“Nashville” FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for FRIDAY 4/17/15

If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your *FINAL* CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 4/17/15. (updated as of 08:29am).   —ALL TIMES ARE LATER THAN PREVIOUSLY LISTED!!! Please make sure to DOUBLE CHECK for your NEW Final Time!!!

 

–If  you are scheduled to work on the WGN series “Manhattan” in Santa Fe, NM – these are NOT your booking details!! These details are ONLY for those booking on “Nashville” in Nashville, TN–

 

**STROBE LIGHTS WILL BE USED DURING THIS PERFORMANCE – certain people with epilepsy or who are light sensitive may suffer seizures or have problem due to flashing/strobing light. If you have any concerns, please do NOT attend this event!**

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID. You MUST have a valid social security number!**

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

 

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  **IF YOU ARE LATE – YOU MAY BE SENT HOME without working!! BE ON TIME – we will most likely send you home if you are not already in the check-in line at your call time!

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy! 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

 

Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

Men:
Conservative dress shirts, dark suit and tie, dress belt and shoes. (If you don’t own a suit, please bring a sportcoat of you own one)
Women:
Dark business suit, button-down shirt, conservative heels. simple jewelry.
BACKSTAGE VIP’s & MUSICIAN TYPES:
-Nashville Chic: Hip, cool looks that reflect the music business.
Men: jeans and blazers, nice dress shirts, sweaters, hip looking henleys and vest, leather jackets, hats-(cowboy and fashion)
Women: long sleeve dresses, or dresses that can have a jacket added, cute tops and jeans or skirts, a leather jackets, shoes and jewelry to compliment, hats. Please do bring things with a little sparkle, but not over the top.
Please bring several options. Colors: we prefer not to use black, or white, or anything highly patterned.  Jewel and earth tones, gold and silver are always appreciated.

CONCERT AUDIENCE:
Please bring a casual outfit you might wear out for a night downtown at a honky tonk.
Men: nicer dress shirts, henleys, long sleeve t-shirts, with jeans, khakis etc. sweaters, blazers, leather and other casual jackets.  Western, and other felt hats, jewelry. Please wear comfortable shoes, sneakers are ok as long as they are not too bright.  If you have visible neck tattoos, or extensive arm tattoos, please bring clothing that covers it.
NO HOODIES, NO BRIGHT WHITE, OR LOGOS!

Women:
Fun dresses and tops with jeans, or casual pants. Sweaters, leather jackets, scarves, jewelry. Please bring boots or shoes that are comfortable. There is no need to bring high heels etc. Please do not bring any dresses that are very short, unless you bring appropriate tights or hose.  No strapless or one shoulder tops either. If you have visible neck tattoos, or extensive arm tattoos, please bring clothing that covers it.  NO BRIGHT WHITE. NO RED. NO LOGOS.

VENUE STAFF & BRIDGESTONE SECURITY:
Please bring a dark pair of jeans, no holes or fading, or black pants.  a black belt and black shoes (not too beat up). Please also bring a change of clothing for Audience.

ROADIES & Stage Managers:
Please bring a layered outfit, so like a t-shirt with a shirt and vest over it. Hoodies, light leather jackets, jeans jackets that are darker. Jeans, dark pants etc. Hats with no logo are good.  Colors: Black, greys, blues, dark green etc.

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:
