If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day. All crew and extras should park at the SP-PLUS garage at the Downtown Hilton Hotel. This is the lot under the Music City Walk of Fame Park on 4th Ave. directly across from the Schermerhorn.
Please enter on the 4th Avenue side garage entrance and follow the steps below.
1.     Take ticket at gate arm
2.     Place ticket on dash
3.     You will be given a ticket voucher before the end of each day
4.     When exiting garage, place original ticket in machine followed by ticket voucher.
5.     Exit
6. There are vans for crew and a people mover for extra’s.  Don’t get on the wrong vehicle they are going to two different places.  You can also walk to Extras HOlding at LAYLA’s
Please be aware that we have a limited number of prepaid vouchers and lost tickets will not be replaced.

BARTENDERS, WAIT STAFF, OLDER COUPLE, TWO STEPPERS & BAR PATRONS: You will all be working in more than one scene so will need multiple options!! Everyone should dress for a night out on the town in Nashville at Robert’s and please bring a whole head to toe change for downtown Pedestrians that is casual and Nashville. Some of you who fit the look may be asked to work in an additional scene at Manuels -  bring options like a person that would shop at Manuel’s – vintage and fun (if you have it).  BRING OPTIONS!!!!

 

*NEW*BAR PATRONS: Young, Fratty and Hipstery folks dressed for a night out on the town in Nashville. BRING OPTIONS!!

–this is just south of the Albuquerque Sunport (airport). Park as directed by the security gate and CHECK-IN AT THE BIG WHITE TENT.

 

–If you need specific directions from YOUR house, please visit mapquest.com, google maps or punch this address into your GPS.

 

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! UPSCALE & CONSERVATIVE!! NO unruly hair or ungroomed facial hair!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

STANDINS: please wear comfortable casual clothing and bring a couple shirts in different muted earth tones (green, brown, grey, eggplant, tan)

 

 

SINGAPORE POLICE OFFICERS: black socks, blak shoes, white tshirt, underwear. Your outfit will be provided for you. Please ALSO bring a change of PEDESTRIAN clothing options in case we need you to work in more than one scene.

 

SINGAPORE PEDESTRIANS: You will be working in two different scenes so will need TWO different types of wardobe. OUTFIT #1 should bebrighter colors, summer clothes. Women- dresses, colorful tops, darker or colorful pants.  Men-short sleeves shirts & tees (NO LOGOS), polo shirts, darker pants. OUTFIT #2 should be NO color. SHIRTS grays,  white, off white. short sleeve shirts & plain tops. PANTS/SKIRTS dark colors.  PLEASE BRING SEVERAL CHOICES for both types of outfits!

 

ALL PRE-FIT EXTRAS (who came in for a Costume Fitting): please follow all instructions that you received at your costume fitting and bring any items that you were asked to bring. You should come camera ready with hair and makeup done (men should be clean-shaven) & wearing your approved outfit. (If costumes is providing it, it will be available when you arrive on set)

PAYROLL INFORMATION:

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP as you will NOT be allowed to work!

 

Bring a black or blue ink pen with you to complete your voucher

** Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, Snow , COLD weather, etc.–regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!*
