bring shoes and/or boots to compliment your outfits. Please bring several options.  Colors: we prefer not to use black, or white, or anything highly patterned. Jewel and earth tones are always appreciated.
Men – Jeans and casual pants, long sleeve button down shirts, blazers, vest, light weight pullover and cardigan sweaters, Fall jackets, hats, scarves and shoes to compliment the look. Please bring several options.  Colors: we prefer not to use black, or white, or anything highly patterned. Jewel and earth tones are always appreciated.
Backstage VIPs: Rocker gone country
Women - Cool, Hip blouses or tops, jeans or similar pant options, sweaters, tees long and short for layering, leather jackets or jackets/blazers, pumps, booties or similar, jewelry to compliment the look. Scarves and hat options please.
Men - Long sleeve button down shirts, henleys, t-shirts long and short for layering, cool fall jackets and blazers, jeans or similar pants, shoes, boots and jewelry to compliment the look. Scarves and hats please.

PAYROLL INFORMATION:

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP as you will NOT be allowed to work!

 

Bring a black or blue ink pen with you to complete your voucher

General Guidelines

 

·      We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

 

·      Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

 

·      Please do not approach the actors. They are working. Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited. Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated. Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

 

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!

 

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:

Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

 

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it. 

 

Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation with both the production and future local casting.
