If you are scheduled for work on the Feature Film “Untitled Richard Linklater” project (aka “TWITA”) – Here are your FINAL APPROVED CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on SATURDAY 11/22/14.  –updated as of 08:50am

 

—EVERYONE WHO WORKED ON FRIDAY 11/21/14 is RE-CALLED ro work on SATURDAY 11/22/14!!–

 

**We are NOT overbooked at all and since this is a period piece it will be difficult to replace anyone since you were all hand selected – there it is IMPERATIVE that you please show up for this booking!!!

 

***Emergency number 972-998-5702. YOu MUST call this number if you are lost, running late or are unable to make it to your booking for any reason!

 

 

–If you are scheduled to work on the CW series “The Messengers” in Albuquerque, NM -or- “Nashville” in Nashville, TN – These are NOT your details! These are for the “TWITA extras ONLY!–

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future. 

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains, snows or storms – we are still filming!!

 

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your booking details. We are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! Everyone else will be divided up alphabetically by their last names or by their role. Please look carefully for your name and if you don’t see it – it does NOT mean that you aren’t booked, it means that you should take the time listed for your last name or your role. You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

–LADIES: come in with foundation and mascara on, please? Also, no nail polish or nose piercings that you are not willing or able to remove for the movie.

Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

 

**IF YOU CAME TO A WARDROBE FITTING and/or HAVE BEEN PRE-FIT for this scene – please follow ALL instructions that you were given at your fitting and bring any items (accessories, shoes, makeup, hairstyle, etc) that you were instructed to bring!!!! If you were told that an outfit would be provided for you , it will be on set when you arrive but please make sure you bring any additionally requested items***

 

–IF you did NOT come to a wardrobe fitting and were NOT Pre-Fit for this scene – do the best you can to bring options of the following types of clothing. (we know you may not have it, just do the best you can and wardrobe will help out–

 

For ALL EXTRAS -  please do the BEST you can with these suggestions, trying to stay away from anything modern.

Please bring 2 or 3 options only.  1979-1980, late summer casual. You should ALSO bring warm clothes/gear to wear while waiting for the scenes.  We will not have enough warming coats and such for everyone so you should bring their own.

 

For Men:  high waistedpants or shorts.  Plain T-shirts, casualshirts.  Also casual western-wranglerjeans and  Western shirts. Cowboy hatsand caps.  Converse, Vans, older styleAdidas, top-siders and boots.

 

For Women:  Highwaisted pants or shorts.  Plain T-shirts,casual shirts and halter tops.  Simplesandals, Candies, Dr. Scholls, Keds, Converse and cowboy Boots.

 

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

STAND-INS should ALWAYS bring the following colors of tops for color cover: Black, Gray, off white, dark Green, Blue Navy,, Brown, Red, Light Green,

-Always wear pants. NO shorts/ skirts please. AND CLOSED TOE SHOES~

- Please also carry your color cover with you at all times on set.  We cannot hold anything for you.

 

Wardrobe Instructions for EXTRAS:

AIRPLANE PASSENGERS: IF you own any ethnic clothing please bring them – also bring 3-4 options of travelling clothing such: jeans, slacks, sweaters, t-shirts(no logos), khakis, dress shirts, blouses, sport coats, hoodie, shoes options, cardigans, please keep colors in earth tones— JUST REMEMBER MORE OPTIONS IS THE BEST – WARDROBE LOVES CHOICES AND WE ALWAYS WANT YOU TO LOOK YOUR BEST!

-Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

If you are scheduled work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 11/21/14.

–If you are scheduled to work on the CW series “The Messengers” in Albuquerque, NM or “TWITA” in Austin, TX – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from the earliest call time on the day.  Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed and be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in.   **Please write your first & last name and phone number on a large sheet of paper and put it on your dash in case we need to identify cars.

 

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  **IF YOU ARE LATE (even as little as 5 minutes) – YOU MAY BE SENT HOME without working!! BE ON TIME!!

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – facial hair should be and tidy, not scruffy!

 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

 

Bringing the proper clothing not only helps us but it will help your chances of getting more screen time. Read your characters description and only bring clothing that fits your scene.

 

How much to bring and how to transport it:

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits. Including foundation garments, jewelry, belts, etc

*Come to work wearing the outfit most fitting for the scene and that you feel good in.

As an extra we ask that you bring clothing that will compliment our scenes and distinguish you as the group or role you have been booked for.  We ask as always you bring several options if you own them.  We do not allow any clothing with logos, bright white or neon colors, or very loud patterns, so please keep this in mind.  WE LOVE if you bring us choices that are NOT black.  Please always bring a warm jacket and comfortable shoes to wear off set. Unless otherwise noted, no open toed or sandal footwear is allowed and it is mandatory that you keep footwear on at all times on set!

-please bring several change options of a professional, yet interesting and hip outfit that would be suitable at a private school. It is winter in Nashville, so clothing should be long sleeve and reflect the season. Ladies-dresses with cardigans and boots, nice blouse with a sweater and dress pants etc.  Men-blazer with a dress shirt and sweater, corduroy pants, khakis, (NO JEANS)Pedestrians & Pedestrians with Cars:
This scene is a hip area of AUSTIN in the winter, it is slightly warmer there, like mid 60’s, so clothing should be more like lighter jackets and sweaters.  As always bring a warm coat to wear over what ever we choose.  Clothing options should include things like, nice tops and shirts, vests, hip hats, leather jackets, jeans, sweaters, and other hip or cool casual clothing.

Homeless Person:
Any distressed or old clothing you might own that you don’t mind us getting dirty, sweaters, old sweatshirts (no Logo), old paint pants, jeans etc. knit hats, gloves, old shoes.  WE WILL HAVE THING IF U DON’T.

Dishwashers:

LAB TECHS/SCIENTIST: Khaki and Jeans, Black or Brown shoes. Polos, T-shirts, SNEAKERS.. we will be giving you a Hazmat suit
BLACK OPS:  BLACK T- SHIRTS AND BLACK BOOTS (if you have them)- WE will be providing full wardrobe also
