If you are scheduled for work on the Feature Film “Boulevard” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on SATURDAY 6/22/13. –updated as 09:00am

 

**All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK this evening!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 10 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your booking details. There are only a few very special “Director sselected” people working this day & we are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! - You will check in with Alyssa or someone from the AD Dept.

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

Wardrobe Instructions for EVERYONE: GENERAL RULES:

WE ARE NOT USING ANY STRIPES OR PLAID PATTERNS

NO LOGOS – SPORTS TEAMS, NIKE, PUMA, ADDIDAS ETC.

NO FLOURESCENT COLORS

NO BRIGHT RED, ORANGE, BLUE, YELLOW, GREEN

Toned down palette – NO bright whites, NO overly hot colors of red, pink, yellow, orange.

 

GOOD COLORS to have are: “EARTH TONES” – greys, navy blues, greens, browns, camel, eggplant, burgundy, etc.

 

NEIGHBORS with CARS and NEIGHBORHOOD WEIRDOS: Just casual wear. Many layers. Anything CASUAL will work (jeans etc…) but should be dark and older as much as possible. Light weight jackets.. Old tank tops, baggie pants, old sweat pants, old suits, old denim pieces. Nothing stylish…everything a bit Ghetto style. Chains, bracelets, crosses, old sneakers, old vintage 70′s shoes. Hoodies. Old Athletic wear. track jackets. casual long sleeve and short sleeve shirts (texture, dark patterns, plaid or flannel shirts are fine)

 

For women – casual every day clothing that is a on the lower class end, kinda of dumpy, denim shorts and skirts, sexy tops, leggings…should look a bit like a hooker but NOT over the top and too obvious. Otherwise just bring dark wintery clothes and we will make it work. Earth tones+ greys, blacks, dark browns are good. BRING OPTIONS!!

 

**PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE EXACT SAME CLOTHES YOU WORE ON FRIDAY -AND- ADDITIONAL CHANGES!!

 

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

SOCCER KIDS: you should dress as POOR KIDS PLAYING IN STREETS! GIRLS;  You should have a variety of looks. Downscale, poor, small border town and any traditional Mexican clothing that you have. GIRLS: Bright tops, little skirts and shorts, sandals, sneakers, etc.. QUINCEANERA FAMILY & FRIENDS:  Based on the location photos a local quinceanera should be on the lower end / outdoor event. A variety of  sundresses and more classic quinceanera dresses. The party should be a mix up of high and low. MEN:  a mix or Jeans and dress shirts. Suits / western shirts & vests all should be brought along with a dress pant . MEXICAN TOWNSPEOPLE & TOWNSPEOPLE with Dogs (Follow wardrobe info for Mexican ND BG on the link): You should have a variety of looks. Downscale, poor, small border town and any traditional Mexican clothing that you have. (BRING OPTIONS!!).  WOMEN: bright colors for the, summer dresses, sandals. MEN:  western style shirts, mexican belts, boots and hats/cowboy hats, cowboy boots.  old style jeans. NO SNEAKERS, NO LOGOS. **You MUST GO TO THE LINK for more specific details and photos! People with dogs – please DO NOT groom your dogs ahead of time, let them come looking scruffy liek street dogs.

BUCKET DRUMMER: poor person living on the streets. You should have a variety of looks. Downscale, poor, small border town and any traditional Mexican clothing that you have. MEXICAN STYLE SANDALS or old sandals, LONG CUT -OFF SHORTS, LEATHER VEST (if you have one), tshirts (no logos!), old jeans. SKID ROW: old, ratty, ill-fitting, downscale, poor clothing in dark colors. You should have a variety of looks. Downscale, poor, small border town and any traditional Mexican clothing that you have. Nothing new or nice, tattered and torn, dirty. You are homeless on the dirt streets of Mexico so look/play the part (although you SHOULD still shower and smell nice!! even if your clothes are dirty!) **You MUST GO TO THE LINK for more specific details and photos

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

If you are scheduled for work on the Feature Film “Boulevard” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on TUESDAY 6/18/13. –updated as 2:01pm Monday

 

**All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK that evening!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 10 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

**Please POST your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your booking details. There are only a few very special “Director sselected” people working this day & we are not overbooked so it’s important that we know EVERYONE got their information and will be there!!  Not posting does NOT mean that you don’t have to show up!! NO BRIGHT RED, ORANGE, BLUE, YELLOW, GREEN

Toned down palette – NO bright whites, NO overly hot colors of red, pink, yellow, orange.

 

GOOD COLORS to have are: “EARTH TONES” – greys, navy blues, greens, browns, camel, eggplant, burgundy, etc.

 

MOTEL CLERK: Dark old wintery suits, old dark slacks, old tank tops, wintery earth tones casual shirts ( plaid, plain)…black/brown dress shoes. chains, rings, bracelets, suspenders…ect old vintage 70 s shoes if he has. Old dark grey, black, brown jeans…Muddy colors…earth dark tones. Jackets, light weight jackets, old dark blazers. Old cardigans. sleeveless sweater vests/ vests…leather pieces.


 

MOTEL KIDS: Everyday CASUAL clothing – Winter clothes. dark colors. light weight jackets.

 

 

PARENTS / MOTEL GUESTS / MOTEL GUEST wit CARS: Just casual wear. Many layers. Anything CASUAL will work (jeans etc…) but should be dark and old as much as possible. Light weight jackets a must. Old tank tops, baggie pants, old sweat pants, old suits, old denim pieces. Nothing stylish…everything a bit Ghetto style. Chains, bracelets, crosses, old sneakers, old vintage 70′s shoes. Hoodies. Old Athletic wear. track jackets. casual long sleeve and short sleeve shirts (texture, dark patterns, plaid or flannel shirts are fine)

 

For women, denim shorts and skirts, sexy dressed, sexy tops, leggings…should look a bit like a hooker. Otherwise just bring dark wintery clothes and we will make it work.

Earth tones+ greys, blacks, dark browns are good.
