If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day/night, whatever that time ends up being – usually 8-12 hours or so.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!  

*EVERYONE (even if you’ve worked before!) – Please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Drivers License with you to set!  If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID. You MUST have a valid social security number!**


**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your correct booking details. We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!! Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy!

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean

clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you.

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. No strapless items that aren’t accompanied by a jacket. No shorts unless we request it for a specific scene. Leggings are not pants! Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set! Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing which is nowLATE WINTER/EARLY SPRING. And unless otherwise instructed, always bring enough options for two full changes.

Women – Please bring dressy options you might wear to a formal event. Dresses and suits in jewel tones, or shades of gold and silver. No black unless that is all you own. A little sparkle is ok, but no very sequin or sparkly choices. Please bring appropriate accessories, jewelry, handbags and shoes. No full length gowns. PLEASE BRING A NICE OVERCOAT. THERE WILL BE SOME EXTERIOR SCENES. WOMEN, BRING A PAIR OF NICE FLAT SHOES JUST IN CASE.


Men – Please bring a nice suit option if you have one), dress shirts,ties, belts and dress shoes. If you do not have a suit, please do the best you can to bring options of nice dress slacks, dress shirts, ties, blazers, etc. JUST LOOK NICE!!  PLEASE BRING A NICE OVERCOAT. THERE WILL BE SOME EXTERIOR SCENES.
BARTENDERS and COCKTAIL WAITRESSES: Black nicer pants (not jeans), Black belt, Black shoes (flat or lace-up) NO SNEAKERS
EVENT SECURITY: Nice black suit, white shirt, black shoes, black tie, black belt, dark dress socks.
LANE’S WEDDING PLANNER ASSISTANTS: This is the same outfit that was worn last week. Bring any item that belongs to you and the rest will be provided for you. Bring comfortable shoes and warming coats to wear when not on set.
WEDDING ATTENDANTS: Bring professional attire
Women -Bring a nice pant or skirt suit, long sleeve blouses, cardigan sweater twin sets, sheath dress, blazers, lightweight scarves, simple jewelry, pumps or flats. Sheer hosiery. PLEASE BRING A NICE OVERCOAT. THERE WILL BE SOME EXTERIOR SCENES.
Men -Bring a nice suit, long sleeve button down shirt, tie options (nothing bright or heavily patterned), v-neck/crew neck sweater or cardigan, dress pants, belt and shoe options to compliment the look. PLEASE BRING A NICE OVERCOAT. THERE WILL BE SOME EXTERIOR SCENES.
PHOTO DOUBLES: wardrobe will be provided for you, however please BRING SOME OPTIONS listed for UPSCALE EVENT GUESTS as you will also be working as an Event Guest

BAR/RESTAURANT PATRONS: you will be working in two different scenes which require different wardrobe styles, so please bring BOTH types of clothing!!
-Restaurant (Look #1): this should be clothing that you might wear to a nice restaurant for a Sunday afternoon BRUNCH. Bring a few options of nice afternoon attire. (Ladies: none of your clothing should be “hoochie” looking)
-Bar (Look #2): this should be nice casual clothing that you would wear if you were going out to a local bar to see a band perform. Look your best but it’s not dressy, just casual but nice (again, Ladies, no “hoochies”)

This scene is difficult enough for us to book enough of the right people to work these dates spread out over the holidays and you were the chosen ones – we can not have you canceling or not showing up!! Women - Please bring dressy options you might wear to a formal event. Dresses and suits in jewel tones, or shades of gold and silver. No black unless that is all you own. A little sparkle is ok, but no very sequin or sparkly choices. Please bring appropriate accessories, jewelry, handbags and shoes. No full length gowns. PLEASE BRING A NICE OVERCOAT. THERE WILL BE SOME EXTERIOR SCENES. WOMEN, BRING A PAIR OF NICE FLAT SHOES JUST IN CASE.
Men - Please bring a nice suit option if you have one), dress shirts,ties, belts and dress shoes. LANE’S WEDDING PLANNER ASSISTANTS:  This is the same outfit that was worn last week. Bring any item that belongs to you and the rest will be provided for you. Bring comfortable shoes and warming coats to wear when not on set.

***Emergency number (615) 663-3621 if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! We will not acknowledge text messages, you have to CALL if you have an emergency! There IS a voicemail on this line so if you do not reach someone you need to leave a message!


If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day/night, whatever that time ends up being – usually 8-12 hours or so.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!  

 

*EVERYONE (even if you’ve worked before!) – Please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Drivers License with you to set!  If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! *EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!! IF YOU ARE LATE – you MAY be sent home without pay/work! (this includes if you are even 5 minutes late so BE ON TIME!!)

 

EVERYONE – Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.’

 

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you.

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!
 

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.


As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. No strapless items that aren’t accompanied by a jacket. No shorts unless we request it for a specific scene. Leggings are not pants! Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set! Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing which is now Late Winter/Early Spring . And unless otherwise instructed, always bring enough options for two full changes.


 

Bar Patrons and Bartenders:  This is supposed to take place in a Country Bar in Kentucky (but will be filmed here!). Interior. Night time.
Women - Casual tops or blouses, skirts, jeans or casual pants, jackets, shoes and boots and jewelry to compliment the look. Cowboy hats if you have them. Nothing too wintery. Please NO Red/Bright White or Loud Patterns or Neon Colors.
Men - Casual button down shirts long and short, long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts, jeans and casual pants like khakis (colors like tan, grey, brown,army green), jackets, shoes to compliment the look. Cowboy hats if you have them. Please NO Red/Bright White or Loud Patterns or Neon Colors.
Coffee Shop Patrons and Baristas:  Cool hip east Nashville coffee shop. Interior. Daytime.
Hip cool tops and jeans or similar pants. Long sleeve henleys or tops. Jackets. Lightweight sweaters. Urban boots or similar shoes. Bring Scarves and hats as options. Do the best you can to achieve this look, otherwise you should just be cool, casual.
