  **YOU MUST READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS! To make sure you do not miss anything important!!!!! If you are booked for work, please leave a confirmation post at the end of this message so that we know you picked up your work details. If you were booked – your booking is already confirmed, this is just so we know you got your details!  (PLEASE don’t post AT ALL and don’t just show up if you are not booked for work. This note is for those who are already booked ONLY!!!)

  **ALL CALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, SO YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU GO TO BED TONIGHT and again BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK IN THE MORNING TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT TIME!!!! If you are late there is a chance that you MAY be sent home so please be 10-15 minutes early for your start time! Please do NOT just be pulling into the parking lot at your call time or you WILL be late!!

 !!!Filming WILL take place rain or shine – regardless of the weather, so you are expected to show up if you were booked!!

 Everyone MUST report to set “camera-ready” with your hair & makeup (ladies ONLY) already done and ready to work. You will not have time to get ready once you arrive on set. Male facial hair MUST be must be neat, tidy and professional looking.

 EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A COMPLETE I-9 FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR PAY VOUCHER. YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, School ID –minors can have a School ID, School Report Card, or Hospital Record) AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IN ORDER TO BE paid!! If you do not have a photo ID and know your social security number you will not be allowed to work.

 SUGGESTION:  BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU AND STAY HYDRATED.  THERE IS NO BOTTLED WATER ON SET. WATER IS AROUND IN COOLERS FOR YOUR USE. You may also want to bring a book to read, a deck of  cards or something to do during down time from filming

 CALL TIMES: **You absolutely MUST be on time or even better…BE EARLY!!!! Try to be 15-20 minutes early in order to park and get to extras holding by your call time!!

You will either take a shuttle or walk from the parking area at 1352 Rufina Lane to our Extras Holding area which is located at LuLu’s Restaurant  3011 Cerrillos.  Follow signs. DO NOT park at the check-in area!!!

 WARDROBE is as follows (Please read ALL instructions listed below and do the best you can to bring what is being requested!!!): **YOU MUST BRING SEVERAL OPTIONS OF CLOTHING AS DESCRIBED BELOW!~~PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EMPTY HANDED OR WITHOUT OPTIONS!!!  GENERAL GUIDELINES: (NO LOGOS or Name Brands! NO RED!!! NO FLIPFLOPS!!)

Everyone MUST wear closed toe shoes as it is a safety requirement!! PLEASE also WEAR SOFT SOLED SHOES so they don’t make loud noise on camera!! 

Everyone should always wear your best (favorite) choice of specified wardrobe to set and make sure to bring 2-3 additional COMPLETE head to toe changes with you in a suitcase, garment bag, etc. Remember all layers and accessories that go with your outfits (shoes, jewelry, watches, purses, belts, hair accessories, etc.) You are playing a character so please do the best you can to have fun with the clothing descriptions and look the part you are playing!! Absolutely NO logos of any kind on clothing please.  Please just do the best you can to bring options as close as possible to what is being requested.

ALL WARDROBE MUST BE CLEAN, PRESSED and ON HANGARS (preferably). Your wardrobe should be easily displayed for our Costume Dept to look at.  PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN EXTRAS CHANGING as wardrobe will NOT hold your personal items for you. PLEASE LEAVE ALL VALUABLES AT HOME OR RETURN THEM TO YOUR VEHICLE. Production cannot be held responsible for personal items lost, stolen or damaged on set.

 Please do not wear perfumes.   Please wear antiperspirant or deodorant though!  

 We are shooting our movie on HD, which makes colors very true to what the eye sees.  Therefore, whites and blacks are acceptable, but please don’t go overboard.  Try to avoid white and black please!! Big chunks of white and/or black  are a no-no!   Florescent and extremely bright colors are a no-no-and-no! 

Our story takes place during the hot, HOT days of August in a fictitious town called Pico Mundo, set in California.   The time period is contemporary – now, 2011.  The setting is a smallish, quaint, beautiful, friendly gently prosperous desert town where everyone knows and really likes one another.  Our town is a truly wonderful, happy, healthy place to live, raise your kids, enjoy your life.  A piece of heaven on earth, but then there are these creepy things that almost happen….

STAND INS: – Please bring options of shirts to include – Blue , Grey , Tan And Brown Shirts, At Least a Light Tone (Grey), one Medium Tone (Med to Dark Grey) and one Dark (Black Or Navy) . When you arrive at Basecamp, check with Wardrobe to see what color cover to wear for the day.

BOWLING ALLEY CUSTOMERS:  Please wear your first choice and bring 3-4 additional complete options to choose from. Dress the look of our town, mixing the idea that some of you are just out for a night bowling and some are going to a trendy nightclub inside of a bowling alley. You should dress hip, cool & casually sexy. Upscale  Casual & Stylish. NO RED! NO WHITE! NO BLACK!  Guys- nice jeans, cargos, cool shirts with a collar, nice tshirts (NO logos),  Friday/Saturday night going out clothes.  Ladies – dresses, skirts, hot pants, nice jeans, cute tops, Capri pants, sexy tank tops, heels, etc.  Friday/Saturday going out clothes. DRESS TO IMPRESS!! Remember that it is a hot, summer desert town.  Remember to bring shoes, jewelry, handbags, etc to compliment your outfit choices. Make sure your hair & makeup is done when you arrive and that you look FABULOUS!

ALL BOWLING ALLEY EMPLOYEES (including Cute Girl 7 Nerdy): Guys – please wear black pants, black socks, black shoes and we will provide a shirt. Please also bring a change of Bowling Alley Customer clothes. Girls – please wear either black shorts, black leggings, black hot pants, black mini-skirts, black short shorts, black shoes, black heels (bring flats too if you bring heels) – ladies should look SEXY!!! Please also bring a change of Bowling Alley Customer clothes.

ROLLERSKATING WAITRESSES: please bring multiple options of wardrobe listed for the Bowling Alley Employees AND the Bowling Alley Customers. You should look SUPER SEXY!! Make sure to bring your own rollerskates & socks.

BOWLING ALLEY DJ: please bring multiple options of wardrobe listed for the Bowling Alley Employees AND the Bowling Alley Customers. You should be hip & stylish.

-DO NOT bring friends or family who are not booked to work with you to set. This is a closed set and guests/visitors are NOT allowed! You and your guest will be sent home without working if you bring someone to work with you.

-Leave your pets at home, they are not allowed on set and can NOT be left in your car! DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN YOUR CAR!!!

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.

BELLY DANCE CONTESTANTS:  Please come with your hair and makeup already done to go with the look of your outfit, as if you were about to compete in a Belly Dance competition. You should either arrive in your costume or bring your costume with you in a suitcase or garment bag – we are looking for complete “glamorous” style Belly Dance costumes that you would compete in. If you have more than one outfit, please bring any additional options you have so that our costumer has outfits to choose from in case too many are the same color.  Be sure to bring/wear any accessories or jewelry that would compliment your outfit.

BELLY DANCE CONTEST JUDGES: Please come dressed and ready in your first choice and bring additional options of the following – NICE dress casual attire to include: Men –  dress pants, khakis, button down shirts, polos, dress or nice shoes (NO JEANS and NO flipflops or sneakers!!) Our story takes place during the hot, HOT days of August in a fictitious town called Pico Mundo, set in California.   The time period is contemporary – now, 2011.  The setting is a smallish, quaint, beautiful, friendly gently prosperous desert town where everyone knows and really likes one another.  Our town is a truly wonderful, happy, healthy place to live, raise your kids, enjoy your life.  A piece of heaven on earth, but then there are these creepy things that almost happen….
