If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on TUESDAY 9/15/15

 

***Emergency number (615) 921-8626 if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! We will not acknowledge text messages, you have to CALL if you have an emergency! There IS a voicemail on this line so if you do not reach someone you need to leave a message!

 

**STROBE LIGHTS will be used during this performance!! If you have epilepsy or any condition that could be aggravated by flashing/strobing lights, you should NOT attend this performance!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

**All times are still subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK in the morning!!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!  

 

 

*Please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Drivers License with you to set!  If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID. You MUST have a valid social security number!**’

 

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your correct booking details. We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!! Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! We will be expecting you whether you post or not, it’s just helpful to us to know that you got your details!! WE ARE COUNTING ON YOU TO SHOW UP FOR WORK!!

1) Take I-65N or I-245 E towards Nashville

2) Keep left to merge onto I-24E (signsfor I-40E/Chattanooga/Knoxville)

3) Take exit 49 for Shelby Ave

4) Turn left on Shelby Ave

5) Turn left onto S 2nd St

Extras Parking will be on the left in LP Field Lot N. Park as directed

 

 

FromWest via I-40E:

1) Take 1-40E towards Nashville

2) Merge onto I-65N/I-24W towards Clarksville/Louisville

3) Take exit 49 for Shelby Ave/LP Field

4) Turn left onto Shelby Ave

5) Turn left onto S 2nd St

Extras Parking will be on the left in LP Field Lot N. Park as directed

 

FromEast via I-40W/I-24W:

1) Take 1-40W/I-24W towards Nashville

2) Slight right to stay on I-24W (signsfor Clarksville/I-65N/Louisville)

3) Take exit 49 for ShelbyAve/LP Field

4) Turn left onto Shelby Ave

5) Turn left onto S 2nd St

Extras Parking will be on the left in LP Field Lot N. Park as directed

 

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!! **YOU WILL BE SHUTTLED FROM THIS LOCATION – make sure you are at the shuttle pickup area BEFORE your call time so that you do not miss the shuttle!

 

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  **IF YOU ARE LATE – YOU MAY BE SENT HOME without working!! BE ON TIME – or better yet, BE EARLY!!!


EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy!


 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you.

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing or shoes with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!

PEDESTRIANS with CARS:  You will be used in later scenes as patrons at the bar as well. Please bring enough options for 2 complete changes
Women: Casual dresses (not too summery), casual tops or blouses, skirts, jeans or casual pants, layering pieces such as jackets and cardigans, shoes and jewelry to compliment the look. Please NO Red/Bright White or Loud Patterns or Neon Colors.
Men: Casual button down shirts long and short, long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts, jeans and casual pants like khakis (colors like tan, grey, brown,army green), jackets, shoes to compliment the look. Please NO Red/Bright White or Loud Patterns or Neon Colors.
HONKY TONK BAR PATRONS:

Look hip, stylish and attractive
HONKY TONK BARTENDERS:  Wear what you normally wear to work. Jeans and a bar t-shirt. If you are not an actual employee of the location, please wear jeans and bring items listed for Bar Patrons – we will provide a t-shirt for you.
BOUNCERS:  Please bring choices of denim jeans (embellished with stitching or the like if you have them), fitted dark crew neck or v-neck t-shirts, cowboy boots (dark colors), silver jewelry or choker style necklaces if you have them. Studded or embellished belt if you have them. BRING OPTIONS! If you don’t have all of these types of items, just do the best you can and we will help out.
GAY ‘WILL’s FRIENDS: Bring choices of denim jeans or similar casual fitted pants, short sleeve/long sleeve layering t-shirts, button down shirts western and non-western, cowboy boots or any pull-on or lace-up urban boot, belt to compliment the look. Nothing too bright but nothing too dull and neutral.
HONKY TONK BEAUTIFUL GIRLS:  Cool solid or printed short(ish) casual flowy dresses, short and long sleeve western and non-western shirts, layering tank tops and t-shirts, fitted jeans or similar casual pants, denim skirts or shorts, cowboy boots, cool high-heel pumps or similar, jewelry and accessories to compliment the look. You can bring color but nothing too bright or neon.

PAYROLL INFORMATION:

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP as you will NOT be allowed to work!

 

Bring a black or blue ink pen with you to complete your voucher

General Guidelines

 

·      We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

 

·      Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

 

·      Please do not approach the actors. They are working. Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited. Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated. Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

 

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!

 

 

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:

Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.

 

Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation with both the production and future local casting.
