–IF YOU are booked on the ABC series “Nashville” in Nashville, TN – these are NOT your booking details! This info is for “Revolution” extras working in Austin, TX ONLY!!–

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 12 hours from your call time. We will not be able to replace you at the last minute since you were assigned a specific costume based on your sizes we have given to or wardrobe dept., so we are counting on you!

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. *MUST HAVE PROOF of TEXAS RESIDENCY!! (Kids can use parents TX ID for this)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:

Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.

 

 

If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair and no makeup!! Ladies – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone. Men – Facial hair must either be clean-shaven or neatly groomed. Don’t look too scruffy!!

 

Wardrobe Instructions:

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

***GENERAL INFO:

*Bring comfort wear (flip flops, slippers, rain shoes, rain coat, zip-up sweat shirt, etc)

*Never bring clothing with LOGO’s, intense patterns or super bright colors

*Bring only clean clothing without damages (unless specifically asked for)

*Make sure you bring clothes that really fit you. 

*Bring at least 3 complete outfits.

*AND put together the outfit you feel is most appropriate for the scene and that you feel good in and wear that here (of course also bring options)!

 

JEFF’s ASSISTANTS:  please wear your first choice and bring additional options of business casual, hip, cool.  Nice jeans, blazer, dress shirt. Or a nice skirt/blouse combo for the ladies or nice jeans w/ a nice blouse and medium heel boots, or booties or shoes.  Please bring accessories. This is an office setting but a creative, hip, cool environment so that should be taken into consideration with the attire. **you will also work later as Press so please bring Press wardrobe too!)

 

MUSICIANS: You are pretending to be either finished with a set or are around waiting to go on stage.  This is a big arena tour, so please bring something a little more dressed up – a performance look as opposed to rehearsal or backstage.  Cool jeans, boots, t-shirts w/ a vest or blazer.  Or a cool western shirt is always good.  Ladies – fun, hip dresses, jeans and cute tops, etc. Accessories are always a nice detail as well.  Please bring choices. No logos, bright colors, stripes or dots. *you will also work later as Press so please bring Press wardrobe too!)

 

ROADIES: This should be jeans and a dark t-shirt, or dark button front shirt.  And please bring or wear a nice casual belt and shoes, or boots. Please do not wear bright sneakers. *you will also work later as Press so please bring Press wardrobe too!)

 

BACKSTAGE PERSONNEL/BACKSTAGE TECHS: This should be normal, non-descript every day wear.  Nice jeans, t-shirts, khaki’s, casual button-up’s or blouses.  You are at work, so should dress presentably but it doesn’t have to be a “dressy” work look.  Please bring a few choices/ options.  Please avoid anything with logos or bright colors, stripes, or dots. Please also bring jeans and a dark t-shirt, or dark button front shirt.  And please bring or wear a nice casual belt and shoes, or boots. Please do not wear bright sneakers. *you will also work later as Press so please bring Press wardrobe too!)

 

WAIT STAFF & BARTENDERS:  please wear/bring options of jeans (darker wash is better and no holes) and a black polo shirt or t-shirt (NO logos). dark colored shoes.

 

PHOTOGRAPHERS: please wear your first choice and bring additional options of non-descript dark jeans or pants, dark t-shirts or dark button front shirts.  Photographers are usually meant to blend into to the crowd they are shooting and not stand out so please keep that in mind when getting choices together.

 

PRESS: Press could refer to print or on or an off camera reporter.  So bring choices of what you might have for any different type of reporter that you might be. Please put together your first choice and bring additional options for varying degrees of dressed up (suits, etc.) and business casual.  Nice jeans, khaki pants, a dress shirt with a blazer and no tie or a dress shirt w/ khaki’s, a tie, but no blazer. Dresses, slacks and blouses, blazers, etc. BRING OPTIONS!! LOOK PROFESSIONAL!!

HOTEL BELLHOP, HOTEL BAR SERVERS: Please wear/bring black dress pants, black socks, black shoes, black belt and if ou have them please also bring a nice long sleeve button down shirt with a collar in both white and black.

 

HOTEL DESK STAFF: Please wear/bring a nice dark colored SUIT if you have one (complete with dress shirt options, tie options, dress shoes, etc.) Please also bring black dress pants, black socks, black shoes, black belt and if ou have them please also bring a nice long sleeve button down shirt with a collar in both white and black.

 

HOTEL BAR PATRONS/GUESTS:  upscale dinner attire – please bring choices of dress pants, slacks, blazers, SUITS, dress shirts, ties, pant or skirt suits for ladies, nice classy dresses with heels, etc. You should have options to reflect that you are staying in a high class hotel and have stopped by the bar for dinner or drinks. Hair & makeup should reflect high class style as well. BRING OPTIONS of these items and ALSO general everyday attire. Nice Jeans, khakis, business casual look… Please bring choices and avoid overly bright colors or contrast-y prints, stripes or dots. - You will check in with Adam or someone from the AD Dept.

 

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area. *MUST HAVE PROOF of TEXAS RESIDENCY!! (Kids can use parents TX ID for this)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for STAND-ins:

Please bring options of both short and long sleeve shirts in earth tones (browns, greens, grays, blacks, purples, dark golds, blues, etc.). You can wear jeans or comfortable pants and comfortable closed toe shoes (NO flipflops, sandals or heels!!)

 

Wardrobe Instructions for ALL EXTRAS:

Costumes either will be or have already been selected for you and will be on set when you arrive. The only thing you need to do is follow any instructions you received at your fitting (if you came to one) and you MUST wear underwear. If you did not come to a fitting, wardrobe will be provided on set.

 

 

If y’all have any old shirts ( not white) or jeans / casual slacks AND any western or work boots that you don’t mind getting intentionally aged ( made to look older and dirtier PERMANENTLY) we’d love it if you would bring them the day you work, as a potential costume choice.  No bright colors or bold patterns

 

 

 

 

HAIR & MAKEUP FOR EVERYONE – Men  that are booked as  TOWNSPEOPLE : DO NOT SHAVE!!!! You should have any stubble or facial hair that you wake up with!PATRIOTS – MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN !!  Women – NO MAKEUP other than a light base/foundation (NO eye shadow, NO mascara, NO blush, NO eyeliner)!!! Hair should not be blow-dried and should be left natural!
