Park as directed and be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in. **Please write your name and phone number in large letters on a sheet of paper and place it on your dash so that we can identify your vehicle.

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.  You will park in the lot and be shuttled to location! 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

BAR PATRONS, BAR PATRONS with Vehicles, BAR PATRONS with Motorcycles, SERVERS, BARTENDER: bring choices of casual clothing suitable for a rural bar setting- not too dressed up. You should bring what they would normally wear to a small rural bar, but again having a few choices is the key here.Suggestions for the men: jeans/t-shirts/long or short sleeve casual button front shirts/ polo shirts/ boots or any casual daytime shoe. Ball caps without logos and cowboy hats could be ok- bring them if it's something you normally wear and we will see. If you are riding a motorcycle, wear clothing that would be appropriate for being on your Harley/bikeSuggestions for the ladies: jeans/skirts/t-shirts/not dressy blouses/boots or booties/casual heels. Bring purses and accessories as well.For both men and women: NO bright colors. Stick to a darker, muted color palate. No hi-contrast prints, stripes or polka-dots. Remember: you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). That could be jeans or t-shirts, western shirts, etc. for men and women. They should dress appropriate for the weather but please no shorts or ripped jeans. The color palate for tomorrow should be muted (greys, browns, tans, dark blues, dark greens, dark burgandy, etc.) For this particular performance, please no sparkle, or rhinestone or glittery clothes.

SOUND TECHS & OPERATOR, REALITY TV CREW: should be in dark colors or black and the audience members should be in muted tones- grays, dark blues, dark greens, dark burgundy, tan, brown, etc. Please no light or bright colors or bold, high contrast prints, stripes or dots. NO LOGOS. BLUEBIRD COOK: should be in jeans and plain solid t-shirt or polo in a muted color.BLUEBIRD GREETER/HOSTESS, BLUEBIRD WAITRESSES: should also be in a muted palate but can be dressed for 'work' for the night, i.e. a little dressier or nicer than the audience members.
