If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on TUESDAY 4/1/14. —updated as of 10:07pm

 

***Emergency number (615) 663-3621 (**If you are unable to make your booking for ANY reason, you MUST CALL this emergency number to let us know. Failure to do so (even if you send an email) will result in you being listed as a NO-SHOW!! We are counting on you to show up so do hope that none of you have any emergency situations!

 

–If you are scheduled to work on the NBC series “Revolution” in Austin, TX – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

**All times are subject to change so you absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE again before YOU LEAVE FOR WORK in the morning!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains or snows – we are still filming!!!

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST BE A US CITIZEN and have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports from non-citizens, even if you have a work visa!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID**

(*be sure to put the entire street address into your GPS and not just Brick Church. If you do not put Brick Church Park Drive you may end up in Goodlettsville and that is incorrect!)

 

Look for the yellow signs with black arrows that say ‘NV’. Park as directed and be sure to bring with you all of your wardrobe options and your ID from the car to check-in.

 

- You will check in with Jill or someone from the AD Dept.

 

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

 

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either(unless your character specifies that)

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*DO NOT bring dirty/damaged clothing or clothing that DOES NOT fit you.

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

*Bring Comfort Wear: We are very serious about this. If your character requires high heels BRING slippers. The stages are cold BRING a jacket, Etc. NOBODY will judge you for being comfortable!

 

BLUEBIRD WAITRESSES & BARTENDER: 

Ladies: (Casual upscale, hip and modern). It is spring but bring light jackets or sweaters.

Shirts: Fall casual pullovers, button downs, light sweaters and light layering etc

Pants/Jeans: Nothing torn or ratty looking, well fitting,

Skirts; winter styles maybe with tights (Nothing to bright or printed)

Dresses: Fall styles (Nothing to bright or printed)

Shoes: Casual

Accessories: Belts, jewelry (anything you need to complete your look)

 

Men: (Casual, upscale hip and modern). It is spring but bring light jackets or sweaters.

Shirts: Casual button fronts, tee (No LOGOS), layering shirts etc

Blazers: Very casual and hip

Pants/Jeans: in good condition, nicer jeans, khakis, hip slacks, etc

Shoes: Casual boots, nice summer shoes, casual shoes

Accessories: belts, socks, jewelry

 

Sound Guy: Bring some casual but hip options.

Well fitting jeans, cargo pants, t-shirts with button front over them, sweaters, hoodies,

work shoes or boots (nothing bright)

 

Gina’s Assistant & Script Supervisor: Please bring clothing on the darker side but your choice should fairly hip. Nice jeans, well fitted blouse, casual dresses, skirts, etc. Also remember to bring all of your accessories (spanx, jewelry, belts, shoes, etc)

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). **find the least expensive parking you can find near the venue. Production has agreed to raise the base pay rate to $12.00/hour with a 3 hour guarantee ($36.00) to allow for your parking expense, so self park and you will need to cover your own parking – but the extra rate will act as reimbursement.

 

You will check in with WHITNEY at the front entrance to the Ryman at 7:30pm.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!! You should look professional, understated and good. 

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

 

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

*put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for a night out at a concert and one that you feel good in 

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Avoid white but don’t bring all black either

*Wear only clean clothing without damages

 

SEATFILLERS: your wardrobe should look nice, classy and comfortable but should NOT draw any attention to you. The idea here is that you are fitting/blending in with the crowd so that the audience does not notice when you are in a seat usually reserved for someone else. Tasteful, understated clothing is best. You do NOT need to bring additional options of clothing – just come dressed and ready. NO bright colors, NO loud patterns, NO logos.

·      Please do not approach the actors.  They are working.  Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited.  Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated.  Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

 

-       Do not bring anyone withou that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!!

If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 3/28/14.  –updated as of 5:49pm

Failure to do so (even if you send an email) will result in you being listed as a NO-SHOW!! We are counting on you to show up so do hope that none of you have any emergency situations!

 

 

 

–If you are scheduled to work on the NBC series “Revolution” in Austin, TX – These are NOT your details! These are for the “Nashville” extras ONLY!–

 

 

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!! DRIVE SAFELY and allow enough time for bad road conditions so that you can arrive to work on time safely. Even if it rains or snows – we are still filming!!! DRESS WARMLY!! (although these will be interior scenes)

 

 

 

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!* ***EVERYONE MUST BE A US CITIZEN and have VALID PROOF that you are LEGAL to work in the US! We can NOT accept foreign passports from non-citizens, even if you have a work visa!! You MUST have TWO forms of non-expired ID**

*Make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

Orderlies and Nurses: bring scrubs if you have them and either clogs, crocs, or a non-descript sneaker (black, gray, white, blue- not too bright) that could be worn with scrubs.

 

 

 

Doctors: Dress pants, dress shirt/ tie, either black shoes w/ black belt or brown shoes w/ brown belt depending on the pants.  And ALSO bring shoes that could be worn with scrubs- clogs, crocs or sneakers.

 

 

 

Juliette Body Double: please bring a robe to wear but you can come in casual comfortable clothing and a nude bikini will be provided

 

 

 

Luke’s Publicist: please wear your first choice and bring additional options of nice jeans or khaki pants with a casual button front shirt, a sweater or a lightweight jacket or a blazer, either boots or a casual shoe (not a sneaker).  YO ushould look hip, stylish, attractive and professional

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you. Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.
