If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day. You should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! **Please BE AWARE we will be shooting a WINTER/Christmas themed movie outdoors in July! You will be asked to wear winter clothing (coats, scarves, hats, gloves, etc)! IT WILL BE HOT!!**

*EVERYONE – Please BRING your Driver’s License and Social Security Card (or second form of List B identification) with you to set! Also BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Driver’s License for us to keep with your Residency form. We MAY have a photocopier on set to make copies; however, it will be much quicker for you if you come with your own copy.

**Please POST your first & last name and Call Time/Report Location at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your correct booking details. It is important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!! Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! ***Look for designated areas and/or YELLOW SIGNS. Once you have parked, look for the passenger vans to take you to Extras Holding and check in with someone from the AD Dept. If there is not a van there when you arrive, just be patient and one will come to pick you up (as long as you are early or on time!)

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID and be LEGAL to work as an Extra in the US! We can not check you in if you do not have valid ID and are not legal to work!

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!!

WARDROBE INSTRUCTIONS: *bring all of your wardrobe options in a SUITCASE or piece of LUGGAGE that can also be used as a hotel prop
Come dressed in your first choice outfit and bring additional requested options. Hotel Staff and Waitress should come in the wardrobe specified for their character but bring additional items listed for Hotel Guests!
Hotel Bellman: undershirt tank/t-shirt, Khaki pants, black belt and black lace up work shoes (not sneakers). Shirt will be provided. *MUST also bring wardrobe listed for Hotel Guests. *Same clothes from Tuesday unless Costume Dept told you otherwise.
Hotel Valet: Black pants chinos or slacks (not jeans), black shoes. Shirt will be provided. *MUST also bring wardrobe listed for Hotel Guests. *Same clothes from Tuesday unless Costume Dept told you otherwise.
Hotel Guests, Hotel Guests with Cars and Child Hotel Guest: Please bring 5 outfit options (or as many as you possibly can – do the best you can!): WINTER/CHRISTMAS ATTIRE! NOTHING SUMMER OR SPRING NO SHORTS, SANDALS, TANK TOPS
Long sleeve shirts, sweaters, jeans, corduroys, chinos, leggings with long sweaters, coats, puffy vests, jackets, scarves, hats, boots, closed toe shoes
Think clothing you wear when its snowing and cold. No furs, Not too much black
Colors: Red, Green, silver, gold, magentas, purples, rust, navy, grey, dark blues, emeralds, Burgundy. NO: Bright yellow, pink, bright orange, turquoise, coral
**Even if you don’t think you have the right wardrobe as listed, you should do the best you can to bring something similar and wardrobe will help you out. Do not just not show up because you don’t think you have the right clothes!!
* PLEASE DO THE BEST YOU CAN TO WEAR/BRING THE ITEMS BEING REQUESTED. IF you don’t have some or all of the items, please still show up for work with your closest match to what our Costume Dept has asked for.

***GENERAL INFO: * Muted colors, no logos, lots of changes since we are shooting multiple script days *Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that) *DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you. *Bring at least 3-4 complete outfits. *AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you. As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing.
