“Nashville” FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for MONDAY 12/1/14

If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on MONDAY 12/1/14.

 

***Emergency number (615) 663-3621 if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested)

 

–If you are scheduled to work on the CW series “The Messengers” in Albuquerque, NM – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

**All times are still subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK!!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or SNOWS – we are still filming!!   

 

 

We will NOT be in the office after hours so cannot replace you if you cancel last minute – so that means we are COUNTING on you to show up!!

 

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID**

 

**Please POST your first & last name and your report to location number at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your correct booking details. Everyone has been Pre-fit or had costumes pre-selected for working this day & we are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! (*be sure to put the entire street address into your GPS and not just Brick Church. If you do not put Brick Church Park Drive you may end up in Goodlettsville and that is incorrect.)

 

– Park in the dirt lot across the street from our production office that says Crew Parking/NO Extras Parking!! (even though it says No Extras Parking – you should PARK here!) Walk across the street to the white guard shack and you will check-in at Stage B.

 

Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed and be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in.   **Please write your first & last name and phone number on a large sheet of paper and put it on your dash in case we need to identify cars.

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  **IF YOU ARE LATE (even as little as 5 minutes) – YOU MAY BE SENT HOME without working!! BE ON TIME!!

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not scruffy!

 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

 

Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for.  We ask as always you bring several options if you own them.  We do not allow any clothing with logos, bright white or neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind.  WE LOVE if you bring us choices that are NOT black.  Please always bring a warm jacket and comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!

 

**YOU WILL BE WORKING IN MULTIPLE SCENES - bring enough choices to accommodate two – three complete changes! EVERYONE MUST BRING MULTIPLE CHANGES of CLOTHING!  EVERYONE - Please bring:  -an outdoor pedestrian look complete with a coat, this can be upscale or casual.

 

AA Attendees and Group Leader:  YOU WILL NEED minimum TWO CHANGES

-casual street clothing, winter layers, ie. tops, sweaters, sweatshirts, lighter jackets, jeans, cords, etc. Ladies-skirts and dresses are ok, if they are very casual.  Colors: since this is a somber scene, please choose clothing that is browns, neutrals, grays, navys, dark greens and burgandys,  NO bright colors or patterns.

 

Edgehill Receptionist/Edgehill Staff-Employees:  -hip, business look

Men: nice dress shirts and ties, dress pants, dressier vests and sweaters, bring a suit if you have it. Dress shoes. (No jeans!)

Women: nice business dresses, suits, dressy blouses and skirts, nicer sweaters, shoes and accessories to compliment. (No jeans)

Colors: we would love to see grays, navy’s, ivory, more of a New York vibe.

 

Musician/Writer Types:  -Nashville Chic: Hip, cool looks that reflect the music business.

Men: jeans and blazers, nice dress shirts, sweaters, hip looking henleys and vest, leather jackets, hats-(cowboy and fashion)

Women: long sleeve dresses, or dresses that can have a jacket added, cute tops and jeans or skirts, a leather jackets, shoes and jewelry to compliment,  Please bring several options. Colors: we prefer not to use black, or white, or anything highly patterned.  Jewel and earth tones, gold and silver are always appreciated.

PEDESTRIANS & PEDESTRIANS with Cars: every day casual comfortable clothing that you might wear to go downtown to the Music City Center. This is a diverse group from all walks of life so you could have casual options, maybe a business option (if you have one) as if you are coming straight from the office, something downscale, something more upscale. BRING OPTIONS in a variety of types of looks!! Some of you may be asked to work in an Edgehill office scene so if you have appropriate clothing – bring an option of Edgehill Staff type clothing as well

-       Do not bring anyone withou that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!

 

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:

Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

 

·  Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.

 

Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation with both the production and future local casting.

**We are NOT overbooked at all and since this is a period piece it will be difficult to replace anyone since you were all hand selected – there it is IMPERATIVE that you please show up for this booking!!!

–If you are scheduled to work on the CW series “The Messengers” in Albuquerque, NM -or- “Nashville” in Nashville, TN – These are NOT your details! These are for the “TWITA extras ONLY!–

 

**THESE ARE PRELIMINARY (TENTATIVE…NOT yet Final!) times and could change once we wrap tonight! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, snows or storms – we are still filming!!

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

–LADIES: come in with foundation and mascara on, please. 

 

Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

 

**IF YOU CAME TO A WARDROBE FITTING and/or HAVE BEEN PRE-FIT for this scene – please follow ALL instructions that you were given at your fitting and bring any items (accessories, shoes, makeup, hairstyle, etc) that you were instructed to bring!!!! If you were told that an outfit would be provided for you , it will be on set when you arrive but please make sure you bring any additionally requested items***

For NON-PUNK CANNIBAL CLUB PATRONS:  please do the BEST you can with these suggestions, trying to stay away from anything modern.

Please bring 2 or 3 options only.  1979-1980, late summer casual. You should ALSO bring warm clothes/gear to wear while waiting for the scenes.  We will not have enough warming coats and such for everyone so you should bring their own.

 

For Men:  high waistedpants or shorts.  Plain T-shirts, casualshirts.  Also casual western-wranglerjeans and  Western shirts. Cowboy hatsand caps.  Converse, Vans, older styleAdidas, top-siders and boots.

 

For Women:  Highwaisted pants or shorts.  Plain T-shirts,casual shirts and halter tops.  Simplesandals, Candies, Dr. Scholls, Keds, Converse and cowboy Boots.

 

For CANNIBAL CLUB PUNK ROCKERS, DOORMAN & BARTENDER: For Cannibal club it is punk/college campus casual.  Some work/combat style boots, dark colored tennis shoes, Doc Martens would be great. Leather jackets, denim jackets, t shirts, high waisted tighter jeans,black jeans, leather bracelets, etc. Examples are late 70s/early 80s NYC Punk like CBGB club types/the Ramones and the Sex Pistols (but maybe toned down a bit to more ‘casual’) BRING OPTIONS!

– DO NOT Park in the dirt lot across the street from our production office that says Crew Parking/NO Extras Parking!! Make sure you are going to the LOWER stages at 444 Brick Church Park Drive.

 

Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed and be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in.   **Please write your first & last name and phone number on a large sheet of paper and put it on your dash in case we need to identify cars.

-Nashville Chic: Hip, cool looks that reflect the music business.

Bluebird Cafe Patrons: -nicer casual outfit for a night out.  Please also bring a winter coat and appropriate hats and gloves, as we will be shooting indoors, however it will look as though it is outside.
