If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 2/27/15

 

–STROBE LIGHTS will be used during this performance!! Certain people with epilepsy & photosensitivity may suffer a seizure if exposed to flashing or strobe lighting. If you have any condition that might cause seizures, you should not work at this performance–

 

**NOTICE TO ALL TALENT – VERY IMPORTANT!!! - Please be aware, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED ON SET on Friday 2/27/15!!  NO PHOTOGRAPHS and NO POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA will be allowed at all. You will be required to leave all cell phones in the Extras Holding area when you go to set. NO EXCEPTIONS! Anyone caught with a cell phone outside of Extras Holding WILL BE SENT HOME! 

This will be considered a CLOSED SET and only those who are on the Extras list will be allowed entry. If you did not confirm your booking with Extras Casting – you will NOT be on the list and will not be allowed in!!

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or SNOWS – we are still filming!!  


 

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID**

Make sure you are leaving early enough to allow for traffic conditions, road closures, long lines trying to park, security check point, etc. We ARE overbooked for this scene and if you are late (even by a couple minutes) – you WILL likely be sent home and not allowed to participate!

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for.  We ask as always you bring several options if you own them.  We do not allow any clothing with logos, bright white or neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind.  WE LOVE if you bring us choices that are NOT black.  Please always bring a warm jacket and comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!

 

This scene takes place in Nashville, however it is a POP concert, so the clothing should be more urban, modern, cool, trendy and less "country"!  IMPORTANT NOTE: If you worked on WEDNESDAY 2/25/15 - please WEAR THE SAME CLOTHING, JEWELRY, HAIRSTYLE, MAKEUP, etc!!! <br><br> BACKSTAGE VIPs, JADE's STYLISTS, JADE's HAIR & MAKEUP: -Hip, cool looks that reflect the music business. Men: jeans and blazers, nice dress shirts, sweaters, hip looking henleys and vest, leather jackets, hats-(no cowboy!) Jewelry, any cool looks! Women: dresses, or dresses that can have a jacket added, cute tops and jeans or skirts, a leather jackets, shoes and jewelry to compliment, hats. Things with sparkle, sequins are ok, for this scene color, fun outfits, great accessories and shoes. Please bring lots of options! Please bring things with color!!! <br><br> AUDIENCE / FANS: Please bring a casual outfit you might wear out for a night downtown. Men: nicer dress shirts, henleys, t-shirts, with jeans, blazers, leather and other casual jackets.  No Cowboy hats, but other fashionable hats are ok, jewelry. Please wear comfortable shoes, sneakers are ok as long as they are not too bright.  If you have visible neck tattoos, or extensive arm tattoos, please bring clothing that covers it. NO HOODIES, NO BRIGHT WHITE, OR LOGOS! <br> Women: Fun dresses and tops with jeans, or casual pants. Sweaters, leather jackets, scarves, jewelry. Please bring boots or shoes that are comfortable. ·      Please do not approach the actors.  They are working.  Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited.  Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated.  Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

 

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:

Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

 

·  Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.

 

Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation with both the production and future local casting.

**WE STILL NEED MALE STUDENTS (18-21 years old who look young (NO FACIAL HAIR!)) for Thursday!! If you have a male friend 18-21 that looks young, please have them email us ASAP that they can make it and they should plan to show up!! We MAY not be able to get back to them tonight but they should report with the Lacrosse Players & Soccer Players**

 

–We DO expect some potentially bad weather and/or frozen conditions and are still planning on filming so are counting on you to still make it to set!! Please BE SAFE, but please make sure to show up! Make sure to allow PLENTY of time for hazardous driving conditions and possible road closures so that you are able to drive slowly and arrive SAFELY!!–

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, storms or SNOWS – we are still filming!!  


We will NOT be in the office after hours so cannot replace you if you cancel last minute – so that means we are COUNTING on you to show up!! This is a small scene with very few extras so it will be a problem if we have no-shows or cancellations!

 

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work as an extra in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports without the appropriate work visa or green card!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID**

We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! (*be sure to put the entire street address into your GPS and not just Brick Church. If you do not put Brick Church Park Drive you may end up in Goodlettsville and that is incorrect.)  **MAKE SURE TO PUT BRICK CHURCH PARK DRIVE – If you only put Brick Church or you put Brick Church Pike, your GPS will take you to the WRONG place!!  BRICK CHURCH PARK DRIVE.

 

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late!! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early so that you are at the check-in area BEFORE your call time!! BE EARLY SO YOU DON’T MISS THE SHUTTLE!!!

 

Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  **IF YOU ARE LATE – YOU MAY BE SENT HOME without working!! BE ON TIME – we will most likely send you home if you are not already in the check-in line at your call time!

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not scruffy!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

*Bring your options on hanger or in a suitcase (NOT in a dirty wrinkled ball)

 

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for.  We ask as always you bring several options if you own them.  We do not allow any clothing with logos, bright white or neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind.  WE LOVE if you bring us choices that are NOT black.  Please always bring a warm jacket and comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!


Flight Attendant: Please bring the following if you own them: -Dark navy or grey business suit with a skirt -white, ivory or light grey blouse -hose -professional dark heels <br><br> Highway 65 STAFF: Hip, casual, yet professional attire that is suitable for working at a music row office.    Ladies:Button down tops, sweaters, light layered jackets, scarves, classic jewelry, or nicer jeans and a blazer. Long sleeve dresses Please also bring shoes and/or boots to compliment your outfits Men: Nicer jeans and dress pants, button down shirts, blazers, vest, pullover and cardigan sweaters. Please bring several options. Colors: we prefer not to use black, or white, or anything highly patterned.  Jewel and earth tones are always appreciated.

PAYROLL INFORMATION:

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP!

General Guidelines

 

·      We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

 

·      Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

 

·      Please do not approach the actors.  They are working.  Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited.  Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated.  Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

 

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press:

Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

 

·  Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.

 

Ignoring these guidelines will undermine your affiliation with both the production and future local casting.
