Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:

Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.
If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

BACKSTAGE PERSONNEL:  Bring choices for two different changes (these scenes cover two different script days).  Guys should bring dark jeans and a solid dark or muted color t-shirt or casual button front shirt- either long or short sleeve.  Guys could also bring choices including a more hip pant- a chino or maybe a jean in a color along with a more trendy looking shirt, blazer or lightweight jacket. And shoes to match.  Gals should bring jeans and a cute, fun top– it can be a little dressier- something one would wear to a big show when you know you’ll be hanging out backstage with the talent.  Boots, cowboy boots are good shoe choices.  Heels are ok as long as they aren’t too high or platform-y.  They should have some level of functionality.
For men and women:  NO LOGOS, NO WHITE, NO BRIGHT PRINTS, HIGH CONTRAST STRIPES OR DOTS!

JULIETTE’S SECURITY:  Please bring black crew neck t-shirt with a black blazer and dark blue or black jeans with a nice black shoe (not sneakers) and belt.  This change can stay the same for both script days.

JULIETTE’S ROADIES:  Only need one change.  Dark jeans and a dark, solid long sleeve casual button front shirt or t-shirt (long or short sleeve).  Light weight black jacket or hoodie or leather or black vest could work here.  Please NO LOGOS.

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, un-styled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

***GENERAL INFO:

**EVERYONE MUST WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPFLOPS or SANDALS!!

*Bring comfort wear (rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

BARTENDERS & WAITSTAFF:  Please bring black pants, black belt, black shoes and a white shirt.

HOTEL BAR PATRONS:  Please bring enough choices for two changes here – These scenes take place on two different days.  You are patrons in an upscale hotel bar so wear something nice as if you have just come from or are heading out to dinner.  Nice doesn’t have to be super dressy but should be something to wear out for dinner or a date. Please avoid logos, white or bright colors, large bright prints, stripes or dots.

NASHVILLE PEDESTRIANS & NASHVILLIANS WITH CARS:  If you are staying from the first two scenes bring an extra choice for this (business and/or tourist-y).  Please refer to the guidelines above as far as what to avoid.

BACKSTAGE PERSONNEL:  Please bring dark jeans and black pants, a dark solid t-shirt or polo or button front shirt, work boots or cowboy boots (no sneakers, please).  Please no logos or bright colors.

Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:

Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.
If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!
