If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on MONDAY 11/9/15.

 

**All times are still subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK!!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**


***Emergency number (615) 663-3621 if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! We will not acknowledge text messages, you have to CALL if you have an emergency! There IS a voicemail on this line so if you do not reach someone you need to leave a message!


If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day/night, whatever that time ends up being – usually 8-12 hours or so.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!  

 

*EVERYONE (even if you’ve worked before!) – Please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your Drivers License with you to set!  If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID. You MUST have a valid social security number!**’

WHEN COMING TO THE SECURITY GATE – please say “I AM AN EXTRA TODAY”

 

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!! 


EVERYONE – Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy!

 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

 

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you.

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. No strapless items that aren’t accompanied by a jacket. No shorts unless we request it for a specific scene. Leggings are not pants! Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set! Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing which is nowFALL. And unless otherwise instructed, always bring enough options for two full changes.

 

 

 

Recording Engineer Assistants: ***Please bring enough clothes for 2 changes*** - Casual cool behind the scenes looks. Shades of black, dark grey, browns, navy are always good. Long sleeve button down shirts, hoodies, henleys, t-shirts for layering, sweaters. Dark jeans or pants, shoes and accessories to compliment the look.
Musician Types: THESE SCENES ARE EXTERIOR. PLEASE BRING A JACKET AND MAYBE A SCARF. Casual but cool.
Women - Cool, Hip blouses or t-shirts, lightweight sweaters, jeans or leggings, leather jackets or early fall jackets/blazers, pumps, booties or similar, jewelry to compliment the look. Nothing sleeveless please unless accompanied by a blazer or jacket. Opt to bring a brown or grey jacket, if you don’t have one, black is fine.
Men - Long sleeve button down shirts, henleys, t-shirts for layering, lightweight sweaters, early fall jackets, jeans, boots or cowboy books, hats, scarves and jewelry to compliment the look. Opt to bring a brown or grey jacket, if you don’t have one, black is fine.

PAYROLL INFORMATION:

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP as you will NOT be allowed to work!

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!

 

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:

Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.

These scenes take place on the opening night of The Beverly (Deacon’s new bar).  It will be Interior. Night time. Celebratory. Typical Nashville but not as flashy as Honky-Tonk on Broadway.

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for. We ask as always you bring several options. We do not allow any clothing, shoes, and hats with logos, bright white, solid red, or bright/neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind. No strapless items that aren’t accompanied by a jacket. No shorts unless we request it for a specific scene. Leggings are not pants! Please always bring comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set! Always bring seasonally appropriate clothing which is now FALL. And unless otherwise instructed, always bring enough options for two full changes.

 

 

These scenes take place on the opening night of The Beverly (Deacon’s new bar).  It will be Interior. Night time. Celebratory. Typical Nashville but not as flashy as Honky-Tonk on Broadway.
Roadies/Sound techs: Cool hip backstage workwear. Shades of black, dark grey, browns, navy are always good. Long sleeve button down shirts, hoodies, henleys, t-shirts for layering, sweaters. Dark jeans or pants, shoes and accessories to compliment the look.
Beverly Staff and Beverly Bartenders: Cool Hip Bar and music venue . Think Pinewood Social+The Bluebird. Interior. Night.
Men - Nice dark denim jeans, cool boots or similar feel, nice long sleeve button down shirts in muted colors and patterns, long sleeve henleys, long and short sleeve t-shirts for layering.
Women - Nice dark denim jeans or similar pants, cool boots or the like, long sleeve button down shirts in muted colors and patterns, long sleeve fitted tops or t-shirts.
Delivery Guys: Daytime delivery workers to The Beverly. Opening night of the bar. Khaki work pants, work shirt or polo in navy, khaki, black, light blue, etc. work boots or work sneakers, belt to compliment the look. Lightweight basic jacket no logos or graphics or bold colors. ***ALSO BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES TO BE A LOCAL BAR PATRON LATER FOR THE NIGHT TIME SCENES.***

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for until we are finished filming for the day/night, whatever that time ends up being – usually 8-12 hours or so.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or snows – we are still filming!!

*EVERYONE – Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!! **YOU WILL BE SHUTTLED TO LOCATION FROM THIS LOT – be several minutes early to allow for shuttle time to check-in area and make sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe options with you on the shuttle!!!
