You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!! If you are late, you MAY be sent home and not permitted to work! <br>
Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID and be LEGAL to work as an Extra in the US! We can not check you in if you do not have valid ID and are not legal to work!

***GENERAL INFO: * Muted colors, no logos, lots of changes since we are shooting multiple script days *Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that) *DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you. *Bring at least 3-4 complete outfits. *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you. As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing.

Zoe Double at Hospital: Wear the usual black jeans (skinny jeans are best), black shoes and a black or dark top. If she can also bring a solid white or cream colored top that would be great. We have a hoodie for her to wear also. <br> Doctors – MEN: Button front shirts Undershirts Ties – no crazy stripes or loud patterns. No cartoon characters or recognizable branded images or logos (no batman logos, bugs bunny, etc.) Slacks, khakis Dress shoes or loafers in brown or black Dress socks No red, no black, no white. Colors that are good are earth tones, neutrals, pastels and subdued/muted colors. No loud patterns, no super bright colors (no neon). NO STRIPES. NO LOGOS. <br>
DOCTORS – Women: Please come dressed and bring 3 to 4 outfit options with you. Button front shirts, business casual tops, Tanks to go under shirts, Slacks, khakis, Skirts that are modest and work appropriate. Closed-toe flats or low heels. Dress socks, tights, hose. Bras that are appropriate under work clothing, with straps that won’t show. No red, no black, no white. Colors that are good are earth tones, neutrals, pastels and subdued/muted colors. NURSES: Scrubs – solid color scrubs are best. Some designs are OK, but no logos and no cartoon characters or recognizable branded images (no batman logos, etc.) Long sleeve shirts, long sleeve tee shirts to wear under a scrub shirt Cardigan sweaters to wear over scrubs Sneakers, clogs or other hospital appropriate work shoes. Solid white or black is best, but muted colors are also ok. <br>
PATIENTS: Pajamas Sweatpants, tee shirts Robes Socks, thick/cozy socks Slippers, slip-on shoes – Slippers and shoes should have some kind of treads on the bottom so you won’t fall as you walk up and down the hospital hallways. HOSPITAL VISITORS: Everyday clothes. Layers are good. Jeans, casual pants Tee shirts, long sleeve shirts Plaid over shirts Sweaters, cardigans Light jackets Sneakers, casual shoes Skirts and dresses that are modest (think work or church appropriate) are also good for the women Flats and low heels options to go with skirts and dresses No red, no black, no white. If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day. You should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely.

*EVERYONE – Please BRING your Driver’s License with you to set AND a PHOTOCOPY of your Driver’s License! We will have a photocopier on set to make copies; however, it will be much quicker for you if you come with your own copy. You MUST also have a valid social security number!*

Be sure to take your ID and wardrobe with you from your car to the check-in area

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!! If you are late, you MAY be sent home and not permitted to work! <br>
Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID and be LEGAL to work as an Extra in the US! We can not check you in if you do not have valid ID and are not legal to work!

***GENERAL INFO: * Muted colors, no logos, lots of changes since we are shooting multiple script days *Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that) *DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you. *Bring at least 3-4 complete outfits. *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you. As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing.
