If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 3/20/15

 

**NOTICE TO ALL TALENT – VERY IMPORTANT!!! - Please be aware, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED ON SET!!  NO PHOTOGRAPHS and NO POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA will be allowed at all. You will be required to leave all cell phones in the Extras Holding area when you go to set. NO EXCEPTIONS! Anyone caught with a cell phone outside of Extras Holding WILL BE SENT HOME! 

 

–Just a REMINDER that while you are on set or during your employment on the show, you may be exposed to confidential information such as plot lines, guest stars, scripts, call sheets, production reports, filming locations, sets, personal information of cast/crew, publicity materials, etc. PLEASE do not use or disclose any such information to any third party in any manner or media (including any type of social media) without the prior written consent of Music City Productions Inc. (“Producer”). You should not bring any individual on set, or photographer or videotape any sets, individuals or activites unless you obtain Producer’s prior written consent in each instance. *If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! 1) Head NORTH following signs for I-65Ntoward Louisville

2) Just past Trinity Ln exit, keep RIGHT atthe fork to continue on I-65N

3) Keep RIGHT at the fork to continue onTN-386 N/Vietnam Veterans Blvd, follow signs for State Route386/Hendersonville/Gallatin

4) Travel 17.3 miles, then slight RIGHT to continueonto Hwy 25E.

5) Go Straight through the traffic light atBroadway, then slight LEFT for Main St

6) Just past the Library, turn RIGHT inFirst Baptist Church Parking Lot

Park as directed.

 

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park and get to extras holding so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!!!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

 

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  **IF YOU ARE LATE – YOU MAY BE SENT HOME without working!! BE ON TIME – we will most likely send you home if you are not already in the check-in line at your call time!

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not overly scruffy! 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for.  We ask as always you bring several options if you own them.  We do not allow any clothing with logos, bright white or neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind.  WE LOVE if you bring us choices that are NOT black.  Please always bring a warm jacket and comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!

 

DINER PATRONS & DINER PEDESTRIANS with and without cars: (*You will be working in more than one scene so please READ ALL wardrobe notes and bring multiple changes!!)

Please bring casual “country” looking choices you might wear to a diner.
Men:
Jeans, western shirts, t-shirts with no logo, henleys, vests, leather jackets etc. Also any kind of workwear you light have, like dickies, carhartt jackets etc. or Biker clothing. Western hats and trucker hats. You must bring an outdoor jacket preferably suitable for rain.

Women:
Jeans, tops, plaid shirts, vests, jean jackets, early spring casual skirts and dresses, boots, sneakers, purses, jewelry.  You must bring an outdoor jacket preferably suitable for rain.
ALSO:
Everyone needs to bring a options for an early 1990s flashback scene, DO YOUR BEST with what you may have, we have clothing we can supply as well.  
Men: Jean jackets, leather jackets, hoodies, simple cotton jackets, members only jackets. Plain jeans or khakis.
Women:

If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 3/13/15

 

***Emergency number (615) 663-3621 if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason (MUST have a VALID excuse and proof will be requested) – DO NOT TEXT this number! We will not acknowledge text messages, you have to CALL if you have an emergency! There IS a voicemail on this line so if you do not reach someone you need to leave a message!

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! If you do not put Brick Church Park Drive you may end up in Goodlettsville and that is incorrect.)  **MAKE SURE TO PUT BRICK CHURCH PARK DRIVE – If you only put Brick Church or you put Brick Church Pike, your GPS will take you to the WRONG place!!  It is BRICK CHURCH PARK DRIVE.

 

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!!

 

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  **IF YOU ARE LATE – YOU MAY BE SENT HOME without working!! BE ON TIME – we will most likely send you home if you are not already in the check-in line at your call time!

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not scruffy!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for.  We ask as always you bring several options if you own them.  We do not allow any clothing with logos, bright white or neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind.  WE LOVE if you bring us choices that are NOT black.  Please always bring a warm jacket and comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!

 

 

Nurses:
Please bring scrubs if you own them (if not, they will be provided for you), a long sleeve t-shirt, clogs, crocs or sneakers. Simple jewelry.
Relatives/Visitors:
Please bring several options of a casual conservative pedestrian look complete with a winter coat. No logos, no bright white, no red.
Doctors:
Men:
Suits or sport coats and dress pants, dress shirts, ties, dress belt and shoes. Conservative colors
Women:
Professional looking suits with pants or skirt, blouses, skirts, cardigans, hose, simple jewelry.

Please bring a robe, slippers, bicycle shorts or something you can wear under a hospital gown.
Passengers w/ upscale cars:
Please bring an upscale business outfit or a business casual outfit with a early spring coat.
