“Boulevard” FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for TUESDAY 6/11/13

If you are scheduled for work on the Feature Film “Boulevard” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on TUESDAY 6/11/13.

 

**All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN  BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK on Tuesday MORNING!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 10 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your booking details. There are only (5) people working this day & we are not overbooed so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! We will be expecting you whether you post or not, it’s just helpful to us to know that you got your details!!

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

11:15am – WAITSTAFF, MAITRE’D, CHEFS, COUPLE with KID, UPSCALE RESTAURANT PATRONS (*some of you will also work in the Travel Agency scene so everyone should bring clothing for that scene also!)

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area

- You will check in with Alyssa or someone from the AD Dept.

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

Wardrobe Instructions for EVERYONE: GENERAL RULES:

WE ARE NOT USING ANY STRIPES OR PLAID PATTERNS

NO LOGOS – SPORTS TEAMS, NIKE, PUMA, ADDIDAS ETC.

NO FLOURESCENT COLORS

NO BRIGHT RED, ORANGE, BLUE, YELLOW, GREEN

Toned down palette – NO bright whites, NO overly hot colors of red, pink, yellow, orange.

 

GOOD COLORS to have are: “EARTH TONES” – greys, navy blues, greens, browns, camel, eggplant, burgundy, etc.

 

CONSTANCE BLYDEN: please follow instructions that you received at your wardrobe fitting.

 

UPSCALE RESTAURANT PATRONS: this is for a scene happening in a very upscale restaurant at night. Please wear your first choice and bring 2-3 additiona changes of – conservative suits, elegant dresses, power suits, sophisticated elegant dresses for woman… anything you have in their wardrobe that is your best outfit. No evening gowns, this should feel a bit more casual but still formal. Dark colors, New York style, conservative, elegant.  Bring your best jewelry, heels…etc.  No bold ties, no bright colors. All should feel like it would happen in mid season. No summer. **Please ALSO bring options of Travel Agency clothing and come hair & makeup already done looking classy, elegant, conservative (wealthy!)

 

WAITSTAFF: white long sleeve dress  shirts, black dress pants, black socks, black shoes. Black vests (if you have one). **Please ALSO bring options of Travel Agency clothing and come hair & makeup already done looking classy, elegant, conservative (wealthy!)

 

MAITRE’D: super elegant suit, grey, black with tie (maybe a three piece suit) black shirt or cream shirt. Handkerchief…super elegant, conservative. Maybe pin stripe suit. Or bow tie is an option too.  **Please ALSO bring options of Travel Agency clothing and come hair & makeup already done looking classy, elegant, conservative (wealthy!)

 

5 year old KID: conservative very well dressed. She should bring the best outfit  she has (adorable little dresses)

 

SERVERS: black pants. Black pencil skirts (ladies). White shirts, black dress shoes (heels for ladies) Black ties. Black vests (if you have them).  **Please ALSO bring options of Travel Agency clothing and come hair & makeup already done looking classy, elegant, conservative (wealthy!)

 

**TRAVEL AGENCY – EVERYONE SHOULD BRING OPTIONS OF THESE TYPES OF CLOTHES for this scene:

It s at the end of the movie so it should feel more summery. More colors. camel brown pant suit/ blouse. Pencil skirts, long comfy linen skirts, blouses, pastel colorful shells, scarves…khakis. Spring clothes. Casual clothes. Jeans, khakis…No bold patterns, pastel colors Anything as long as it s simple and classic. J crew type.

 

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!!

Earth tones. nothing bright. BRING (4) different options please!

As if they worked at Nordstrom’s men dept store. Colors: dark grey, navy, dark brown. For shirts, stripes and subtle plaids are ok. No bright colors. All neutral and subtle.Men store costumers: As if they were going shopping to Nordstrom s. Casual but in a clean conservative way. slacks/ blazers/ khakis/ dark color clean jeans/ nice casual shirts. Pedestrians: Casual. Nothing bright, no logos, no patterns. Conservative male shopper: Conservative business attire. Conservative suit ( brooks Brother s style), plain elegant monochromatic tie, plain shirt. Grey, navy, dark brown. Cream shirt or very pale color shirt ( subtle stripe ok). Patients: casual as if they were at a late night, crowded, rough and kind of “seedy” emergency room full of “low-life” characters. Play it up and bring options!  Physicians: Dark slacks or dark khakis, casual shirt. Will provide the lab coat. Conservative colors. nothing bright. Family members: casual as if they were visiting family members at hospital. No bright colors, no logos. Nurses: comfy pants, khakis, pajama style of pants, jeans, long comfy cardigans, comfy shoes( sneakers/ clogs). Simple long sleeve or short sleeve under layers for under scrubs.

 

EMTs: please wear your own full uniform. please also bring a ocuple of additional options of patient and family member clothing to work in multiple scenes

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET! If you don’t have a social security number please let us know ASAP!

·      Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

If you are scheduled for work on the ABC Television  CMA FESTIVAL Project – Here are your **UPDATED** CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on TUESDAY 6/4/13.

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your booking details. Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! We will be expecting you whether you post or not, it’s just helpful to us to know that you got your information**

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, etc. – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

–PLEASE SHOW UP ALREADY HAVING EATEN DINNER!! Food and snacks will NOT be provided. Bottled water will be available but if you feel you will need snacks or additional non-alcholic beverages, please be sure to bring your own in a SMALL purse or backpack!–

Work Date:      TUESDAY – June 4th, 2013

**TIME HAS CHANGED for FANS/AUDIENCE! We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you are still able to participate. Due to artist availability – we need to start filming earlier than anticipated.

**Downtown around the LP Field area will be VERY busy due to CMA Festival activities so make sure you allow enough EXTRA travel time to get to your check-in area ON TIME!!

7:00pm – FANS/AUDIENCE  (filming begins at 8:00pm so you MUST arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete paperwork!! If you show up any later than 7:30pm, you WILL be turned away as ALL talent MUST be seated by 7:30pm!!

10:00pm – ARTIST MANAGERS (filming begins at 10:00pm so you MUST arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete paperwork!! If you show up at exactly 10:00pm you MAY be turned away!)

1 Titans Way – LOTS M & G  (you MUST park in LOTS M & G to get free parking and to be in the right place!!)

- Park as directed and follow signs to the check-in area

- You will check in with Jill or Tina from OLC

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 15-20 minutes early! 

Wardrobe Instructions for EVERYONE: GENERAL RULES: – it is NOT necessary to bring additional options

NO LOGOS – SPORTS TEAMS, NIKE, PUMA, ADDIDAS ETC.

NO FLOURESCENT COLORS

NO CRAZY PATTERNS

NO BRIGHT YELLOW or ORANGE

Toned down palette – NO bright whites, NO all black except for Stagehands/Security

FANS/AUDIENCE: You should come dressed & ready in what you might wear to a summer music festival. NO solid black or solid white. Look hip, stylish and attractive. Hair & makeup should also be done. (guys, no makeup required) It is NOT necessary to bring additional options, come dressed & ready!

ARTIST MANAGERS: You should come looking like a hip, upscale professional in business attire.  It is NOT necessary to bring additional options, come dressed & ready!
