If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on TUESDAY 8/27/13.   –updated as of 9:08pm

–If you are scheduled to work on the NBC series “Revolution” in Austin, TX – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

** All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE again BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK to get your FINAL Approved Call Time!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but iit will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!*

1)Take I-40W or I-24E towards Nashville.

2)Take I-440W (signs for Memphis)

3)Take exit 1 for US70W / W West End Ave

4)Continue on West End Ave becomes Harding Rd

5)5) Turn right onto Davidson Rd, Pass Post Rd and

Turn Left into BMUMC.

 

FROM WEST OF NASHVILLE:

1)Take I-40E towards Nashville.

2)Take exit 204B for White Bridge Rd

3)Turn right onto White Bridge Rd

4)Turn right onto Harding Rd

5)Turn right onto Davidson Rd, Pass Post Rd and

Turn Left into BMUMC.

 

FROM NORTH OF NASHVILLE:

1)Take I-65S towards Nashville.

2)Slight right onto I-65S (signs for I-40W Huntsville/Memphis)

3)Slight left on I-40W (signs for Memphis)

4) Slight left on I-440E (signs for Knoxville)

5)Take exit 1A for US70W / W West End Av

6)Continue on West End Ave becomes Harding Rd

FROM SOUTH OF NASHVILLE:

1)Take I-65N towards Nashville.

2)Take I-440W (signs for Memphis)

5)Turn right onto Davidson Rd, Pass Post Rd and

Turn Left into BMUMC.

 

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed in the dirt Crew Parking lot across the street and follow signs to the Extras Holding area. You will be walking across the street so be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in. DO NOT PARK in the office parking lot!!

- You will check in with Justin from the AD Dept or Jill from Extras Casting

 

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

*Bring comfort wear (flip flops, slippers, rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

 *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

DRIVERS with OLD CARS: please wear your first choice and bring 2-3 complate additional changes of every day casual clothing thtat follows the general guidelines. Nothing new or flashy, more on teh downscale side but not too far down. BRING CHOICES!

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!! LOOK YOUR ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say NANO. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area
- You will check in with Adam or someone from the AD Dept.
*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:
Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)
Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:
Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.
HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as REFUGEES : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area. You will be walking across the street so be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in.

- You will check in with Justin from the AD Dept

 

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

 EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair or NO makeup – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone but should look natural and pretty. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. DO NOT LOOK SCRUFFY!! YOU MUST SHOW UP LOOKING CLASSY, WEALTHY, HIGH CLASS – your hair, makeup, facial hair should be appropriate to match your costume. DETECTIVES: please come dressed and ready in suits, slacks, dress shirts, ties, (pant suits or slacks and blouse for female detective) and bring additional options to choose from to include blazers, dress pants, etc.

 

UNIFORM POLICE OFFICERS & POLICE SERGEANT: please bring black socks, black shoes, black belt and a white or gray undershirt. We will provide a uniform. Please also bring a couple options of clothing listed for Detectives just in case the uniform does not fit you properly.

 

FLORISTS:  bring black pants, black shoes, black belts, white dress shirt. Please also bring a couple options of nice business to nice business casual type clothing

Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. RESTAURANT HOSTESS: bring a black skirt and black pants and black shoes and a black belt if it would be needed for the skirt or pant.

We will provide a top.

 

RESTAURANT SERVERS: bring black pants, black shoes, black belts, white shirt. We will provide black vests and ties.

 

RESTAURANT PATRONS: wear what you would wear to a nice restaurant for a dinner date. NOT cocktail, but dressy casual dinner attire.

Men can run the range from nice jeans with a button front shirt and a blazer, khaki pants, dress pants, dress shirts, or a suit- tie or no tie.

Ladies- can wear nice jeans, or skirts with nice blouses, boots, or heels. Or a dress would work too as long as it’s not too dressy.
