If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 2/28/14.  –updated as of 8:55pm

 

***Emergency number (615) 663-3621 (**If you are unable to make your booking for ANY reason, you MUST CALL this emergency number to let us know. Failure to do so (even if you send an email) will result in you being listed as a NO-SHOW!! We are counting on you to show up so do hope that none of you have any emergency situations!

 

–If you are scheduled to work on the NBC series “Revolution” in Austin, TX – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

** All times are subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains or snows – we are still filming!!! DRESS WARMLY!! (although these will be interior scenes)

 

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!*

We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! - Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed and be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in.

- You will check in with Jill or someone from the AD Dept.

 

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

 

Things To Avoid: Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most suited for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

Note: We are shooting 2 Different script days, which means you might have 2 changes (same character, Different day). So please bring extra options.

 

ROADIES & SOUND CREW: Bring dark clothing, tees, button downs, jeans, black or gray pants, dark close toe shoes, belts etc.

 

SECURITY; Bring black and khaki pants, black and brown shoes and sock, black and brown belt. We are providing you with a shirt.

 

ARENA STAFF: Bring khaki pants, nice jeans, practical work shoes (tennis shoes, loafers, etc), belts and we are providing a shirt for you.

 

PROMOTERS & BACKSTAGE GUESTS: Bring changes that are nice and hip. Nothing to dressy but well put together. Example: nice jeans, boots, nice blouse or button down shirt, trendy leather/denim jackets, etc

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair or NO makeup – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone but should look natural and pretty. Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you. Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP!

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

 

If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!

FATHER of YOUNG BOY: Please bring outdoor options. Very casual, jeans, khakis, warm shoes, sweaters, jackets, scarves, etc

 

BROTHER of YOUNG BOY:  Please bring outdoor options. It will be very cold so layer. Jeans, cargo pants, sweatshirts, sweaters, jackets, scarves, gloves, hats etc. Remember NO LOGOS, kids clothes are full of them.

 

VIDEO CAMERAMEN & PAPARAZZI: Bring a variety of darkish options. Jeans, cargo pants, warm shoes, jackets, hats, scarves, gloves. Bring several options for multiple scenes!!

 

NEWS REPORTERS & JOURNALISTS/REPORTERS:  Bring professional options with warm overcoats, scarves, gloves, etc It is going to be cold… So if you bring dressy on camera shoes, but uggs or boots for in between scenes for comfort. More then likely we will not see you shirts under you jackets…. So layer!

MAYOR’s SECURITY: (also bring options for Journalists): Bring dark suit options, dress shirts, ties, belts, dress shoes and dark overcoats.

 

SCHOOL SECURITY GUARD (also bring option for Paparazzi) We are providing your uniform but please bring undershirts and black work shoes/black socks

 

Sound Techs, Camera Operators, Production Assistants, Set Dressers, Director and Broadcast Board Operators: Please bring darkish options. You are crew members… so you would wear clothing that is casual yet functional. Jeans, cargo pants, work boots, sweaters, hoodies, casual button downs, tees, etc

 

Studio Office Workers and Programmers: Bring casual but professional options. Suit jackets (no tie), khakis, Blouses, nice jeans, jewelry etc.

 

Mayor’s Staffer: This is a professional look. Ex: Suit and tie, power skirt and blouse. Please bring all detail to complete your looks. (jewelry, belts, foundation garments etc)

If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!!
