If you are scheduled for work on the NBC Television Series “Revolution” – Here are your FINAL  CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on FRIDAY 1/24/14**UPDATED AT 7:00 am

 

–IF YOU are booked on the ABC series “Nashville” in Nashville, TN – these are NOT your booking details! This info is for “Revolution” extras working in Austin, TX ONLY!!–

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

Everyone has been Pre-fit or had costumes pre-selected for working this day & we are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! We will be expecting you whether you post or not, it’s just helpful to us to know that you got your details!!

 

We will not be able to replace you at the last minute since you were assigned a specific costume based on your sizes we have given to or wardrobe dept., so we are counting on you!

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, etc.– regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. *MUST HAVE PROOF of TEXAS RESIDENCY!! (Kids can use parents TX ID for this)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

 

If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you! THIS IS A JOB and you should treat it as such!!

·      Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

·      Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

*If you are a TN Resident and have a valid TN Driver’s License, please BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your TN license with you to set! If you do not have a TN license but have one from a different state, it is not necessary to bring a copy. If you are unable to make a copy, we can do so for you on set but it will be time consuming so please do TRY to bring one with you!*

From North via I-65S or I-24 E:

1) Take I-65N or I-245 E towards Nashville

2) Slight right onto I-24E (signs for I-40E/Chattanooga/Knoxville)

3) Take exit 49 for Shelby Ave

4) Turn left on Shelby Ave

5) Turn right onto S 2nd St

Extras Parking will be on the right in LP Field Lot D.  Park as directed

 

From West via I-40E:

1) Take 1-40E towards Nashville

2) Merge onto I-65N/I-24W towards Clarksville/Louisville

3) Take exit 49 for Shelby Ave/LP Field

5) Turn left onto Shelby Ave

6) Turn right onto S 2nd St

Extras Parking will be on the right in LP Field Lot D.  Park as directed

 

From East via I-40W/I-24W:

1) Take 1-40W/I-24W towards Nashville

2) Slight right to stay on I-24W (signs for Clarksville/I-65N/Louisville)

3) Take exit 49 for Shelby Ave/LP Field

5) Turn left onto Shelby Ave

6) Turn right onto S 2nd St

Extras Parking will be on the right in LP Field Lot D.  Park as directed

 

**you will be shuttled from this parking location to the Extras Holding area. EVERYONE MUST RIDE THE SHUTTLES even if you are being dropped off. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO LOCATION – You MUST REPORT TO LP FIELD PARKING – NO EXCEPTIONS (other than the Real Bob’s Steakhouse Employees!)!!!

Don’t look too scruffy!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

******It’s gonna get cold so please layer and BRING JACKETS!!!

BAR BARTENDER, BAR WAITSTAFF, BAR BUS PERSON:  you will be wearing your normal Bob’s work uniforms.

 

RESTAURANT HOSTESS: Please wear your first choice and bring a few additional nice black dresses (and blak skits, black blouses, etc) and all accessories to go with it (shoes, black hosiery (if you have any), jewelry, etc.)

 

RESTAURANT WAIT STAFF & RESTAURANT BUS PERSON:  Please wear nice black dress pants or nice black jeans (ladies an also bring nice black skirts), black belt, black shoes, a black and a white button front dress shirt (wear one and bring the other!). BRING OPTIONS!

 

UPSCALE RESTAURANT & UPSCALE BAR PATRONS: Please wear your first choice and bring at least 2-3 additional complete options. You might be used in more then one scene. These are very upscale venues. Don’t go as far as cocktail attire but very nice and dressy. Think about what you would wear if you were going to your once a year fancy dinner. Men in jackets, tie etc. Women in dresses, shirts, blazers and accessorized to the nines.  **IF YOU CAME TO A WARDROBE FITTING – please follow all instructions given and bring any wardrobe that was discussed at your fitting (if we are providing something, it will be on set when you arrive) If you did not come to a Fitting – please rbing plenty of options!

 

Both the Bar and Restaurant are meant to be hip, trendy- pricey but not stuffy. You should bring nice dinner attire.

 

MEN:  that could be nice jeans or pants with a nice button front shirt (could be plaid or faint stripe or solid).  This could be worn with a blazer, a sweater, a cardigan or a sweater vest. Shoes could be boots- western or otherwise, nice slip on or lace up loafers.  NO sneakers. These are very upscale venues. Don’t go as far as cocktail attire but very nice and dressy. Think about what you would wear if you were going to your once a year fancy dinner. Men in jackets, tie etc. BRING OPTIONS!

 

WOMEN: should bring nice jeans, leggings or slacks, with a nice blouse, or sweater, or wrap.  A dress could work here as well as long as it’s NOT a cocktail dress.  Cocktail would be too dressy.  Shoe could be boots- heeled or flat.  Or nice f lats or nice heels.  No sandals, or if that what is best w/ the outfit then be sure to bring a warm shoe for comfort on the shoot day!  These are very upscale venues. Don’t go as far as cocktail attire but very nice and dressy. Think about what you would wear if you were going to your once a year fancy dinner. Men in jackets, tie etc. Women in dresses, shirts, blazers and accessorized to the nines. BRING OPTIONS!

 

 

All should bring outerwear- nice wool coats, leather jackets, scarves, gloves, etc. We are playing the weather for how it is currently.  Also- bring accessories- jewelry (men and women) and purses for the women.

AVOID:  head to toe black, bright white, very bright colors.  Large prints, contrasting prints, dots or stripes.

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

******It’s gonna get cold so please layer and bring jackets!!

 

 

MERCY LOUNGE SCENE: The Scene: Avery, Gunnar and Zoey’s band is playing at a local venue.

BARTENDERS & MERCY LOUNGE PATRONS: Bring hipster type outfits. Jeans, tees, hoodies, layering things, cool boots, shoes, belts and accessories (jewelry, purses, etc). Just watch for logos. Wear your first coolest choice and be sure to bring 2-3 additional changes.   **If any men have a black or a dark suit with white dress shirt and black tie, please bring that too – may want to use someone later in the day as a Town Car Driver!

 

DIVE BAR SCENE: The Scene: Deacon performs at a dive bar.

BARTENDER, BARBACK, COCKTAIL WAITRESSES & DIVE BAR PATRONS: This is a very casual look. Jean, jean skirts, flannels, cowboy boots, t-shirts, jean jackets, etc and accessories (belts, jewelry, purses, etc). Wear your favorite options and bring 2-3 additional change options. **If any men have a black or a dark suit with white dress shirt and black tie, please bring that too – may want to use someone later in the day as a Town Car Driv

 

DIVE BAR BOUNCER:  lease wear black jeans, black t-shirt (NO logos), black socks, black belt, black shoes. You could also bring black dress pants, black dress shirt, black hoodie, etc. ALL black clothing!

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair or NO makeup – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone but should look natural and pretty. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. DO NOT LOOK OVERLY SCRUFFY!!

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!!
