–IF YOU are booked on the ABC series “Nashville” in Nashville, TN – these are NOT your booking details! This info is for “Revolution” extras working in Austin, TX ONLY!!–

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. *MUST HAVE PROOF of TEXAS RESIDENCY!! (Kids can use parents TX ID for this)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

BACKSTAGE GUESTS: 

Girls/Women:

Dresses, Nothing to vivid or patterned.

Skirts: Knee length, denim, soft cotton prints, solids, etc

Jeans: A variety of skinny, colored, patterned, etc

Pants/Shorts: Fun, cotton pants, leggings, denim, colored denim etc

Shoes: Hip ankle boots, sneakers, toms style, wedges, etc (just try for hip and comfortable

Accessories: Belts, Purses, Jewelry, Under garments. Bring whatever you need to complete your outfits!

 

Guys:

This is casual concert wear. Just avoid logos, bright colors and patterns. Tees, hip button down shirts, jeans, cargos, etc. Remember belts, shoes and other accessories.

 

This should be fun casual clothing. Jeans, t-shirts, light jackets  etc. Thinks you would wear to a concert or a friends party. Layering might be cute, bring 4 complete designed up outfits (including belts, jewelry, purse, anything you need to complete your look)

 

ROADIES & GRIPS: Bring dark clothing, tees, button downs, jeans, black or gray pants, dark close toe shoes, belts etc.

 

ARENA STAFF:  bring black pants, black belt and black shoes. Also bring khakis, brown belt and brown shoes. White and black crew neck tee shirts.

 

SECURITY: bring black pants, black belt and black shoes. If you have a black hoodie and blazer bring that also.

 

MUSICIAN TYPES: Rocker edgy look. Think Kings of Leon…. clothing that fits well and is flattering. Please bring colors also NOT just black and gray. Try to go a little up scale this is a big music festival in your home town. Jeans/fitted pants: Nothing old or overly worn outTees, button downs, pullovers (think tees under textured button downs)VestsBeltsShoes/BootsAccessories: jewelry, fun ties, suspenders, hats etc

 

SERVERS: Bring black pants, black belt, black shoes, a white and a black button front shirt

 

BAR PATRONS: This is a nice, trendy bar. Bring outfits that you would wear to “go out” (Not a cocktail look more hip). Please wear your first choice and then bring 2-3 additional complete changes so our costume dept has options to choose from

 

TEDDY’s STAFF: business attire, professional, suits, etc. You know how you are supposed to dress to work at the Mayor’s office

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair or NO makeup – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone but should look natural and pretty. Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

 

If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Strobe lights are used during the performance. Certain people with epilepsy and photosensitivity may suffer a seizure if exposed to flashing or strobe lighting. If you have any condition that might cause seizures, you should not work at this performance. PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP if you have a medical condition that will prohibit you from working near strobe lights!!!

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

CONCERT AUDIENCE& BACKSTAGE GUESTS 20s – 30s and younger: Remember you are Juliette Barnes fans. Some of you have kind of grown up with her or your teens children have. Your costume will be fun and youthful (if you are in your early 20′s or younger).

 

Girls: Dresses: Fun, flirty, young 20′s feel. Nothing to vivid or patterned. Skirts: Knee length, denim, soft cotton prints, solids, etc. Jeans: A variety of skinny, colored, patterned, etc. Pants/Shorts: Fun, cotton pants, leggings, denim, colored denim etc. Shoes: Hip ankle boots, sneakers, toms style, wedges, etc (just try for hip and comfortable) Also bring winter wear (scarf, gloves, etc). Some of you may be asked to be in an exterior scene also.

 

Guys:This is casual concert wear. Just avoid logos, bright colors and patterns. Tees, hip button down shirts, jeans, cargos, etc. Remember belts, shoes and other accessories. Also bring winter wear (scarf, gloves, etc). Some of you may be asked to be in an exterior scene also.

 

This should be fun casual clothing. Jeans, t-shirts, light jackets  etc. Thinks you would wear to a concert. Layering might be cute, bring 4 complete designed up outfits (including belts, jewelry, purse, anything you need to complete your look) Accessories: Belts, Purses, Jewelry, Under garments. Bring whatever you need to complete your outfits!

 

OLDER CONCERT AUDIENCE & BACKSTAGE GUESTS Late 30s and over: Bring options that are conservative, normal but with a hint of trying to be cool. You are escorting your under age child to a concert. Jeans, boots, light jackets, hoodies, cardigans, etc. Some of you may be asked to be in an exterior scene also so bring warm outerwear.

 

ROADIES: Bring dark clothing, tees, button downs, jeans, black or gray pants, dark close toe shoes, belts etc. BRING OPTIONS!  Also bring winter wear (scarf, gloves, etc). Some of you may be asked to be in an exterior scene also.

 

ARENA CONCERT STAFF:  bring black pants, black belt and black shoes. Also bring khakis, brown belt and brown shoes. White and black crew neck tee shirts. ***You will also work as CONCERT AUDIENCE so make sure you bring a few changes of clothing listed for that role!! Some of you may be asked to be in an exterior scene also so bring warm outerwear.
