Wardrobe Instructions: Our wardrobe department has created a blog that will post the exact wardrobe they would like you to bring with you on the day you work. Make sure to double check that you are looking at the right DAY as well as  your CATEGORY. **MAKE SURE YOU DRESS WARMLY!!! It will be VERY COLD out and you should have enough warm clothing with you!!!

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look scruffy!!

Remember you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time. Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

If you are scheduled to work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” - Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on WEDNESDAY 12/12/12.

You are expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

09:00am - UPSCALE RESTAURANT PATRONS, WAIT STAFF

10:12am - TEDDY/WATTY STAND-IN (Scott A.), RAYNA STAND-IN (Diana S.)

 

Parking Location:

CREW PARKING LOT: Premiere Lot  - Charlotte Ave., Nashville, TN 37201 (address and map were emailed to you. Call 512-696-4233 ASAP if you did not receive it. If you don’t call before 8:30pm, you will not get the address/map as we will no longer be in the office to send it out)

-After parking you will need to catch a SHUTTLE to EXTRAS HOLDING. *MAKE sure you take your ID and al of your wardrobe options with you on the shuttle!!

- You will check in with Justin or Gina

Filming will take place rain, shine or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set! **IT WILL BE VERY COLD ON TUESDAY – you MUST DRESS ACCORDINGLY FOR COLD WEATHER as you will be outside for a large portion of the day!! Cold weather is NOT and excuse to not show up for work!!

If you are scheduled to work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” - Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on THURSDAY 12/6/12.  *Updated as of 11:45pm.

 

–EVERYONE WHO WORKED ON WEDNESDAY 12/5/12, with the exception of the one person who was released early (you know who you are) is RE-CALLED FOR MATCHING SCENES!! We need everyone back in the same wardrobe – you were officially BOOKED for a two day call so are expected to work!–
