Wardrobe Instructions: Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to you at your wardrobe fitting! If wardrobe is providing your outfit, it will be on set when you arrive. If you were asked to wear/bring specific or additional items, please follow those instructions and wear/bring what was requested.

Makeup/Facial Hair Instructions: Please, NO EXPOSED TATTOOS. PLEASE COME CAMERA READY.
Women – Foundation(well blended) Bring powder (for touchups) Red lipstick (or bare lips) Nails-No acrylics, gels, French tips, or extra long nails Red or clear polish acceptable. Blush- light application of peach or rosy pink. Must be well-blended Eyelashes- No false lashes Mascara- top lashes only Eyeliner- top line only (if comfortable applying)

Men: Young men- clean-shaven Older men- The producers would prefer clean-shaven, but if you have facial har all mustaches and beards must be well-groomed.

Hair Instructions: How to have your hair prepared for day of shooting. The era is 1952. Men: • Style hair how described at fitting. • All hair parts should be clean and defined parts. • No super greasy hair
<br><br>
Women: • Start with clean hair. • Damp, but not wet. You can add a light gel to hair to help hold curl. • Choose a curl pattern from emailed photos to roll your hair into. • You can use sponge, hot or plastic rollers. Medium to small size rollers are best. • Once rolled, you can secure in a scarf. • Be sure hair is completely dry before coming to set. You can blow dry hair in rollers if still not dry

– Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian – unless there is more than one child per family booked. If multiple children are working, an additional parent/guardian may attend. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!! <

Direction From Production Office (296 Adams – where you went for your fitting) to Parking:
1) Turn LEFT on Adams St towards Danny Thomas Blvd
2) Turn LEFT onto N Danny Thomas Blvd
3) Turn RIGHT at 2nd cross street onto Poplar Ave
4) Drive approx 3.5 miles, then
5) Turn RIGHT onto E Pkwy N
6) Use left 2 lanes to turn slightly LEFT onto E Pkw
7) Keep RIGHT to continue toward Southern Ave
8) Turn LEFT onto Southern Ave
9) Turn LEFT onto Early Maxwell Blvd
Parking will be on RIGHT in Lot 13 at Liberty Bowl Stadium
Total 5.7 miles. – About 13 mins
**please use your GPS or go to google maps / mapquest to print directions BEFORE you leave your house. IF we get a map, we will post directions here as soon as we can so feel free to check back.

**THERE WILL BE A SHUTTLE THAT WILL PICK YOU UP FROM THIS PARKING LOT and take you to the check-in and holding area! Be sure to look for the shuttle!!**
WHEN CHECKING – please say “I AM AN EXTRA TODAY”

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 15-20 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Men – tidy mustache is OK but NO beards! Please be clean shaven.

Wardrobe Instructions: Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to you at your wardrobe fitting! If wardrobe is providing your outfit, it will be on set when you arrive. If you were asked to wear/bring specific or additional items, please follow those instructions and wear/bring what was requested.

Makeup/Facial Hair Instructions: Please, NO EXPOSED TATTOOS. PLEASE COME CAMERA READY.
Women – Foundation(well blended) Bring powder (for touchups) Red lipstick (or bare lips) Nails-No acrylics, gels, French tips, or extra long nails Red or clear polish acceptable. Blush- light application of peach or rosy pink. Must be well-blended Eyelashes- No false lashes Mascara- top lashes only Eyeliner- top line only (if comfortable applying)

Men: Young men- clean-shaven Older men- The producers would prefer clean-shaven, but if you have facial har all mustaches and beards must be well-groomed.

Hair Instructions: How to have your hair prepared for day of shooting. The era is 1952.
Men: • Style hair how described at fitting. • All hair parts should be clean and defined parts. • No super greasy hair

Women: • Start with clean hair. • Damp, but not wet. You can add a light gel to hair to help hold curl. • Choose a curl pattern from emailed photos to roll your hair into. • You can use sponge, hot or plastic rollers. Medium to small size rollers are best. • Once rolled, you can secure in a scarf. • Be sure hair is completely dry before coming to set. You can blow dry hair in rollers if still not dry

· Please do not approach the actors. They are working. Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited. Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated. Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.
– Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian – unless there is more than one child per family booked. If multiple children are working, an additional parent/guardian may attend. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!! <

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press: Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).
Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

—IF you are booked to work on the CMT Series “Million Dollar Quartet” in Memphis – these are NOT your details!! You will need to check the note with the heading “Million Dollar Quartet” as these details are ONLY for those booked to work on “Nashville”–
**STROBE LIGHTS WILL BE USED DURING THIS PERFORMANCE! If you have epilepsy or any condition that might be aggravated by flashing/strobe lights or could cause seizures – you should NOT have submitted and booked yourself for this work date and SHOULD NOT ATTEND!! If you are on any medication for migraines or seizures – please DO NOT attend this performance!**

All times are still subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK in the morning!!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day/night, whatever that time ends up being – usually 8-12 hours or so. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.
Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, ICE, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!

*EVERYONE (even if you’ve worked before!) – Please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Drivers License with you to set! If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!*

An afternoon/evening meal will likely be provided later in the day and Snacks & drinks will be provided throughout the day but you may miss the main crew meal and we don’t want you to be hungry. Please EAT a regular meal BEFORE you come to set!) If you have any special dietary needs- please come prepared and bring any food you may need to get through the workday.

—-If you are riding with someone who has a different call time than you have, you will either need to find a different ride -OR- you should come at the call time listed for the earliest person. You will most likely NOT be signed in early and will have to wait until your call time, but if you wait until the later time to check in you will most likely be turned away for being late.– DO NOT BE LATE or you will be made to wait in a holding line to see if space is still available for you!! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TIME!! Choosing to come at a later time than listed for your role and saying “I thought I had a different time” will no longer be accepted as an excuse – your role was clearly listed in your booking email, you should know the alphabet and times are clearly listed here so there should be no confusion!–

It is BRICK CHURCH PARK DRIVE)

**You MUST STOP at guard gate to be checked on the list BEFORE pulling in. When parking, go to the GRAVEL LOT at far left of the building. Do NOT park in paved spaces!! Those are reserved for CREW ONLY!!** Once this lot is full, you will be redirected to the lot at the Upper Stages, however you MUST park in Lower lot until instructed otherwise!

If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

Nothing sleeveless please unless accompanied by a blazer or jacket. Opt to bring a brown, grey, or navy jacket, if you don’t have one, black will do. PLEASE NO INTENSE/VIVID COLORS AND/OR PATTERNS.
